Large rooms, nice and recent decorations, free parking outside and underground. However, rolling shutters instead of light curtains would avoid being woken by the sun at 6:30 a. M. In summer. And what about the breakfast, 12 for a buffet almost empty from 09:00 (open yet from 7:30 a. M. To 10:30. ), we had to beg for dishes and cutlery to be able to eat what little was left. The pool highlighted on the site is paid, and moreover it was not yet open on July 07 when we passed. The apartment for 3 people was equipped with dishes just for 3, not a small spoon, a glass or a knife more! We'll look elsewhere next time!
Editorial of July 20: following this notice I have just received a call from this institution to "clarify the situation", kind at first, the person who calls me quickly tells me that writing false information is not a good thing and when I tell him that I have only written the truth it quickly ends the conversation with a condescending tone.

Practical and functional! We were in a small t2 of 37 sqm for 4, it was perfect. The people at the front desk are lovely and accommodating, there is a nice little outdoor pool
The interior is functional, with kitchenette (covers, dishes, pans included) allowing to cook the essentials for 4. Built-in dishwashers as well.
It's clean even though the carpet would benefit from being changed (but it's clean it's already that) and there's even a large private balcony to eat out. Excellent soundproofing, we didn't hear the neighbors or the noises from outside throughout our stay!
Exceptional location 10 minutes from the train station on foot, 25 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the city centre, 5 minutes from the aquarium and shops and restaurants (even a complex cinema) : you can do everything on foot from the hotel, it's really convenient!
Only downside: it is very hot (no air conditioning) but the front desk was kind enough to lend us fans in order to make our nights more peaceful.
In short we are very happy to have found this place and we will definitely return :)

We stayed for a few days in this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the room very nice and comfortable, by the staff always very smiling and a very good location (access to very fast feet to the center of the city)
Moreover La Rochelle is really a very nice city that recommends.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the hotel does not deserve its stars, it would need a big rehabilitation. Carpet of spotted corridors, damaged furniture, stained ceiling, etc. Fortunately the staff is there by their good humor.

A catastrophe!
In a first time, bail cheque sent, which was not to be cashed but that was.
Second time we arrive at the hotel at the agreed time the rooms were not ready, we had to wait 15 minutes at the reception.
Finally the Patterson… No hot water for 2 days! The reception had forgotten to put the boiler back for our rooms!
I strongly advise against it! The receptionist, intern, was really not pleasant…

The staff were very nice Only negative point pool to refresh, breakfast to improve and a bit expensive for the benefits.

Residence satisfactory but without more. It's not worth four stars. The rooms seriously need a refreshing. The kitchen was room. We had to clean the dishes before we used them. The room and the living room team a carpet. Bathroom very poorly lit with a yellow shower curtain instead of being white. The dishwasher did not work from the stay. Fortunately the staff is nice…

Nous avons passé avec mes enfants un très bon séjour pendant les vacances de Pâques, l'appartement était très propre, literie confortable, résidence très bien située, je recommande et j'y retournerais.

Sad Bland no soul we fled from the next morning. Frankly it is not at all the ideal place to spend a week of vacation. Bad casting.

We spent five nights in this hotel very well to visit close to the center. Quiet no noise free parking staff very nice and housekeeping service nothing to complain about. The only downside is the carpet that is very hard and the bedding and the pillows… For a four star to review. We think to go back pleasant stay.

Appart'hotel recently offers a wide range of services (fitness room, outdoor swimming pool, room service for short rentals, breakfast…)
The accommodations are spacious and well appointed, the bedding is not unforgettable but comfortable enough.

Very nice residence in quiet a 10 minute walk to the old harbor.
Well equipped Studio microwave, fridge, dishwasher, hotplate. Comfortable bedding.
Things to improve: too low lighting in the bathroom there are only the two bulbs of the mirror. No instructions for using the heater.
Big defect in the housing that we had damaged Glass bay that closes badly. Well be careful before you leave.

A very good welcome; staff has the listening and available, very beautiful rooms, clean and well laid out a beautiful setting to spend beautiful moments just a stone's throw from the old port and city center.

Friendly staff and beautiful and modern apartment just a few steps from the old Port and the historic centre. I definitely recommend.

Stay for one night in Apartment 4 pers suitable for PMR. Spacious and clean apartment. Only downside: the shower curtain which was yellow — brown in its lower part. Parking in the basement or outside very convenient, with elevator to the basement. The reception on the phone and on site very nice. Comfortable bed. Otherwise I would recommend this property very favourably!

Okay for a short stay. Little light in the hallways, so people take the ring buttons to the apartments to light the light. Establishment a little veillissent, change of the carpets to be previewed.

Very nice and I recommend, the only thing to complain about is perhaps the hour of housekeeping, especially when we specify that we have a little one who is napping and that we look everywhere for a maid who had to spend in the morning and noon.

A hotel where I feel like home. The rooms are spacious and it's clean. The staff are very welcoming and available. The place is quiet. I recommend.

Nice apartment with separate kitchen of the Fsalon but with a window that looks on this one. Well-equipped. The staff are friendly and efficient. Do not hesitate to ask them for advice. They are at the top to advise and organize your day. Close to the center: once parked your car in the private parking, you can do everything on foot.

Nice apartment clean and pretty good location for a reasonable price. Hotel pool not bad and good number of services offered, see if this holds the road for the full season… A point of improvement is the lack of dishes in the apartment ' especially that there is a dishwasher 12 covered.

An good hotel for 1 or two nights, wouldn't want to stay much longer as the rooms are quite basic. If you book a room for more than 2 people it will be a sofa bed which we weren't aware of.

Housing spacious and pleasant to live. Perfect home. The residence is in the heart of la Rochelle, it is possible to do everything on foot, very convenient.

Nice, functional, comfortable and quiet. Not very far from the train station or the city centre. Recommend.
