The kitchen is good but the service was not up to par, it was not necessary to be in a hurry, 1 hour before you could order. Waitress was not pleasant and take the order from customers arrive after us.

Rather unfriendly and unhelpful staff, although their menu states hey enjoy to improvise on some dishes, they refused to make any vegetarian option. The cocktails were a pathetic joke and at the end of our meal, they forgot to bring us our coffee and tea so ultimately we asked for the check, after which they proceeded to still charge us for the drinks, which they brought regardless of us asking to just leave it. Picture of the pathetic cocktail, made with cheap champagne and the poorest fruit juice from concentrate, clearly bought at the supermarket.

Big disappointment for this 3-star hotel. We usually make the return trip from our holiday with a hotel stop.
The reception is cold and the staff, understaffed for the evening service, overwhelmed.
Wouldn't it make more sense to have extra staff on a day of festivities? : barter and fleas during the day concert in the evening!
The room is clean and spacious and the dinner ok with fresh produce.
The very mediocre breakfast (supermarket products: infected pastries) in a room too small in which it is not easy to move with the tray.
Lots of things to improve to welcome customers in good conditions!

Great small hotel, very quiet and not expensive at all.

Stayed here for 10 days during March. Taking note of previous reviews we opted for a room on the second floor overlooking the square — vital if you want to grab a car parking spot in the busy square. Service was friendly, pleasant and efficient… and very tolerant of our miserable command of the French language. There was a huge choice available for breakfast. Evening meals were good — obviously the locals felt the same as most evenings the restaurant at the back was pretty full. The bar at the front is a bit bland, and as far as wee could see, hardly ever used. Wi-Fi was good.

Not much open to the April holidays. We landed at the Logis de France. The interior is very nice, nice scenery, nice light.
For the food, a little disappointed. I had a duck salad with a small appetite. 12euros as input… And she was pretty small.
In terms of quality, salad as a cheese platter: very average. I'm going to have tomatoes in April. Grated carrots without flavor. Foie Gras on gingerbread rather good. The cheese is surely poorly preserved (a little sweaty, color altered…), no first choice… Too bad we are in the early Périgord, we were expecting good local products… The anglophones in numbers must surely feast… We, French people accustomed to real farm products, no.
We end up on ice. Without more flavor. Not even chocolate coulis has this chocolate ice cream liege… Not very greedy.

During my visit to the month of July 2011 in this hotel for the second time, I was greeted in the same way, pleasantly, especially as I was riding a bike. The kitchen is very good.
The room is comfortable, and I enjoyed the availability of the local for my bike. Bravo, it's a good performance that I pass for the tourists.

Superb in every way. The 24€ menu had good choices and the beef was the best I've ever had. The restaurant was very welcoming and friendly.

Pretty unimpressed and won't go again. Had the Xpress Menu, which looked dated and didn;t taste that great. Trying too hard to be 'posh nosh' but wasn't cooked particularly well and just looked messy on a plate. Disappointing : (

Recently ate at this restaurant for an end of year work dinner. Absolutely delicious food, with a good selection of fine wine. Our waiter was very friendly and well mannered with a good sense of humour, and also very patient with the English tourists at another table. However I cannot provide any additional information on the pricing of the restaurant as it was my boss who paid for the food. All in all a lovely place, would recommend.

Excellent restaurant in which we come back with pleasure. Nice terrace during the summer. Has just been renovated.

Medium Interior: 4 small rooms including 3 without direct openings to the outside. The only one who has a skylight overlooks the kitchen!
Correct value.
A counselor preferably summer terrace.
