Clean rooms, varied breakfast and good. 15 min walk from the lake. Price for a slightly high night for a 3 star.

Nice hotel, good rooms. AC works a treat. Nice bike bed. And a bathtub. The receptionist was nice and friendly. And the breakfast was great, savory and sweet options.

I had a nice family holiday the hotel is 7min from the train station and a little quarter of an hour from the lake very well placed as the area remains quiet despite the activity that there is near the lake. The hotel staff are super nice and for breakfast it has a choice.

A night spent in this hotel, nothing to report. The reception is professional, the hotel is properly maintained, the room could be a little more spacious but comfortable. A plug next to the bed would have been more convenient. The bathroom is so spacious and clean enough. The terrace of the room is a plus. Personally I did not hear any noise during the night. The proximity to the tourist area is a plus. The breakfast included was OK but could have been a little more varied. I was returning without any worries in this hotel.

The decoration is surprising so much it is done tastefully for a budget ibis! Impeccable Service and listening!

For a couple of nights no problem. But compared to others it needs to improve.

Convenient place for those who use the car breakfast not great but good, room clean and quiet. To definitely return.

I stayed 2 nights with my 10 year old daughter on the Venetian carnival weekend in the room 310 not very spacious and renovated quickly I think I had asked 2 single beds J had 1 bed double damage d 1 day to the other the price of the rooms varies C is Too bad I had to pay full price breakfast exellent nice staff…

Very good hotel with 2 good breakfasts included in the affordable price by booking in advance. A small downside Internet no Wi-Fi during our short stay in Annecy. Very good location and quiet.

Unfortunately we had not been warned of work in progress in the main hall… result vs have your breakfast in the middle of a construction site…
The rooms are clean and the bedding correct.
The same for the parking lot you have to book it by phone… impossible to book it online (4 people also have been made in the hotel.
I will not come back from the fact that I have not been notified of the work.

Stay spent in June 2017 in a couple clean room but not recent, the renovation was rather "cache misery".
The worn window door allowed to pass the moisture, the floor of the balcony in faux grass was really dilapidated and in bad taste.
Breakfast very good.
The parking was away from the hotel, forced to get out of the hotel to go and the squares were small.

In Room 304, in the middle of the night, I wake up at 1:30, covered with red plates. They were bed bugs.
I warned them to isolate this room.

Very schònes hotel unfortunately not quite in the city centre.

Clean, quiet, and 10 min. Walk along the river from the old town. Breakfast is not a feast, no hot items, very sweet musli, but bread, ham, cheese are tasteful. No coffee in the rooms, but free coffee available in the lobby.

Well, go like that. Carpet with ugly spots, bounced enamel of the bathtub, cleaning lady brushes barefoot and in the 3 last ibis styles the breakfast was better.

The only lack in the room is the absence of a small refrigerator.

Had a quick stay… good room with nice balcony… clean and nice breakfast.

Very comfortable room, staff friendly, small breakfast until 11: 00 with plenty of choice, bath, terrace… I recommend! Very good quality-price ratio.

All the staff of the hotel is very polite (e) and welcoming. The room is very modern and clean. The proximity of the hotel to the city and the Lake is ideal for people with no means of transport. Very modern hotel that suddenly requires work to modernize different rooms (from the sounds of drills around 8:30. ). Despite this flaw, we recommend this hotel. The receptionists are available and explains very well the various places visited and the streets to find restaurants and souvenir shops.

The small terrace accessible from the room was in a pitiful state.
More if you are too close to the 7th floor you are experiencing noise from the machinery of the elevator (nice little night…).

UPDATE October 2014: the squeezed orange juice Machine is more… instead of brick repackage juice in a bottle… Wi — Fi has not improved since 2 years. Ridiculous flow that allows just to read his e-mails… I can't spend some time surfing or watching videos on YouTube! Impossible!
Also, forget the lie-ins, room service attack early!
UPDATE December 2016: The orange juice machine made his return she was just maintenance. The staff is a little renewed and is really friendly. I do use more Wifi… So I don't know what happens for 2 years… I still refused the 7th floor, which is too noisy because of the lift machinery.

Good hotel rooms are smaller than others for the same. Price, renovated, lot of noise, it is next to the station.

Excellent hotel in a relatively quiet area isn't in town the countryside but good there is always difficult people even in palaces.
