Will not stay again! The hotel seems relatively clean but the room we were staying in was highly dysfunctional. The huge bed occupied the whole room so there were no place for night tables and everything in the room was super crammed. There were no place to put your suitcases and there is no way a little table jammed in the corner of the room, could accommodate 2 people to have a meal, maybe one, barely. The bathroom was surprisingly big enough but there were no rails to hang your towels to dry, even though the hotel staff encourage you to safe towels from laundering it. There was not a single shelf in the shower to keep your soap and shampoo. The lady at the front desk asked us to wash our dishes and to throw the trash from the room, which was perfectly fine with us and we did it, but when I asked her for a box of Kleenex, she completely ignored my request. That is not a great service on my book!

At first, the Hotel looks good but do not rely on appearances. It is the invasion of privacy that they are doing. They take pictures of the room in which I slept while I was there.
I do not recommend.

The hotel is really bad, the staff not welcoming and rude. Hygiene leaves a poor one. Plus the hotel is really noisy and the Wi-Fi works very seldom. To flee!

We came by chance and we will not return, dirty place, friendliness is to be revisited. I do not recommend it null and void.

Also know that on Sunday the reception closes at 4pm which is very early for a 3 star.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful.
Hotel is saying 3 star even a 2 star would be more efficient.

The worst hotel in the area. To flee! The worst staff I have ever seen. The guy of the home you insult, in the greatest calm. It boggles.

Good location The bedding is of good quality. On the other hand certain detail as having to empty its trash at the end of the stay brought down my value for money.

In the evening from 21:00 the water is lukewarm from 22:00 the water is cold if not for the rest it is ok an apartment hotel at the level of the competitors.

Good location near Pau center, 10 mns drive from Idron. Free outside parking. Nice halls and elegant rooms. Laundry room available for those staying longer durations. Problem of bad smells coming from the canalizations in the bathoom. Also the double bed really is two single beds zipped together… not very comfortable. Overall a so-so experience.

Functional rooms but a very small kitchen area with hob, microwave and fridge. There is a dining room serving breakfast but not evening meals. It's a fair way from the town, so transport essential. Supermarket opposite has pretty short opening hours, but maybe that's normal in this area of France. Otherwise, very limited facilities at hotel and we didn't find a local pool/gym available for guests.

Very clean and recent hotel. The rooms are large and bright, the bedding and the bathroom are perfect. The staff was very friendly. The value for money is unbeatable in the area.

For the price, difficult to find a better compromise. Nice staff and clean rooms.

Unfortunate. Embarrassing. After booking and payment, I was denied entry, leaving me on the street at dawn in the middle of nowhere and without explanation.

The building is very tired. The Wi-Fi was in out the entire time we were there.

I recommend the staff is very friendly, the rooms are nice and we are 5 minutes from the center of Pau by car.

Reasonable clean studio with kitchenette and large space. Minimal staff with no breakfast sunday and no housecleaning under one week stay. But laundry and secure parking, all in all a good restful spot.

Accustomed to another 2 * hotel chain, I really enjoyed this comfort suites. Nothing to say. It's perfect. 20 out of 20.

It find to the outskirts of Pau in Idron. It has 111 rooms (apartments) with kitchen, room and bathroom. Very good price and service. It has 100 m a supermarket.

Quiet residence and ideally located. Secure parking. Friendly welcome with available people and comfortable bedding.

A very good stay. The staff is very nice. A very reasonable price and a functional and well equipped room. This concept is ideal for holiday!

Lovely to stay at despite problems with Wi-Fi connection. Extraordinary helpful staff. Would love to stay again.
