I stayed here for a weekend and really enjoyed my stay. It's a 4 bedroom house set up as a hotel, and the rooms are rented individually. So some of the rooms have a private bath, some have a private shower, and some have neither. My room had the bath and shower across the hall. But this was all as shown on the listing, and there were no surprises.
There's a common area with a kitchen, living room and small patio on the ground floor.
The host met us at the door for check in. She was very helpful, and had set the place up very thoughtfully, even had a QR code for Wi-Fi and some other local resources. She also spoke excellent English.
The house is far enough from Bordeaux you'll need to use transit to get in and out, but it's an excellent value and we really enjoyed staying there. Also a great choice for a family or group where you need more than one room.
