I will start by saying that in all fairness to this establishment that I have never stayed there. My review concerns their level of customer service and is really aimed at their other facebook page (frenchic). However, I felt compelled to leave a review for the owners and others to see based on my experience. I would have posted my review on that page but unfortunately the owners have seen fit to remove the facility to place reviews on that page. They have also seen fit to remove a question I posted relating to the serious subject of Child Safety and the claims for their products which also been shared on this page. My question related to their claims over Child Safety EN71:3 for all 40 of the colors, for which I asked for documented proof — something which shouldn't be a problem for a reputable company. (I also asked the same question on the company owner's facebook page which to date has also been totally ignored. ) It would appear, that by removing my question, that they are either unwilling or unable to substantiate their claims, and presumably in an effort to avoid answering my question, or anyone else's questions relating to their products, have seen fit to remove the ability to post any comments on their page. I would hope that they would not knowingly engage in false adverting but their response and attitude to my question makes me believe otherwise.
