The location is very convenient and the hotel is quite nice. Large comfortable bed, air conditioning. The real plus, the lovely receptionist!

Worst hotel experience ever! Booked a family room and got a normal one. Baby bed broken. Arrived at 18:00 pm with a hungry baby: no restaurant service.

Close to the airport. Some rooms didn’t have air conditioning but fans. Not good value for money. Sorry but I dont undestand how it has got the Best Western label. Pet friendly. Not elevator. Restaurant close over the weekend (so you have to go to another hotel if you want to eat). Staff was not attentive. Rooms are clean but they are not soundproof (you are one step to the airport)

Very disappointed by this hotel under the Best Western brand: while the reserved room had been paid and we presented the Voucher on arrival, we are asked to print our bank card as a guarantee of possible damage! We are told that in this case, the police are called, a complaint is filed and the bank card debited the amount estimated by the hotel and of course without the customer's permission! I ask for an update on the room at the start. I am told that it is not useful!
Plus the pool is VERY dirty. We are told that there was a big storm. 4 days ago and it is being cleaned. Indeed… but it's a shame for the customers who came before!

Hotel barely 2 stars. Old room. No air conditioning. Restaurant that looks more like a low-end brewery. Very disappointed. Especially at this price.

Friendly people. Clean rooms but nothing cosy. The price is changing even you see 80 euro in front of the hotel.

Very nice property close to Bordeaux airport. Very convenient for travelers who have early morning departures or late night arrivals. The rooms have all the necessary facilities to spend a pleasant stay. And I would add that the staff are really friendly.

This is a cheap, very conveniently close to the airport hotel. Staff are friendly, if a little overworked, and the breakfast is continental so no hot food, but for €7 you can't really complain. It starts at 5am, checkout was pretty strict and I was told I could get an extra two hours for €30 so at least that is an option, depending on the day. The shuttle bus from the airport wasn't available and a scurrilous taxi driver charged me €15 for a basically walkable distance but I was too tired to care. I was told you can take the 1A bus instead so bear that in mind. Uber works too. The room was cool and clean. I can imagine it would be hot in summer but in late May it was fine. Room cost was €60 and I got it via Booking. There's an actually good restaurant nearby called Au Bureau which is Irish themed and has excellent food and a decent atmosphere considering it's so close to an airport.

Best Western must have the worst reservation system ever. Before we left the US, they couldn't find our reservation, so we made a new one. When we got the hotel, they couldn't find our reservation again. We had reserved for 70 euros/night. We were offered a room for 120 euros, even though the sign outside advertised a room for 80 euros. I didn't accept and somehow they found our original reservation. There is no air conditioning, just a rotating fan. The restaurant is ok, which is good since there is nothing else near by. It was walking distance to the airport. Very quiet and very clean. If you have baggage you'll probably want to reserve a shuttle, which ends at 10:45am. After that, you can call a taxi for about 10 euros. All in all, I would stay again because of the proximity of the airport, but be aware of the limitations.

Small room/restaurant really not good/breakfast very succinct for the price//short I do not recommend at all this hotel knowing that there is much better right next.

So how to say… clean hotel outside, decent room without more, friendly reception but on the other hand, the airport/hotel transport service is not clear (website 5pm to 11pm but the Cceuil says it is until 10pm), the room smells of dust and Breakfast is way too expensive for what is offered. Oh yes, the mattress is way too hard and the walls are poorly insulated. Honestly, it is widely possible to find better.

Appalling customer service; not what you would expect from Best Western at all. I stayed here in December and fell on a greasy, dirty patch along the hotel entrance. I ended up spending the night in A&E. In spite of contacting them several times, to this date, three months later, I have received no reply or apology. There are many budget hotels by the airport which I'm sure care more about their guests than Best Western. My advice is avoid this one.

Practicality vs. Near airport, restaurant on site, possibility to radiate on Bordeaux Centre, on the outskirts, and on the good side to go to LACANAU or Arcachon.

Don't eat on the spot. There's a real problem with food. Poorly cooked.

Well, there are a lot of differences between the Best Western this one is of the kind (passage), when we work not far.

The Hotel is very clean. Just to spend the night before or after the flight.

Nice reception But the prices are quite high and the quality is not there.
Not a single dessert for less than 6 euros. And the burgers are between 13 and 15 euros. The bread of the burger is dry and the accompaniment very basic and not well prepared. I ate much better for 9 euros in restaurants of the same style.
I don't recommend it specifically.

This is a budget hotel. Accommodation is on 2 floors, the upper floor is only accessible by the stairs. Rooms are cramped and basic but with comfortable beds. Wi-Fi is free but the bandwidth is not suitable for streaming. Breakfast had an extensive range of options. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

Helpful reception staff, catering excellent with staff that were helpful and answered any questions we had in a friendly manner. A more than satisfactory stay with no problems.

A very large bed 180 + 200 tea coffee biscuits in the spacious room it's nice. Near the airport no noise nuisance coming from the outside! Snacking with a professional and pleasant server however no taste interest.

It’s cheap and cheerful. People always pleasant. Diner style restaurant is ok. A few good other places a 5 min Taxi away. All in all ok.

We chose this hotel for its proxemite, and for €56 on the Internet. A room with two beds, just for one night. Breakfast is at €12, attention the dish in the rooms offering coffee, cakes ect is paying (€6) we paid for a ch with 2 beds + breakfast €106

Nice welcome and decor to the American for this bw. The most: its restaurant with open kitchen offering quality burgers but not only. The most: the. Pool.

Really poor food service… the restaurant is always closed on a Saturday and Sunday! Go figure…

Well received even close to midnight. Clean and comfortable and very good, fresh breakfast.

Perfectly nice, clean and efficient hotel. Feels a touch budget with no closets and basic amenities, and no air-conditioning, but comfortable and quiet — no mean feat next to an airport. The bed was very large, too! There is an American-themed restaurant which we didn't try. Service was extremely efficient.

Was not impressed at all with this hotel. Arrived to be told that the restaurant was shut as the hotel was quiet. Didn't have a car so it was a major issue. Was offered a club sandwich which wasn't the best. The decor was strange to say the least. Staff however were helpful. Perhaps it just didn't meet expectations, which were not high in the first place. Wouldn't stay again unless it was the last hotel available.

Quiet hotel close to the airport of Bordeaux Merignac.

Excellent service, the employees are competent, friendly and proactive. The airport is a 10-minute walk, the hotel also has a shuttle system. Unfortunately the environment is very noisy, double glazing would be welcome, difficult to fall asleep even with ear plugs.

No air conditioning and 30 degrees outside. There are fans in the rooms and we can't open the windows of the noise.

You get what you pay for. Thin door so you feel like you're sleeping in the hallway.
