Rooms were nice but small. Air conditioning was great and staff were lovely and helpful. A kettle and some cups would have been very nice.

We had a great stay, the hotel is ideally located, close to the beach, shops and restaurants.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast is a bit expensive with also a secure parking at 10 euros a day.
We will return to this hotel and recommend it.

Hotel with comfortable room, very welcome, on the other hand works in the street when we arrived, too bad because noise. Otherwise very good hotel.

Good location, good value for money, however Deco of the room type "hospital" very austere and without any charm.

Despite the lack of indication due to the work the hotel presents well the welcome is basic small B mole on the tile seal that spoil the aesthetic class of it I do not see anything else to say in the sets a 7 out of 10 awarded for the hotel.

Extra staff! Professional, Smiling! Breakfast very good. The only downside is definitely the free parking spaces at the entrance to the hotel. (Parking fee possible but a little excessive).

Dogs admit, has a tram station next door and is next to the wine city. Is very new.

I really invite you to discover this hotel the service is really excellent at 2 steps from the city center and the comfort is perfect not forgetting the quality of the Breakfast.

The hotel is a ten minute walk from the beach. The rooms were comfortable and great for just a one night stay.

Very friendly staff. Hotel is centrally located with the beach and shops or restaurants only a short walk away.

Hotel well located and good report. Only downside: We had booked 2 nights since the end of February for 16 and 17 June (ie 3 months 1/2 before) and we wanted a room on the garden side. Unfortunately our request was not validated… too bad!

The worst hotel I ever stayed in. I don't know if there can be worse for this money. Room with no fridge, no restaurant open, very noisy. It's not only the motorcycles speeding under my balcony, but the staff and probably the other guests. I am in holidays and I got to wake up at 10 in the horrible noise of a vacuum, and a few doors slammed like we would be coming from the jungle. I say to myself not to be angry, get dressed and go out, leaving on the door the sign with "do not disturb" to make sure nobody enters my room. When I'm back, the bed is made against my will, I try to take a nap as I am still tired from morning, but I can't because shouting and slamming doors in the corridor. That's a big "NO, THANK You! ". Worst days ever.

Lovely hotel with up to date, modern rooms and bathrooms. Staff is so lovely! Walk away from town centre and seaside. Five stars!

Very pleasant Week.

We got a great deal on this place. We were welcomed with a drink for all of us when we arrived and the entire hotel was very nice. Quiet. Staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were way nicer than the price point. Location very well situated. It may be worth booking directly with the hotel as the deal we got was directly with them. Would absolutely stay again without hesitation.

Great location with friendly staff and lots of good advice; the rooms and bathrooms are very clean and functional; one downside is missing a plug in the bathroom for the ladies straightener… If we go back to BIARRITZ we will choose what course OCEANIA HOTEL

Very good host. Very nice night the bed is very comfortable clean, and the breakfast was plentiful. We recommend, except the price which is high enough for a 3 star.
