Great location for a short city centre stay. The efficient and pleasant check-in made everything easy. Very nice people on reception, very helpful with direction queries and informative. Rooms were basic, but everything required for a short stay and only used as a base. Less than a 10 minute walk into the centre. Highly recommended.

Always consistent with the Ibis brand: centrally located, exceptionally clean and functional rooms, friendly and helpful staff, fine breakfast buffets. This hotel also serves dinners, all of which were ample and tasty. I never have complaints about Ibis hotels!

Terrible! Rooms are very hot 26-27oC (its only 10oC outside) aircon doesn't work. Dont waste your money.

The air conditioning did not work during the two days we spent there and no compensation was granted.
The service at the restaurant was very slow and bad: Impossible to have bread, it was necessary to claim to have cutlery for the second dish and they were laid loose on the edge of the table to load for us to recover them for the three of us. Yet barely half of the tables were occupied for three servers. The waitress was particularly inefficient, she would run in all directions instead of arranging her travels. She could really use some training.

Decent hotel but not as good as the Ibis budget of Saint Jean station. Convenient with 24-hour reception and access via tram or bus 1. On the other hand, the hotel is not accessible to persons with reduced mobility: staircase to access the hotel, stairs to access the elevator, stairs from the 5th floor to go to the 6th.

Nothing to say. Good hotel. The staff are helpful and the young staff advised us on the outings in Bordeaux, thank you!
Parking at 0, €80 the hour is expensive but it could have been worse elsewhere.

Hallucinating how we treat customers in this hotel!
Following a change of route in order not to suffer from the SNCF strikes, we asked to change the date of reservation for our 2 rooms.
Finally, the manager considering that a customer passing through the Booking site is worth less than another customer refuses our request. So it keeps 140 euros and the possibility to sell these 2 rooms.
A level of CRM close to zero and an apology of a not higher level:/
The best being: asked the SNCF to reimburse you the hotel.
In short, if you do not want to be treated as an outcast, go through the agreement site.

Hotel in the budget range. Very small room no chair nor kettle… Direct view of the boulevard. Close to the Meriadeck centre. The hotel adjoins an ibis but the rates are twice as expensive (115 euros versus 62). It's a great place to spend a night. Attentive Concierge and reactive troubleshooting (ageing room). Offers a brewery but not tested.

Not the best IBIS. Wi-Fi is lousy unless you pay extra and car parking is expensive. Best find somewhere else to stay.

Friendly staff, simple but good restaurant menu, comfortable clean rooms, fast Wi-Fi, centrally located.

In the standard of Ibis hotels. Comfortable and perfectly soundproofed room. On the other hand I do not recommend the restaurant and especially the evening stage. Minimalist meal at least on Sundays. But I will come back to this hotel for the location and the rooms.

Ideal for couples, friends/as… hotel spotless 5 minutes from the center.

Hotel OK you have to think to ask room with view on the outside as a first night spent in a room with seen on the wall d opposite just not suppportable. Breakfast is good and nothing special.

Instead what is necessary. Clean and well located. The breakfast area is sparse, but being a buffet (bread, brioche, croisants, cereals, jams, ham ham, cheese and a little more) compensates, to pay for the breakfast. The room is fair, but you have what it takes. In our case something small (uncomfortable access to the toilet) but clean. The location is very good, next to the tram and 15min walk from the centre (national theatre). Come back to this hotel.

Right good connected by public transport.

Very good quality for the price, and very close to places of interest (the center of the city is a 10-minute walk and there is a mall on the side). Beds comfortable, housekeeping could be improved. The absence of cold water. Staff very pleasant and correct, willing to help. Parking is quite small for such a large hotel, we were forced to park in the parking lot of another hotel.

I really liked the hotel. It is clean and located in a walking distance to all historic sites, shopping and restaurants. Staff at reception was very helpful.

Great location, nice view and friendly reception staff. Bar staff and room cleaning not so good and there was a very sharp wood screw sticking out point first about an inch from the bathroom door at knee height! You can leave luggage free of charge after checking out.

Practical, functional and well priced. Breakfast expensive, as almost always in hotels. 9, 90€ per person is a lot of pasta. Yes, if you want to put up, this is your option, if you prefer a coffee and a bun, to the side you have 48, for a little more than 3€, you have a coffee and a bun freshly echo.

Small bathroom with mini bath-shower. No Bidet x3 People 2 Asciugamani in total per day x all uses. But can you?

Gute Lage, funktional, unkompliziert, sauber, ruhig. Diesmal auch ein schönes modulares Bad im japanischem Stil!

It's an Ibis so it's faceless and basic but the rooms are clean and modern, the staff are friendly, it has Wi-Fi and parking and the tram to the centre takes about 10mins. Apparently you can also walk in 15 but I haven't tried that yet. Very convenient for a short stay on a budget.

It is perfect for a night all that is good and there is good internet.

Good price for a midrange hotel. Clean rooms, quiet, good bed and air conditioning. 24-hour Reception and next to the tram. Breakfast buffet, prices ok. Wi-Fi is free but not working well. Ok for a vacation for the mid-range.

Room big enough. Quality bedding. Staff pleasant and available. Underground Parking available.

Very nice and well placed in Bordeaux! Small flat thousands of cigarette butts that hang out at the feet of the hotel! There should be an ashtray was the entrance!

Ibis hotel, in all aspects (bedroom, bathroom, cleanliness, cabin service) in the chain.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Standard Ibis breakfast with choice of sweet/salty (9 €). Wi-Fi available for free through operator Orange.
Located in an area of recent urban redevelopment is not far from the City Center (15 minutes by tram). The area does not offer much except the parking lot without difficulty (the hotel's parking is available at the supermarket next door to € 8 per day), the supermarket and a Subway next door (not far even a McDonalds and a Quick). At the end of the road a pleasant brasserie (Coffee Bastide) which can avoid going downtown for dinner.

I use this for business and the location is good for Bordeaux. Clean and reasonably priced.
