Fantastic lady on reception when we arrived on the 16th September at 5pm. Made our stay. Could not do enough for us and so very helpful as we only speak a little French and her English was excellent.

Always a great welcome in this ibis. Top!

Very well, I like a lot the individual air-conditioning. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I liked the breakfast also very complete.

Bon hôtel, propre. Accessible très facilement, parking légèrement plus compliqué. Personnel agréable.

Welcome home. Good bedding. Good breakfast.
Flat: soundproofing. I heard the snoring in the next room that kept me awake for a good part of the night. Luckily I was able to get a more quiet room for the second night.

Nice Hotel (clean, soundproof, very good bedding, smiling staff) good but minimalist restoration: no catering but works with a caterer but apparently there is not everything there is on the map. Damage possibility of having a limited breakfast (but sufficient) from 4:30 for those who start early.

Nice Hotel A lot of waiting for check in/out as only one person to run the hotel. 24 Hour Meal.

We didn't appreciate our arrival at all.
After being interviewed by phone and email with the hotel, I therefore booked a PMR room on the nights of 25th and 26th December.
The PMR room was a necessity for us.
Arriving at the hotel, after six hours of driving, the hostess tell us that the room is already occupied by someone.
Frankly, I wonder what it's used to book, and what your confirmation is for.
After a few minutes of waiting, the hostess offers us a room for four, with the necessary at the level of the bathroom, for PMR.
Okay, and hopefully, because looking for an accessible room, on December 25th in Aurillac, is almost 6:00 p. M. That's the rotten plan.
We still had a room, but on the principle, it does not pass.
Then, and frankly, have your bathroom facilities revisited, because the wobbleshower seat, the poorly positioned support bars, it's not top (and then by the way, the outside accesses can be a little restore, history of not having holes in the passage).
I also pass the bad smells in the hallway, which penetrate a little in the room, and the impossibility of adjusting the air conditioning in the room (set to the maximum of the bottom, the temperature is mounted to 23 degree in the night).

I can only recommend this hotel and its staff.
I stayed there one night, but the staff did everything to make the stay unforgettable.
One example, my companion had lost an earring, and before leaving, they helped us find her.
This research has allowed me to realize the impeccable cleanliness in every nook and cranny not a bit of dust.
Bravo again!

With all the efforts being made to clean the rooms, I still felt a remnant of tobacco Ossetia.

Perfect! Home awesome staff super friendly an extraordinary kindness. This is the second time that I stay in this hotel and still as good!
