Beautifully situated on the golf course you will take your best swing and then go surf down to the love room of my hotel and staff eager to help bbq very well prepared and the cocktail party atmosphere specialties Basque tapas ect… I take advantage of the beautiful sunset that evening the lighthouse of Biarritz sparks at night and that it is possible to swim after a very hot summer.

Tolles Zimmer (Ferienwohnung) mit guter Aufteilung, es ist alles vorhanden um mit 4 Personen den Urlaub zu verbringen. ABER : die Betten sind sehr alt und durch gelegen. Die Couch ist nicht zu sitzen, da gedacht zum Schlafen. Sehr nettes Personal. Beim Frühstück geht auch schon mal aus aber es merkt niemand.

Very friendly staff, very well located hotel at 1km from the beach. Well-equipped. We were even given an apartment with a small view of the ocean.

Quite disappointed with this residence… The view of the ocean is just magical and it is the big highlight of the residence. On the other hand, we had a very cold and very speedy reception, the apartments deserve a little more maintenance. There is nothing to say about cleanliness in it itself but a refreshing would be nice. Bedding in the room is good but the bedding of the sofa bed is really deplorable… Luckily we stayed only 2 nights. Dishes of the previous occupants still in the dishwasher… short for the 4 stars it's borderline.

Very nice location, nothing to say. On the other hand the studio… Go go. Wall outlet ripped (attention with children), bathroom very dilapidated, the joints are black, leaking in the bathtub. The litter is just a shame! A sofa bed and nothing aitre, for a 4 * is very light, and considering the price also.
The studio is however clean.
I don't think I'm staying in this establishment.

Superb scenery, very good reception but old room: taken defeat of the wall (not terrible for safety), water leak in the kitchen with smell of sewer in the bathroom, glass door that does not close… Too bad, not worth 4 stars and not worth more than €90 at night.

Very Nice to visit on a good weather. It's a surfers paradise great waves lovely beaches. I'd recommend after the summer vacation around September, it's less crowded then.

Aparthotel. Good value for your location. Reception continues in several languages. Apartment with room, bathroom, living room-kitchenette and terrace. It has crockery, kitchenware, stove, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and TV. It has a broom, but no ballets or cleaning products. Common swimming pool included, spa (with pay to elderly) and beach opposite.

We booked this believing it was a 4-star hotel. It couldn't be farther from the truth. It is closer to 2-stars! The hotel is in very bad shape and in need of extensive renovation. The receptionist we met when checking in was also quite rude. The Wi-Fi in our room did not work, and when we contacted the reception for this we were told it probably was too many logged on and that we should use the reception-area Wi-Fi instead. Luckily we had only booked 2 nights here!

We are traveling through Europe without a plan and from our most amazing hotel in San Sebastian we stumbled on this place online around 9am Friday 14th July 2017. Check in was from 5pm which I thought was odd but with places disappearing fast we made the decision to stay here for 2 nights. We arrived at 4:33pm (a little early & we were happy to wait till 5 but hoped we would be able to check in then) A gentleman (Ricardo) told us quite rudely our room was not ready and that we needed to wait 1.5hrs more and come back at 6. No apology either! He looked at me like I was the one being ridiculous when I reminded him check in time was from 5pm. I mean really, you can't even meet 'that' deadline. Breakfast was the worst I've ever had. I questioned the cleanliness of the entire place also. No staff wears a uniform and you have the stupidest charges when it comes to cleaning fees that make no sense whatsoever. The one saving grace is the location but if this is the only place left in the area I strongly suggest you find another town than book this place. Should have realized… It's the same theory as when you are walking around liking for restaurants… Would you eat dinner at the completely empty one or find one that has allot of people. It was the last place available for one reason and one reason only.

It's a crappy hotel, with old furniture, dirty walls and defective appliances. Q post photos do not conform to reality, nor Q put Q is a four stars. In our room is toilet is separate from the bathroom, in a garret Mal Stinky and Q frightens.

This place got much more despite the Kostaldea being quite noisy but otherwise no major problems but the least small are:
We are not warned when the apartment is a personal, no reception in the "sea and Golf", the Kostaldea organizes a lot of concert and decoration is dated (out-of-date fridge, bed in the entrance, trash into a thousand pieces and 4 clothespin)

I came here because it was the best bang for my buck! The Wi-Fi is difficult but since I was always on the beach, it didn't matter.

The hotel is under renovation with a unique location. Despite some inconvenience of the Kostaldea bar in front to stay in the month of September, the apartment was very functional. Excellent view of the sea and pleasant staff. The spa is interesting in price…
We passed in November, renovation work continues with an enclosed and renovated housing. We understand either the former opinion… to try absolutely!

I do not understand some opinion we went there a week ago and we found it all very well. Nice home with very helpful people. The room was quiet, clean. We had the view of the golf course as requested it was beautiful. I was reluctant in seeing the notice but I will definitely sure.

How did they get more than one star? Terrible hotel with kids size beds Old looking old feel, don't even think a refurbishment would help…
