Great check in process, excellent room. Large comfy beds, great Wi-Fi, good bar/restaurant at the front door… just perfect.

Family and cozy hotel well connected to all the tourist areas of the city. At the foot of the beach and with shops nearby.
The rooms are spacious, have everything you need and everything is very clean. Perhaps the worst is what usually happens in most hotels like this, they show some photos on the internet that has nothing to do with the room you receive.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The front desk was a bit poor because of the lack of English from the receptionists.

In the morning we asked the personnel in the restaurant if the breakfast was included. They told us it was. When we later checked out we were asked to pay for our breakfast (around €18 per person). We then explained that their personnel told us that it was included… they simply replied “So? That’s not our problem. Are you going to pay? ”. They were rude and didn’t seem to care that they tricked us in to buying their breakfast. If we would have known we would have gone somewhere else. I repeatedly said that it wasn’t about the money and I ended up paying but that doesn’t change the fact that what they did was wrong and that they were really rude. Had they been nicer about it perhaps our view of the entire experience would have been different. Book another hotel and hope that you get better service from them.

We loved our stay at the hotel where we were able to enjoy breakfast and dinner! We even had the privilege of having our desserts in the room to take the time to digest the great dishes of the restaurant! I highly recommend it and will definitely return! 1 star less for rooms that are a little less worthy of the hotel's standing.

Fantastic location, clean rooms, ok service. Location wise this is probably the best bet if you want to be close to le Grand Plage. The rooms were very clean and had a funky vibe to them with orange colours being predominant, although perhaps could do with some updating for a true four star. Parking is very difficult in central Biarritz and we didn't use the hotel parking but I believe you need to pay separately for it if you do.

Fabulous hotel. Lovely staff and enormous room. Presently being modernised but very comfortable and romantic.

It is not at all comparable to other 4 stars in the area. Breakfast of poor quality and in a room with air ye oldie Goldie, room with furniture according to that room, supposed jacuzzi that did not work and small TV and without service of movies etc. Plus there is only one elevator for the whole hotel and with preference for what you request from the ground floor, so you can expect and a lot.

We really enjoyed our stay except that… and C is a pity because 2 days before we left we were greatly disappointed.
In a 4 * hotel getting woken up at 8:30 am by Drill hammer Blow C is really but really annoying.
I can understand that the hotel needs to do their work but not at 8:30 am!
I found her abused!
The worst is that we have expressed our discontent to the gentleman of the reception and while being friendly and correct and the guy responds to us (AH I'm not aware for the works I come back from vacation) and without even apologizing. I really find it a pity. Because we had a good time but the works more Jamaiiiis!
We booked from March 24th to 28th.

I only spent one night at Christmas. The hotel is well placed, the room was spacious and very clean and the bed very comfortable.

Not a nice place. Old and lacks maintenance and cleanlyness. During our stay we woke up with drilling and hammering at 8:30 in the morning. The only bright spot was the breakfast.

A very nice hotel in a great location. The staff are friendly. We didn't eat at the attached restaurant as there are too many other places to visit (outside a hotel). There is no airport transfer as stated on the website. The staff just recommend a taxi. It needs tea/coffee facilities.

I booked a room in this hotel on the week from 3 to 4 March 2018. As the other customers have filed a notice: the cleanliness of the rooms is to be reviewed (traces on the carpet of movable furniture, visible dust, black traces on the plinths etc. ), the bathroom is small, a smell of a closed one emerges from the hotel to (common rooms + room where we are staying). For a 4 star, we expect better especially for €100 at night. A whole room refreshment would not hurt. They are lucky to be very well located in the city (50m from the beach, parking next door).

Booked through booking, it has been 3 days and still have not returned what they call the Prereserve, €90! The room was spacious and well-equipped (hydro bath and shower, hairdryer, soap and shampoo) although it is not like the 4 * hotels in Spain. Overall, well, above all the location.

A room that has nothing to do with a 4 star (stained carpets and cracked plaster), a little old décor. In addition to paying 15 euros for a parking space for one night and 4.40 euros for a small bottle of water is a bit limited. Not recommended.

Great location Warm welcome. Nice rooms. The buffet breakfast offered is not up to par with its price.

Amazing hotel. We didnt have big expectations as the review were not great. Instead we got a room with a very large bed, fitted with every luxury. Some 5stars I have been were much less comfortable than this. In the room there are minibar and safe, hairdrier and all needed for a pampering stay. We even have 2 robes and toiletries from Clarins! We are very happy of the hotel!

I liked this hotel. It is close to the ocean, big rooms, quiet (we had a room overlooking the yard). All good!

The hotel itself is set at an excellent location, 5 mn from the beach, the casino and shops but, even though it was clean, it is a little bit dated, some amenities look a bit run down. Nevertheless, the staff is very pleasant and helpful, the bar has excellent cocktails, especially the cucumber mojito, and I did enjoy my stay.

I don't think it has 4 stars. I've been to hotels with 3 stars that beat it a lot.

I got a big room. It's a little old-fashioned. The restaurant is qualitative.
It is located 150m from the ocean, which is very prati.

A good hotel in the centre of Biarritz, with friendly staff and a precious indoor parking fee.

The restaurant downstairs is incredible, the waiters are pleasant and make excellent recommendations. After a wonderful dinner and a complimentary bottle of champagne we had decided to spend the night in the hotel. The rooms are fairly sized but are old, there is a funk in the room. Our air conditioner did not work we were up for number of hours due to the high temperature. At 3 am we had to switch rooms. In the morning the owner was very rude and advised me we should have had the window open. This should be a 2 or max 3 star. I would not stay here again.

A huge room with 2 gigantic beds was perfect for a night with kids in Biarritz. Would have been better if we'd had a babyphone to hand to hang out at the bar…

Hotel with a situation such as this is rare and with parking Grand bed with large and very quiet room I give it 5 stars it's perfect.

Spacious room, but funny smell, a bit run down, big but not welcoming bathroom, bathtub is old and not attractive, sink cracked, it lacks d maintains.
For what is the restaurant I have ordered a burgeur, and didn not finished!
Cold bread, sauce with excess, fat fries.
I can't say for the rest because my experience stopped there.
Too bad, the best is nice.

As a result of my stay (in 2012) the first night was untenable so it was hot, the air conditioning was not working. The receptionist told me that the AC was and would not be put on the road since the season did not lend. It was 27 degrees in the room. The receptionist was even explained that no customers had complained of the heat and that some of them had even asked for coverage. After checking room them also had a tour through the reception box for the problem of air conditioning. We had the right to a room change or heat problem was identical, we still had the right to a (faulty) fan. I you would not recommend this hotel or bad faith is the only solution to the demands of the customers.

Framework felted with mood music, friendly and attentive staff, delicious meals, we spent a very nice evening.
