Clean and modern hotel, well located in La Rochelle, in Charruyer Park (near the old town and the beach).
Very comfortable rooms with excellent bedding and quiet air conditioning.
Nice little pool.
Breakfast at 16.50, too expensive (but plenty of alternatives nearby).

Good rooms breakfast easy to get reasonable price.

I didn't take a room at this hotel. I was invited for a meeting in a company club. Warm and very welcoming place. We were installed in an air-conditioned and well-equipped room. It was comfortable and very nice. Only downside we had a drink outside and got to know a giant family of mosquitoes. This is due to a bucolic stream not far away.

Very disappointed with the benefits that are below a 4 star. Small room, not comfortable bed, basic bathroom and poorly arranged space. 10 minutes from the centre of La Rochelle but by car and without traffic jams. I saw better for less, it's a pity. Welcoming staff.

Loved the hotel, so comfortable, clean, great service. The poolside breakfast was all we could ask for. This experience doesn't come cheap but it was worth it.

The reception is very friendly. The staff very friendly and the quality of the service is unstoppable. It's all very clear. The menu of the restaurant is exquisite, we feel that there is research combined with the quality of the products. Inevitably we get a good performance.

Very well placed we made a three day stop at the hotel. Super Terrace Dejeunatoire facing the pool. Very nice staff. Room in accordance with the Novotel and large parking. The beach less than 15min walk with the children.

Dinner in the restaurant — cockroaches run right on the plate. Nightmare. It's a pity the phone left to charge in the room, or else the whole video would have taken off.

Great location a short walk across the park into the old town and port, has an outside pool, good breakfast, plus its a clean and friendly hotel.

Wonderful location just five minute walk through a park to the beach, unfortunately that's as good as it gets. Restaurant and pool area is very grubby, cobwebs cover some windows. Breakfast it's typical for this standard of hotel, buffet offering both English and continental style. The staff were helpful and speak English. The decor is looking tired and the hotel in general is in need of maintenance.

Nice hotel very comfortable bed, nice pool, soundproofed room and thanks to the two doors you can not hear the noise in the hallway, small unpleasant odor in the room but it is forgotten quickly and complete bread not very cool the two downsides.

Nice room, soundproofed, thanks to the double door you can not hear the noise in the hallway, a nice pool, on our arrival my little girl got the gifts the only two defaults that I will say is the smell not very nice in the room and the bread especially L e full that I did not find fresh on the two days.

Very nice hotel. Large enough rooms with modern flat screen TV. Bathroom also nice and well maintained. Good that it has a pool, because the sea is mostly too cold to bathe. Friendly staff.

Im having a great stay hear with my family we are here for 3 nights. Room service came nearly instantly and I have a great view from my window very close to the port and lots of restraunts but it is mostly sea food but im allergenic to all fish but I still had chips and it was ok. In total I give my stay a 10/10

Very good location — quiet but close to old town with lots of restaurants and pubs. The room was OK. Clean but quite small. Nice heated pool.

Opaque reservation system that suggests that certain tariffs can be accessed for the final presentation of a salty surprisingly addition. The while taking the customers for fools on the phone. Client experience fleeing. Too bad because the Novotel staff are generally charming.

Good hotel. Very well located. Nice staff. Standard restaurant Accor. Three stars only because the rooms are very small, the king size bed is not one, the bathroom overlooks the bed! I come here regularly and I will return.
