We had a very lovely meal here tonight. The menu was not extensive but that is understandable in the off-season. Still a very nice choice between fish, beef (locally bred and grown 10 miles from the restaurant) or duck as a main dish served with either beans or roasted potatoes. The appetizers were also a delicious choice between a tomato and fresh mozerella salad or duck foix gras or a beef carpaccio. Dessert was an amazing choice of either different cheeses or a homemade Pavlova with blackberries and raspberries. The rich creamy pudding was to die for. Homemade ice cream and different patisserie was also available and perfectly accompanied with strong black coffee.
The service was friendly and very helpful. Even the chef came out and made his rounds at the tables. Truly a wonderful meal with lovely house wines of the area and friendly service. We would highly recommend a stop here for a delicious meal.

My wife and I had the pleasure of both eating at the restaurant as well as staying at the simple yet comfortable hotel. The restaurant is truly first class and only uses the freshest ingredients and the food was absolutely delicious (and the portions generous)!
For the hotel, we had the chance to have a room with a view of the valley, which was especially beautiful when you open your blinds in the morning. The beds are clearly brand new and were very comfortable. Breakfast was very simple, yet still very good (came with bread, butter, jams and a croissant and a chocolate croissant, and a juice plus a hot drink of your choice). The young owners are very sweet and are truly passionate about what they do. We will definitely be staying there again :)
