Very fast internet. Blazing 521 kbbs Bring your own trash bags! Cleaning once in 8 days. Towels once in 8 days. No place to throw your trash bags. Not very friendly staff. (Mainly in night) Cheap but not recommended for business stay. Old untidy carpet.

Nice staff. Apartments are quite nice and Big. Bath tub very conformtable. Breakfast ok.

Decent hotel with decent bedding also. But a lack of maintenance and cleanliness. I reported it when I arrived I was told that everything would be sorted out the next day. But nothing was done in 4 days. The most disturbing was the vmc sifting because they were too dirty, I had to clean them myself to be able to sleep.

The hotel is nice rooms are large and have all one may need but the internet connection is practically non existent. I could not for my work I spend an hour! Just opening my personal Yahoo mail and still could not read any mails. This alone made my stay terrible and I will never ever stay here again.

Apart hotel with good amenities, modern style, the beds are of good quality on the other hand the price of the parking is horribly high: 20 euros per day for a parking lot closed but of an incredible narrowness!

Very nice studio, well equipped, more pleasant than a hotel room by the presence of a kitchen. Close to the train station and quiet. Nice staff.

Close to the train station and the management school, and to the trams. Some rooms have fold-out beds, which I find not as comfortable as a standard mattress. There's a shortcut up along a pathway to avoid walking along the streets to get around. A business lounge with computers that don't seem to be used much though this space is handy. Breakfast is ok. Staff are nearby in case you need assistance.

Depends on a type of a room you get but in my case I got a "living" room with a small kitchen corner and a separate bedroom. It is not a problem to prepare a meal on a cooker, you have everything needed. Clean room, no complaints from my side.

There is no room cleaning for stays below 7 days. Water boiler was dirty. TV was out of order the first day. Cannot watch the TV from bed. Car park fees is 20€ per day. Reading light is much too bright. Definitely not a great value.

The Hotel is not very interesting. Cleanliness and service are not up to the price. Classic breakfast in a narrow setting.

I highly recommend this hotel! Carpet really very room as well as bedding, you ask for a double bed you glue 2 reads a place and you are told that this is the modality! We give you your badges without any explanations what matters above all is the money and not the comfort of the customer! You are told that for €85 Breakfast is included and arrive in the morning you will find yourself without breakfast! ESCRO!

Nice apartment. It lacks however small things like toilet towels, 1 for 2 adults, c is little; Paper handkerchiefs, 1 double bed in 160.

Spacious Apparthotel. Comfortable and well-soundproof bedding. Too bad the induction plate and the kitchen lights only worked half-way, despite the report at the reception.

Chosen for the location, not given but really good, a real suite: separate WC, kitchenette + living room with sofa, and 2 sliding doors that make a partition to insulate from the bed and the bathroom.

The new rooms are ok. Its an appartment hotel, so you need to clean and cook by your own.

I'm really disappointed by this residence that is located in full middle of buildings full of tags, without talking about the following? Heuu rather a room overloaded of chair table sofa bed spring. When the baby bed is small or the mattress does not fit! The curtain, its dirty, the neighborhood noisy all night and no one intervenes. If you are thinking to surprise your girlfriend is to forget, the price paid in the auction 76€ tax of stay, the garage 16€ mini with elevator in the basement, it is virtually impossible to make a half-all in the garage a real mess and to be outside no place, not to speak of the climate of insecurity of the place at night. On the net the price is less expensive, breakfast limit formula 1. A sequel? Incredible to present it as a great place with photos sunny lol. The staff is nice but this is the first and last time on leisure-auction. I do not recommend any better vaux to take a hotel IBIS is better. Tired of selling a bit of dream and misleading advertising, I have amazing pictures that I'll post on the forums. Disappointed disappointed disappointed and a very bad night, the baby bed umbrella very small, and the mattress doesn't fit, my itp end-to-slept with us all squeeze in the bed. The sofa cil-slap uncomfortable with the springs pfff is this a mockery of the world.

Nice place & quite, big room, near to stores, restaurants and station but one thing I observed about internet connection was frequently disconnected!

The Wi-Fi connection drops every few minutes. Guys you should fix that!

The car lift is cool. Friendly staff value fits. Beautiful personal greeting. Some idiosyncratic architecture, slow Wi-Fi and LAN in the room.

Decent hotel, close to the train station and the center of Grenoble. Rooms are quite well furbished and look new, so we were quite pleased with them. It was a bit weird that our room however did not have a bed but an extensible sofa. Each room seems to be equipped with a kitchen.

We got there at 2.30 in the morning after a long trip from Paris to Grenoble and having made a call to advise the receptionnist we would get there late. Upon arrival, all computers were shut off so it tooks him half an hour for the checking in. Once in a room for a couple, we realize bed was in deed a sofa bed, room was smelly and bathroom dirty. No internet connection unless you know how to turn on the TV and find the right menu, which is so easy at 3 am in the morning when you want to quickly get connected to facetime your kids at the other side of the planet! thank you for the great sofabed experience! will never come back again.

I've been travelling regularly to Grenoble during latest 5 months. Service cleanup is not daily performed. Most of beds are actually sofa-bed. I can live with that, but during latest stay, there were bed bugs in my room. I needed to change in the middle of the night into a smaller room at ground floor. As a compensation, management offered me daily clean and breakfast for free… but at the same small room at ground floor. I'm sorry because staff members are really kind, but I won't be back again.

The hotel is very good except the sofa bed for 2 people, which is very uncomfortable and which does not at all correspond to the comfort that you'd expect of an establishment 3 stars.
This is the deal-breaker point and for that reason alone, we do not recommend this hotel.

This was my second stay and I keep being blown away by the fantastic service I get here. The front desk team are an absolute pleasure to deal with and have always been extremely helpful and friendly. This establishment gets a 10/10 from me! Will definitely stay here again.

Staying here for six months in a 2-pièce. Very good place with modern facilities and great breakfast. Wifi from the lobby works on the first floor, but not from the second on (bring cable or router). All staff speaks English apart from French and is very polite. Cons: room lacks proper lighting in kitchen/living room, small closet (for six months, otherwise regular).

Very large room and have a kitchen. Most importantly, with FREE internet connection inside bedroom. But you need to prepare a LAN cable. Breakfast buffet is good for refreshment.
