A wonderful dinner for the pleasure of our taste buds and pupils! Exceptional menu, incredible flavors and textures, very high level of mastery and technicality of the dishes, choreography of the right service and without false note where no detail is forgotten, and, icing on the cake, a sommelier, who has well identified our epicurean side, made us discover sublime wines. Small cozy private lounges to relax after a short jump in the pool! Junior suite with a sober and neat design! A very nice address… Well done!

As a small improvement, I would suggest a slightly warmer room temperature, and this everywhere in the establishment, as well as a lower musical volume for softer music than deserve so subtle dishes…

But Wagner is made for game, big game, wild boar, rhinoceros!
Finally! But for the Bresse chicken, with lobster from Roscov, something else is needed! So, find me a light, spiritual, subtle, dosed music!

This is an exquisite and picturesque boutique hotel. I highly recommend it. It’s our 25th wedding anniversary. It’s wonderful for a special occasion. The decor is so lovely the wait staff tries very hard to speak English and it’s refreshing. I was struggling to speak French. It’s a good idea to say a few words so they can appreciate you’re trying. It’s a wonderful place. I highly recommend it ♥️♥️♥️

Stay for honeymoon! Excellent I thank all the staff who were at the top! Indoor swimming pool heated to 28 degrees.

Everything was perfect until breakfast. Instead of a quiet moment, we were treated to the director who, with a loud voice, repressed one of her employees. She chased her from the kitchen to the room, making us participate in all the reproaches. A wasted time and it's a shame considering the price of breakfast.

A culinary experience that any food lover should try one day, plus it's a very generous establishment with these diners, I recommend it to anyone who likes to eat.

We had taken a menu for gentleman and à la carte for madam. Everything was so good, melting. Just perfect! Home and service very well, friendly staff, the middle ground, they are not too present but always there.

A very, very big thank you for creating so much magic, an art that allows France to be what it is, thanks to the excellence of what you produce among others. Of course with simpler tables also where the quality of our terroir is well represented.

Don’t think twice! just go! amazing chef/staff/decor and before all amazing food! this is more than a 3 stars michelin restaurant… it is a unique place built on passion and talent! Going to Reims without having at least a meal there would be a major miss out. We will go back for sure!

Lovely hotel, very contemporary and relaxing. Great public areas and gardens. We chose to eat in Reims as we didn’t fancy the formality of the on-site 3 star restaurant. 8 min taxi ride (Uber) from the centre of the city so good location with very secure parking, handy if you’re driving something fancy. Would definitely come here again.

We were greeted as princes. A meal with truffles and wines that are in adequacy an ambience and an extraordinary table. An accessible chef, listening to you and a highly qualified staff.

The best dining experience in my life. Everything was perfect, I cannot fault them in anything! When they presented the chariot of cheese towards the end I faux wept from being overwhelmed. One of the waiters promptly presented me with a box of tissues. It’s hard not to compare every fine dining experience against this establishment since and none of them live up to it. I will be back very soon. Take care team!

Exceptional Moment!

My first three stars! I invited my wife to celebrate our 20-year anniversary. Emotion Menu with a Mets & wines agreement. Have tasted no less than 10 dishes and 9 glasses of champagne/wine. In the end (after more than three hours at the table), an unforgettable moment with an addition to the height: more than 1000 euros. In my opinion, it's not worth it. Or let's say, for the same budget, I prefer to have lunch several times in establishments 1 or 2 stars. But I do not regret this moment of madness.

Lunch at Assiette Champenoise was a wonderful experience for me. Everything was perfect, the welcome from the staff, the advice of the sommelier, the service in the dining room and the meals prepared by a wonderful chef and his brigade. Congratulations and thanks to Mr. Arnaud Lallement and all his staff for making me spent three hours of the dream in your wonderful institution.

This was the first time we've eaten at a three star restaurant. We have eaten at many one and two star restaurants but never had the opportunity for the top tier before. We visited for lunch. The entire experience was almost stunningly fantastic! Great, stylish service, the best food we've had and even a quick meet and greet with the chef. We are so happy about the visit and we would recommend it to everyone.

Spectacular dining experience. We aren't usuals at places like this, but we were splurging and it was worth it for both the experience and the food. We each had the saveur menu, which I can strongly recommend. Each dish was a performance. We took coffee in their lounge afterwards too which was exciting in its own right, being allowed to smell the different bean options before selecting our coffee of choice.

Staff is always super friendly for you and the Chief's mother is adorable and a lot of humor… Unfortunately I have not stayed because I have not the way but if I had them this is where I have resided during my visit in Reims…

Probably the most expensive accomodation in Reims, one would expect perfection. Not so. The doors on the lounge room cabinet would not close. Poorly fitted and maintained. When filled, the bath would not empty as the lever had broken. Sound proofing was non existent. All noises from people in the corridors was loud and intrusive. Unbelievably one of my wife's garments went missing. The restaurant was very disapointing. For 450+ Euro one would again expect perfection. The meal was average at best and the service whilst excellent was intrusive. It would score no more than 6/10 on Masterchef. The food at the small Basque restaurant down the street was much better and cost about 1/7th the price of A. Lallement. Overall, a disapointing experience.

I was awoken by the cleaner hoovering several feet from my suite at 03:30. Need I say more? The suite has a pointless lighting system that takes around 30 minutes to master. The Jacuzzi takes around 15 minutes to master. I couldn't call reception because the phone was impossible to use. I'm a technologist so just imagine. Terrible value for money in a crummy part of town. Thumbs down.
