Great little boutique hotel in the heart of the champagne region.

The top arrived 23h small glass and in addition possibility to eat a pizza. Staff at the top extraordinary decoration for a mercury shifted the top really.

Great efficient check in — very friendly staff 👍👍

We spent 4 days here 2 weeks ago and everything was perfect. Nice little room, very smiling staff, nice. Only positive.

Stayed there one night but cannot speak more highly in relation to the helpfulness of the staff. Food was very nice and reasonably priced too. 10/10

Staff couldn't help us enough. Sorted out a disabled room & access to all needs for disabled person. Very impressed.

Had overnight stops here on the way to and on the way back from Switzerland very comfortable rooms and ample breakfast and evening meal. Hotel was being upgraded at the time but the building work being done did not interfere with our stay. Left very refreshed and relaxed.

Nice food nice hotel but be careful of the bar staff, you'll get short changed and will get half a pint for the price of a pint!

Currently being refurbished, public areas are rather shabby (dining rooms, etc). Some parts of the rooms have been refurbished, however some basics such as electrical socket and door handles not working. My room was clean and functional for the most part, but there was a hole in our bathroom. The plumbing was very noisy, overnight you can hear toilet flushes. One small cup of milk in the room for hot drinks and there was no fridge. Our room seemed to have a smart TV, but all smart services were disabled and there was signal only on a few channels. Breakfast was alright, but bacon and sausages were tasteless. Dinner The hotel is in the middle of nowhere in an industrial estate. Suitable for an overnight stay but not much else. Our room was surprisingly large and the beds were comfortable.

Good mattresses and pillows. Very clean. By car you are quickly in the city. Parking in front of the door and a swimming pool.

Stayed for one rnight travelling to Italy, clean and very comfortable bed, breakfast good. Saw a swimming pool but did not use it.

Within walking distance to centre, very clean, breakfast good, staff very friendly was in process of alterations but we didn't hear any noise very quiet.

For a disappointing Mercure chain hotel in works, shabby dinner dishes €19 entrance €9 dessert €9 done the math! Common breakfast. Dirty carpet.

Good location for a business stay near the fairgrounds, close to the good level Restaurant highway for a business lunch. Comfort of the average rooms for this category of hotel and this sign. A small renovation would be appreciated.

Noisy Hotel High price with respect to the proposed benefits. The Style and decoration are no longer the taste of the day. The facilities in the bathroom are antiquated.

Attention, the hotel comes into work in the month of April.

The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation, especially the room I was in : ( We had a club sandwich for diner. It tasted like it was made the day before.

Never again for us … we are members of the loyalty scheme and have stayed many times with Accor and the Mercure brand in many cities throughout France. This hotel lets the brand name down very badly. We were given a room on the first floor … every aspect of the room and bathroom was shabby and worn out. The corridor carpet should have been replaced many years ago … awful. The entire building appeared to be run down and dilapidated. The bar furniture was even threadbare. The restaurant appeared to be the only part of the hotel that said 'Mercure'. On a positive note, the staff were helpful enough, no complaints there … I actually felt a little sorry for the management of this hotel … Why? … because it seems to me that the place seems to be getting starved of Accor cash with the consequence that it cannot afford to maintain the business in line with hundreds of other Mercure hotels.

Services and service but meeting room a little small for 60 people.

A good adequate average hotel with all the usual plus free off parking. Not special, room was heated with an air conditioner, a bit noisy but we arrived at 11:30pm and they accommodated us. Perfectly reasonable. Not particularly outstanding but a good bed and facilities.

Hotel very dilapidated, room not super clean, dinner served in 1:05 top time.

The usual Mercure, a little pricey especially the breakfast.

It was an over night stay & was adequate for this but I wouldn't like to stay here any longer. Functional & soulless. Food was ok but staff were not very good. Abrupt & unsmiling just about covers it.

We asked for adjoining rooms ended up two floor apart (I know it was not guaranteed BUT) we were late arriving 7.30 and the meal was in a back room at 8.15 which was a rush but all the coach were down asked for water given one small bottle for 6 of us We sat there until 8.48 and then I went to ask when we were going to be served the soup then arrived We waited for the main meal which were chips that had been cooked for quite a while, overcooked veg and awful chicken
We waited again until 9.35 and at that point decided we could not wait any longer we had been traveling for 12hours and we were due to be down for breakfast at 6.45
Breakfast if you can call it that we had been told to come down at 6.45 so we could leave at 7.30 since we had another long day ahead of us
When we got down for breakfast the 3 of us we had to sit on different tables not good, then there was no coffee, no milk, the machine was not working for water, 1 sort of juice, no bread for toast either brown or white, no bacon, no sausage, So we set off for another 12hour day with no breakfast!
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because there was obviously 3 coach loads and it is obvious that the hotel cannot cope with that amount of people.

Nice hotel. Not in the city centre but the bus is a quick and cheap alternative. Taking the car to the centre is an equally valid option as parkings are not very expensive. Fairly small and modest rooms. Exceedingly friendly and well mannered staff. Good quality food and exquisite desserts!

Came in for a takeaway pizza as our hotel restaurant was closed. Excellent service from all the staff. We stayed for drinks and desserts as well! Well done Mercure Reims! Mike Cashin. Portsmouth UK.

Very nice lunch on the terrace. Service a little long though.

Shame the upstairs isn't as good as the downstairs. Staying just one night on our way home from Austria with shearings. Shoved into a back room for dinner, given undercooked chicken. They didn't seem to understand that chicken needs to be cooked and not left pink in the middle. 3 waiters looked at the 4 dinners that were pink and asked if we wanted it well done.! No we just wanted it cooked! Can't wait for breakfast!

Room was clean and spacious with tea making facilities if you needed a cuppa! Bed was comfortable and spacious with squashy pillows. Bar was small but unfortunately prices were extortionate! 19 euros for a pint of lager and a Bacardi and coke. Hotel situated in an industrial type estate and no other places to go, hence charge what they like. Breakfast was varied and okay.

When we arrived we were told restaurant would not be open, due to a tour company being there. We were advised to have a meal on ferry crossing to France. When we arrived at hotel the restaurant was busy with tourists. Strange thing is they were on a coach trip from same company as we were on, Leger. Bad communications somewhere. Rooms basic and comfortable. Carpets need refurbishing in corridors. Breakfast okay. Plenty of choice but I would suggest avoiding the bacon and scrambled eggs. Biggest tip is to buy bottles of wine, or whatever you drink, and drink it in your hotel room. I was charged €19 for a lager and a bottle of coke and a Bacardi. Biggest rip off I have ever had.

Hotel clean, rooms are those IBIS style but they are fine. I had dinner at 10:00.10 and they brought me an inedible club sandwich… bad Service.

The hotel deserves a small upgrade to the level of the room, but it probably explains its good value for money.
