Hotel shameful despite the beautiful location. What are the hygiene services doing? This property should be closed for many works and change of hotel teams.

Staff at all stations very welcoming, helpful and smiling. We solved all the little inconveniences I could encounter. Very good contact at the reception.
The — : — Very noisy hotel. Sound insulation with mediocre exterior (on one side with bar in the street opposite with "The Nesle Tavern" where revellers bellow until four in the morning and on the other side the national, bus and rail station. ). The din is very surprising.
Zero inner insulation: We hear the conversations, the coughs of the neighbors, their movements.

If you want to sleep in front of the station this is perfect. Very poorly insulated, the housekeeping is not too much, the AC does not work, not all the channels on the TV, very small, they all bet on the entrance but the rest leaves a desire.

The cheapest hotel we found in Juan de Luz. We were surprised at how good it was, clean, comfortable and good breakfast. Well located.

Nice hotel situated five minute walk to restaurants, beach and fishing port.
Easy on street parking or underground car park close by. Also railway station opposite hotel.
Saint Jean de lux is a nice town with plenty of shops and Resturants.
Looking forward to a return visit.

Well located hotel. The welcome is warm and the service attentive. The room was small but comfortable. Only downside: the acoustic insulation is bad enough. Overall, I would recommend the hotel.

Great location, all amenities, room very comfortable, tastefully decorated and very clean. The mini bar included in price and breakfast in room without extra charge are very significant. An address to recommend!
