The room has a great view, the air-conditioning is great, as well as the shower. The Wi-Fi is good (I had trouble connecting but I managed to figure it out). So concluding; one of the better hotels for under 50€ a night.

Very good hotel, good location, quiet and very clean.
Internet connection: Only one bar, unable to check my email with so little network, too slow the connection fails.

Benefits at the price: clean, simple but lack of convenience in the bathroom: No ground to hang his belongings, nor towel-rack.

A welcoming hotel with clean and spacious rooms on the outskirts of Périgueux. For the evening stage he proposes to go to a small restaurant at 5 minutes.

Why do I put a star? So the room was nice and quiet at the appointment with an acceptable rate… On the other hand flee this hotel if like me you are a salesman who needs every night to send his emails! Connection slow and that cuts and especially the pompom: an Internet censored on adult content (yes I assume). Being extremely attached to the freedoms on the internet for me this kind of practice holds fascist character!

I would definitely recommend this hotel in Périgueux. A very good welcome, the rooms with a view on the golf are quiet and very clean. The bedding is very comfortable and the Wifi works perfectly. The breakfast buffet is very plentiful and the pastries and bread are excellent.
I will return without hesitation to this hotel on a next professional trip to Périgueux.

Before arriving I contacted this hotel in order to have some information. I was well informed and with a lot of precision.
When I arrived, the reception was warm, friendly and smiling.
The bedding is very good, the Wi-Fi network is of good quality and free of charge.
The room was well soundproof with a view of the golf.
No courtesy tray But you have unlimited access to the ground floor of everything you need to prepare hot drinks and even snacks.
The bathroom is equipped with welcome products and a size sufficient for a single person or as a couple.
Everything is clean.
A breakfast room is available. You can go there from 7:00 a. M. Until 9:30. The products are good bills and sufficient. The pastries are excellent.
I would recommend this hotel for all the reasons mentioned.

This is a hotel to book without hesitation during a stay in Périgueux. The staff and the manager are very welcoming and know the good deals in the city. A hotel where managers are very friendly and very professional. The rooms have been renovated and are very comfortable, unlimited Wi — Fi works very well, the bathroom in the room is modern. The private parking place is brand new and is under video surveillance. The breakfast buffet is very good. In addition, a very good report quality/price. The only low point of the hotel is the too small size rooms. The rest is fine: cleanliness, breakfast room (parquet, General decoration) and big TV finish though can be a little too high.

In this hotel, if you make a claim, 're out you of the hotel immediately and threatened to call the police…
I was in this hotel for 3 days, when on the morning of the day 3iem, a sewer smell hovered in the House woke up. This smell was coming from the sink. I was pointing out so this manager that went up to my room, and rather than dealing with the stench, looked at the small table or was installed in my computer, a mouse, a few wires and a bottle of water and tells me' "what's this dump?  "I was stunned, and I told him that not only wasn't a dump but it was not the reason for his coming into my room: he said 'I'll give you 5 minutes to leave the hotel!  "I couldn't believe it. And when I made him noticed"that I set the room until 11:30 and he was ten, he told me he was going to call the police. I asked him why, if not to have a room that stinks? He said he would think about it.
So now you have why it is essential to avoid this hotel.
From my side, I see with my lawyer what procedure I will begin.

We chose this hotel for its price and we found good bedding, room very clean and large enough for a short stay with the family. The staff was welcoming.
In short, we did not regret our choice and we will be back.
