We had a pleasant stay of 10 days, with a very friendly staff who council clients for visits. With an excellent cuisine is very fine and varied. Thank you to all the team.

We had a great weekend at JOYEUSE. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff are really appreciable. The "special hiker" formula is really interesting both for the lunch baskets provided for lunch and for the advice on the walks. We warmly recommend this property.

Big disappointment when you book a 3-star hotel. The rooms are aging, the air conditioning only brews air without refreshing it. The bathroom is very dated. See photo. The pool and spa, are very nice.
The dishes on offer at the restaurant are absolutely delicious! Too bad the boss of the restaurant is so ill-willed with the customers. Initially, any request is impossible to obtain. (Simply, for example, to have my hot dish at the same time as my wife and my parents having only had a big salad composed). We had to raise the tone so that everything suddenly became possible.
The waiters, on the other, are very pleasant and very accommodating.
One evening, a musical animation with Suzy, a Jazz singer (among others) was an excellent surprise.
The direct access from the hotel to the river (the Baume), is appreciable.

Warm welcome, large parking, very slow Internet and swimming pool still covered despite the beautiful Sun. Room too small or mattress too large, impeccable amenities (except Wi-Fi), delicious meals in half board.

Hotel quiet, very well equipped (swimming pool, jacuzzi), very friendly reception of the whole team, impeccable cleanliness, quality restoration. We recommend it without a problem and, on occasion, we will return.

Great hotel to quality / price and especially the staff!
Unfortunately, I had the 2nd day of my vacation to a heavy accident with multiple fractures and owners + personal was really nice and helped me.

Where to start… You arrive in a framework initially friendly but at the edge of a busy road. Yellow and purple towels and tablecloths are a certain taste…
You have 3 menus from € 19 to € 31 but be careful if you order off the menu, all entries are between € 14 and € 19!
My husband who took a fake net was pleased however to avoid the prawns served with risotto which clearly is just a wild rice well cooked with a sauce that leaves to be desired. And finally we're trying to take away a ball of ice in my cup! In short to avoid.
