Already two nights. And nothing to complain even with the covid lunch, more than copious. Certainly served by a staff, but very nice. And stay at your service… the old town and has 10.15 minutes depending on your pace. Parking a 3 minute walk. In partnership for about 10 Euro per day depending on the time of arrival. Thank you for the welcome of receptionists day and night.

Great well I recommend not disappointed.

Perfect restaurant.

Good rooms, clean and comfortable, the only sin, the toilet relegated to a very small room and without any sink or anything. The rest of the bathroom, in other more comfortable environment. The sink is not very large, but functional, and finally a very large shower. Staff up to the task, great, rich and varied breakfast (buffet). Late in the evening, a good bar service.

Close to Annecy's old town. A regular hotel where spend a night or two with restaurant and SPA — didn't use it —. Service and reception was good.

We stayed for only one night and it was as expected for an international chain. We had booked early check in for one of our rooms, the other wasn't ready until 4pm. Breakfast was really lovely, great choice.

Good location close to the downtown but quiet. The room is clean, with new furniture and air conditioner. We stayed for one night with 2 children. It was 2 bedrooms accomodation with 1 queen size bed and 1 big sofa, 2 TV and 2 bathrooms, USB plugs for phone charging and TVs with mirrorlink. Window view could be better, but it's the only disadvantage I found.

It was fine but might have expected a little more. Nice to have coffee in the room. Telly didn't work though.

Dark, small room, breakfast quite poor, gym dreadful old gear and ceiling so low you can't use the treadmill. Avoid this hotel.

The room acceptable for the accessibility of a person in armchair the bathroom rather just for an electric armchair no bar to support the toilet or shower… very difficult for transfers.

Small room, not comfortable bedding and small bed. No mini bar. The price is not justified,. Well located, 10 min walk from the Center.

Stayed here for 6 nights, I had a very pleasant experience. Super clean room, had everything that I needed and the staff has been very friendly and helpful. It really felt like going home.

Apart from the parking which was condemned this property is very good… And even better when at the price via my travel club…

Hotel with a good welcome, friendly and helpful staff, however no parking… And slabs are missing from the ceilings in several corridors of the hotel. Room clean But a little ageing and especially late 10yrs on the TV small screen and missing half the chains of the style M6 or team 21

Very good hotel… friendly and very professional welcome… Modern bedroom and bathroom… hearty and varied breakfast… restaurant that lives up to our expectations… Very well located compared to the old town… thanks to Sam the bartender and the whole team for their smile and kindness…

We stayed here for three nights and explored the town and nearby mt. Veyrier. Its a good location to walk from sncf train station and to and from the gorgeous centerville along the beautiful river. The neighborhood is less touristique and therefore you can find cheaper restaurants nearby. The turkish grocery story next door has a huge olive bar and great traditional sweets. The hotel was quiet and even though there were works going on it was not disturbing. We stayed in one of the new basic rooms. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is small as is normal in this part of the world. Toilet is separate from shower / sink. We paid 11€/per person for an hour in the spa. There are two rooms, one with three single tubs and one with a larger tub and a single (the single tubs are big enough for a couple to share). The hammam was just a tile room… not sure it gets used much. The sauna is large and very nice. Aurelie was very patient and helped us utilise our BW travel cards which was a bit time consuming and she was very kind throughout the process.

Parking is only paid and not nearby. But in the room kettle and tea-coffee, sugar free-you can not take breakfast. The room is average in size, very comfortable.

Decent service overall with a good meal and a hearty breakfast. Small flat to disregard the work! Room limit at the level of benefits (building in construction) to review completed work.

Good location if you are travelling through. Room clean and OK, however, something has come up in the years. Breakfast and supper very delicious. Service friendly and nice, very good location, about 10 min to the center or to the lake.

A week before 2 mails to my check list. No request respected. I go in the room a bad smell. But after a while you get used to it. But the top of the flop, in the bathroom. The sink is so small that I can't ask a toilet kit. The shower is without boundary. I wonder how this is going to happen tomorrow. Ladies for you to dry the hair, do not pick the dry hair in the bathroom. It is in the bedroom in the closet of the office. If if see photo. Frankly j would have to return in the apargio the sauna is free of charge. To finish off the bottle was already open. The three star is very far away

I liked it. Nice place, clean and spacious with lots of services (gym). Not far from the city centre and the train station. Quiet place to rest. Very nice breakfast with all the necessary (vinoiseries, local jam?, salty or sweet. There will be for every taste. )

Friendly staff, give us advice to visit the city and restaurant suggestions. Covered Parking at 200m with a preferential tariff. Hotel located 15 minutes from the old cities, 5 minutes from the train station and shopping centre. Room is correct, clean, reception service (Kettle, tea, coffee, water), bathroom redone, modern but lack of room to put cases of toilet. Excellent bedding! Good space to be quite well, with a jacuzzi, sensory shower and Turkish bath. Hearty breakfast, breakfast room a bit small for all the hotel.

Great price, great location. Very easy to walk to the train station, and then into the old town. For the money this is a good hotel. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was basic but clean, and made up well although the sheet did not fit the bed. It was quiet at night. We did go to the spa, which is bigger than expected, but gets quite dirty by the end of the day. The sauna is great, big enough for 4/6 people. There are 3 x 2 person hot tubs, and 2 x 4 person hot tubs.

We are going for our wedding anniversary. I had specified when booking. On arrival: a nice greeting. Good explanations. Our room was a good size, very clean. And then a nice word we had been left on the bed, accompanied by a packet of almonds packed very good. Nice attention. For breakfast it was really enough, we have eaten. The spa was nice, pleasant and well looked after. Unfortunately the steam room was under maintenance. I just add that unfortunately there was only a parking fee. I will return.

Very good welcome. Rooms clean and modern. We knew that the hotel was under renovation unfortunately the façadiers worked the Saturday, so not possible of the rest! Well located 15 min walk from the city centre. I the council as affordable price.

Practical hotel a kilometer walk from the centre of the old town and 500m from the train station, the convenience of covered parking at 200 meters with a preferential tariff. The room I was quite agreed to my night on a business trip, the bedding is very good, the bathroom nice and bright. I was very pleased with my stay and good price-quality ratio.

Great for its price range. Rooms are pretty decent, bathrooms are renovated. Breakfast is good as well as service.

The hotel was undergoing renovations and we were not notified. The balcony was blocked, and we were woken up early by works. The hotel said there is nothing they can do as the sound would be the same on all floors. Instead they offered free breakfast. Other than that, it's a good place. Just make sure they're not renovating.

Regular. Small rooms. The parking that is advertised is always full? gave me another option, parking the car in the street. A 10-minute walk of the places of interest.

Easy check in/out, just a short walk from Train Station. Great for an American traveling solo.

Central, friendly staff.

Good for 2 nights, rather hospitable. We were able to get a room already ready when we arrived earlier than expected. Too bad the sauna and ' hammam is broken, otherwise we could have enjoyed the Jacuzzis. Very convenient and well located. A little hygiene problems, we find hair but also tasks in bath towels and sheets.

Good Hotel BW in Annecy. Staff At our request they have booked in Geneva. Breakfast of excellent quality, with local products of Savoy, very appreciated.

Good location to get to the center with a 15 minute walk. Comfortable beds and quiet rooms. The Staff was very friendly. The outdoor space little cared for, never opened the umbrellas and plants left without water.

Easy to find, although limited parking facilities in the area, we were allowed to park in the hotels official Minibus parking. Friendly reception staff. Adequate room for three people, although the view wasn't great. Nice, varied breakfast at €12 per person. About 15 min walk into old town of Annecy.

We had a pleasant stay at the Best Western hotel. We were pleased to have a free upgrade to a junior suite and the room was spacious and comfortable. There was a large balcony but no chairs to sit out on. The room had been renovated and the shower and bathroom were nice and clean (although small). The carpet and curtains need to be upgraded as they were very dated. We liked the fridge. The major issue is lack of lifts as 1 was broken and the other always used by the cleaning staff with trollies so we had to use the stairs from the 6th floor all the time. The location is not central but 20 minutes walk to the city center so was manageable but not for those not used to a walk.

My only disappointment with Best Western International Annecy was the fact that for pretty high price we got a room that was VERY small (so was the bathroom). In my opinion our room would be perfect for 1 person but not for two (honestly I have never stayed in a double room that small plus very small bathroom). Everything else was pretty good.

We stayed here with a group of 18 and enjoyed an excellent service. Rooms were nice and quiet with everything you would normally expect in a hotel room. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide choice ranging from your continental breakfast to delicious french cheeses and pancakes with superb marmalade. We also enjoyed an excellent dinner with the group. To top it all off, when I had forgotten a camera lens in the room, the hotel sent it back to the Netherlands carefully wrapped to prevent any damage. That's service!

The Hotel is very convenient for the city centre and the highway.
Clean. Nice staff.

The location of the hotel is good, easy to get there by car and close to downtown.
Room and bathroom decently clean.
The breakfast (of good quality and varied) was not included in the price of the room.
Bad idea to charge the spa even to residents at the hotel.

I've done other Best Western is it is really below the others.

SPA: Some systems did not work
Restaurant: Gourmet stay (half board) mode, you have access to the same menu as the others but the shares are reduced (the option costs still €70 for 2! ). The also, the restaurant is less than in the other BW.

Pretty good! Nine Spa! Spacious room! Hotel rather (not far from the old town). Staff was friendly. Hearty breakfast. Meal hearty and served fast enough, the waitresses friendly… I recommend…

Compared to booking spa and parking… Paying so surprised. Otherwise clean room. Good comfortable bed… J left a t-shirt… in the room.

Okay stay. Diamond select member so I've stayed at a couple bestwestern in my time and this one is ok staff is friendly parking is horrible if you check in late. Breakfast is great so are the rooms. Complementary water as well as soft and hard pillows which I really like.

It is once again a great pleasure to go back to the Best Western Hotel International Annecy. We appreciate even more after these last few months at several other institutions.
We occupied once more a set of 2 adjoining rooms with extension on the corridor. The staff is always so nice and available. A special mention for the children of the restaurant's menu. Probably the best children's menu we have found in a hotel or restaurant. This changes the usual proposals made to children (chopped steak, nugget or hamburger)

Pretty good! Nine Spa! Spacious room! Hotel rather (not far from the old town). Staff was friendly. Hearty breakfast. No more meals but good. A bit old but the hotel is undergoing renovation. Unguarded parking a bit expensive for my taste (€ 10 per night).

Very disappointed with our stay in this hotel:
-"SPA" to avoid absolutely! € 10 per person for 1 H, knowing that in the jacuzzi a single jet works, that the Hamman gives off a foul smell, that the Sauna does rise in temperature and to top it all for 18 at 7 pm slot more hot water…
-Dinner in their restaurant the Alouette very very poor (not fresh salmon tartare, inedible steak, side dishes without taste. Only the desserts were OK)
-Restaurant chairs and ceiling with rings
-For the bar, the drinks price is well above the quality of the hotel (€ 14 50 for a malibu orange! )
-Dated room, which has well lived, not possible to watch a movie on TV, she constantly cuts

I have stayed a night, very nice, home stay smiling and has available, professional staff, clean room, restaurant delicious and plentiful, SPA Hotel, hotel close to the old town with brief canalside path was to the top we will return with pleasure
an unforgettable stay.

Hotel very old, really small room, parking available underground must be parked 100 meters. Very expensive for what is same with the offer that I got, limit at the height of an F1 with the facilities in the room. I recommend highly this hotel, add €30 and you really have hotels that are up to the task (it's not hard in these conditions).

Of unfriendliness, the staff can't be beat. Competence? Absent, helpfulness is a foreign Word with security personnel. In addition the room by far not look so nice as these are represented on the brochures and on the internet! mean Tip: If you book here, should not whine later.
