Hotel personnel has stolen property from my room. My last day of stay I forgot a gift package in the minibar fridge, when I contacted the reception to organised a pick up they told me that nothing has been found, so it has mysteriously “vanished”. I have not received any help whatsoever, this is not an acceptable behaviour from such expensive and high end establishment. Very very disappointed.

Our suite was amazing! Very spacious and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have some troubles with parking, but in general the hotel is great.

Big clean rooms and relatively close to restaurants and the water. Staff and service was great! Getting the free parking spots may be challenging, but there's a pay garage nearby.

We spent 2 pleasant nights in this very full hotel. The decoration is very well found, the room is well as a whole however it does not really fit the expected dimension to the view of the photos. It was still a very good stay.

Great hotel that is comfort and cleanliness nothing to report except the breakfast a bit expensive for the choice offered.

Spacious very clean good service quiet and nice breakfast and bar.

Room was ok, location was good, but staff let it down. More interested in talking to each other than looking after their guests. The brasserie was also closed on Saturday PM despite the website saying the opposite. Wouldn't recommend it…

Very nice hotel. Deco trendy, nice and helpful staff, our suite, not too big but sufficient, clean and quiet.

We stayed for one night in this charming hotel and had a suite for a reasonable price. The room was very spacious and nice decorated. We all had dinner from the bar menu which was also delicious. We can highly recommend this place for further visits in Grenoble. It's just 15 minutes by foot from the old town.

Very very comfortable room, sober decoration with furniture as before, giving a touch of undeniable charm.
I have not tested the welfare part.

Stayed here twice. Really nice rooms! However, free internet speed was terrible and also didn't have free food and drinks like the Okko.

Recently renovated Hotel. Rooms node and clean. Waffle Coffee machine in the room. Parking exactly in front of the hotel alll. Very good.

Warm welcome, attentive to the customers, small touches that make the difference. Room very comfortable, pleasant, nicely furnished and a bathroom on the top (tub, shower, large vanity and separate toilet). Breakfast well presented with plenty of varieties of all kinds, a pleasant staff and smiling. I will come back.

Hotel in good location, rooms of reasonable size and quality. BIG issue when checking out: hotel claimed that their credit card network had aborted my credit card transaction and actually showed me a print out that said that. Yet, the full amount had been debited from my account and I spent close to an hour talking to my bank and my bank issuing a letter to say that they amount had been debited from my account. Another person in my party had checked out earlier, had 2 cards 'declined' and then paid in cash. She found out later that both her cards that were supposedly declined had actually been debited in is now trying to get her money back. Be aware!
