Room and bathroom too small. Lack of a lot of cleanliness. Lots of moisture in the rooms so the paint of the walls are inflated. Toilets and dirty showers. This is a hotel that lacks maintenance and should be renovated, so poor value for money. The two positives are the location of the hotel, the friendliness and the welcome of the staff.

I had to cancel the trip because of a serious health problem, a heart attack. We were unable to get keys to go back to our room as apparently the machine was down. So we had to go to the Campanille so we could open the door to the room…
Bedding more than to be desired. The room was very poorly cleaned (hair in the sink and in the sheets) I come however regularly… But there I am really disappointed…

Extremely disappointed, extremely dirty pillows yellow and blood stains on unwashed pillows and are never replaced concealed by foul smelling pillowcases in the room, shower hose with mold. I paid for 3 nights I left before I never return to this hotel to vomit, housekeeping not made catastrophic hygiene! For 30 euros at night it's not worth even the minimum cleanliness does not exist.

Just what you expect from a cheap stopover. Clean and comfortable.

It was a very nice Hotel. Too bad the reception closes so early. The displayed number refers to a general standard.

A hotel that fits the price, room fairly spacious, quiet. Reservation not expensive, €29. A quick and efficient reception, despite the need to run to the campanile at 30m, if arrived after 10pm, but good nothing annoying. The TV is present, efficient heating. Towel provided. Impeccable, apart from a small downside concerning the bathroom, with a little mold nothing very nasty, and the fact that it is not hyper clean but good… Really correct for a clearly reasonable price.

On a business trip on Bayonne and Biarritz too noisy from the RN 10 and the hostess not convenient.

Old hotel, staff lacking courtesy, price in season exorbitant for a hotel of this category. Having spent a night in this hotel, which is close to the airport to ease the spot, (airplane to take early in the morning). What a disappointment, the room is ugly, the paint is dirty, the window does not close well (noise of planes). Book for three, only one towel, the shower smells bad and the toilet paper is wet and therefore unusable. The bottom bed is made and clean, phew. The one at the top is to be done at the expense of the client. HOTEL PREMIERE Classe only has the name, let's say it.

Hotel has fled!
I find its dismal a ruined hotel bathroom dirty, stains all over rust and sewer odors when returning to the room! Car noise The windows are in a disgusting state and not even soundproof and in addition there is a trap or people pass that makes an unbearable noise we wake up, neighbors casting the party until 3:30 moving the room and people to say anything so is so no rest!
And to top it all I saw a cockroach in the hotel entrance pay 150th at night to sleep barely 2h I'm really disgusted with this hotel and not asking if it all went well! Nothing good!
Hotel to refresh because the these shameful!

A complicated entrance at night as there is no reception. We have to go find the night watchman outside so he can give us the keys. Despite the planes that take off every 5 hours (the hotel is next to an airport) the place is pretty quiet. The only big drawback is the cleanliness of the bathroom, I felt like I was in the public restroom of a freeway.

All in all it is a good hotel, clean, with good service and so on, yes the rooms are quite small, and have no closets, which is a big disadvantage. Ideal for two People.

Dirty and smelly very small room!

It was only for a night and it was ok but I wouldn't recommend it for more than a night because the room was very small.

Cheap and cheerful basic and not clean but of you want a budget room accessible any time of night on a road trip they do the job.

The cheapest I could find but still expensive price for the proposed provision… Soundproofing that lighter, doubtful mattress, receipt of only three channels on TV, cache switch HS, HS shower attachment, not small brush for the toilet… This is "almost everything" what I could take but already too. I find lamentable to rent it to €67 night…
Apart from that the only good point comes staff trying to the note with a home nice and back.

Room too small boff bathroom no shower curtains its mean that it is ' ACE of water everywhere.
Then when at 8: 30 in the morning you have the maid who just hit because we have to leave the room I can't find his very cool because I pay up as 11 hour which means that if I want to leave the room at 10 hour 59 I'm within my rights he my seen once but not twice next time its will be home that I will take the hotel room really too disappointed.
