Good hotel we e used before. Clean trendy rooms, pleasant staff and five minutes walk to the main shopping area.

Hotel staff are nice and polite. Rooms are clean and modern.

Excellent hotel, clean and modern. Comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Ideal walking distance from the port and the old town. Secure parking at just €8 per night, good value. Would recommend to family and friends.

I had no complaints at all. A great experience near the city center of La Rochelle.

The room is very spacious and the bedding is super comfortable. Very clean and in a modern and uncluttered style. Breakfast with lots of sweet and salty choices. The reception welcome very warm and professional. The location of the hotel is perfect as you can walk everywhere, 5 minutes from the aquarium and the old harbour, while staying in a quiet street. A welcoming bar, which we have not tested, but which offers a late opening for late-nighters. Our pet is welcome there.

A small detail but that has its importance: there is no mirror in the room to adjust its hold. But after talking with the front desk, it turns out that they will renovate the hotel where this breach will be taken into account. Note that given the size of the room, separate toilets from the bathroom would be a plus.

Nice clean room, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, convenient location plenty of parking around. Walking distance from the city center, restaurant and bars.

Excellent stay with a 9-month-old baby. Listening and friendly staff, very clean room, exquisite and very complete breakfast (salmon, oysters, champagne, homemade sweets. ). Access to the city centre and the port is a 10-square-foot walk away. We recommend this property.

Hotel super good. The room for two nights we had was fine. The people at the front desk were smiling. The hotel's underground parking was nice and accessible directly from there to take us straight to our room. From the hotel you can walk on the docks to walk quite simply. If I return to La Rochelle, I will definitely take this hotel.

I do not know the hotel but otherwise salon is a perfect place for appointments and meetings with guests, Deco modern design, comfortable sofas and armchairs, soft music. The staff is discreet and smiling, and leaves you quite quiet.
Located 2 minutes from the train station and the old port, this makes it an establishment of choice to stay.

Comfortable and a little luxury. Did not manage to try out restaurant. A bit far out of town if walking is a real issue. Nice bed. Helpful staff. Nice wine selection.

A nice place to stay close to the city center and the old port. Amazing breakfast with local products. The service is very friendly and professional. Rooms are cosy, clean and have a great coffee and tea choice. The pressing service on the same day is affordablr and efficient.

A great hotel, the staff are very nice and professional. The suite is good size, breakfast is good and there is choice. Small downside as there is no restaurant within the hotel for lunch and dinner these are warmed dishes.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are modern, well designed and clean. Breakfast is amazing and a ton of wonderful items, caramel, oysters, champagne, salmon, bread, local cheese, etc! It's near the train station and a bit far (10 min walk) from the city center, but honestly it's ok. At least the area is quiet. Recommended.

Stayed here for a week whilst travelling around the area. Nice modern hotel, set about only 5 mins walk south of the main harbour. Far enough if you want peace and quiet. Very close to the train station, for €8 a day there's an underground secure car park. Not a very traditional hotel if you want something authentic, you do feel like you could be anywhere in the world, but if your not worried it's a very good hotel. Free Wi-Fi, lovely comfortable rooms, and staff are fantastic. All extremely helpful and friendly, any local information, making reservations for restaurants, and just general chit chat was never a problem. No fridge, or much food to order through, but big rooms for France. Definitely recommended! Good tip-the hotel sells tickets for the aquarium, you will save hours not having to queue.

Because it is important to say when all goes well!
The hotel has two steps from the aquarium of the old town and the Atlantic.
Staff are smiling, friendly and little care.
No complaints about the room as well as the hearty breakfast.
In short a beautiful stop was la Rochelle that I recommend.

What I say applies to the bar because I don't not sleep but it's cheap snob! Chairs not comfortable, very expensive drinks, and say that it serves as a local for quite a few companies aperitifs. However it is sure that we can't miss it on the street with its big blue neon (but then Hello district. It's downright area). I'm sorry but I really have not been seduced.

Missing a double basin (we had a suite) and no separate toilets

Convenient underground parking with lift that allows to directly mount the luggage in the room
We could leave the car the 2nd day after the keys to the room until our departure

I spent two months in this hotel in early 2008. In a very warm and modern décor, a team of high-quality gave me the feeling of not being too less from me giving in many ways during my stays. Taking into account food tastes (for snacks and the breakfast), passing through a real human warmth, I can only give a very favorable to the Masq note. Since I moved to La Rochelle "Masq" became a place for my appointment it is also a place or it's good to meet (Tuesday night during the very warm afterwork). Its long bar is very nice with its wireless network and Pascal the Barman's attention. Stone, Christine and their teams are professional and know how to adapt their services to their cilenteles. Live.
