A beautiful place with tables outside near the vineyard. Meat and fish of good quality price ratio, very nice and smiling owners.

Beautiful setting, quirky comfortable with fabulous attention to detail. Food and wines were fantastic and a real highlight of our stay. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Located in the middle of the vineyards this castle is accessible and very welcoming. The word "like at home" is perfect. The kitchen is very good also. To recommend for anyone who wants to visit Sauter and its surroundings. …

I tried to make a reservation on April28, via Smartbox for a night le17 may 2018. To ensure the availability I call. The manager asks me immediately if it is a box then tells me not to have access to the reservation, it is his wife who manages. In short he tells me to send my request and they will answer me after the weekend. From the next day I received a refusal… By cons the Calendar on Smart box remains on standby… Really not cool!

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Too bad the kitchen has an opening in the stairwell that gives access to the rooms, the smells go up, we had a permanent smell of frying in our room.

You will feel like at home in this place which is a very cozy with one of the best view from the tower in Sauternes. And you should try food in the Trillon Restaurant at Château. I'll be definitely back.
