Good price and location for Reims.

Rooms are basic but clean with friendly staff. And lots to do for children and adults within walking distance. Would use again for sure.

A budget hotel but all was as described.

Well run with effective air-conditioning in all the rooms. Located next to several restaurants which is really helpful when traveling long distances. Reception area very helpful and provide a lot of useful information on planning visits and places to eat. Recommend as a budget overnight stop.

Budget is a key word. My first experience with this type of hotels. Ok for one night stay for drivers. Lots of restaurants around which are works till 10pm. But keep in mind that you can easily find family run B&B, little bit more distance from the motorway but more comfortable.

Absolutely amazing. This budget hotel is the best bang for your buck. Private parking is available for free too. Clean, 24h check in, kind employees, comfortable beds. What else do you need? oh yeah, it's not near tourist spots, but its perfect if you need a stop when driving between Paris and Germany.

It's near the city and there's a parking area. The choices for breakfast are limited.

Well-kept Hotel, staff is friendly and smiling. Close to many restaurants if you do not want to take the car, and it was 8/9 minutes from the centre of Reims.

Very good value for money for one night! Standard room with bunk bed above the double bed, relatively spacious, clean. It just lacks a hair dryer that would have been almost indispensable (but hey it wasn't a professional trip, so I have or do without it! )
Friendly, courteous staff. We were very well received with a lot of explanations when we arrived!
Hotel well located if you have a car to reach the center, with restaurants, cinema, bowling. Nearby!

Easy location from the main Troyes/Calais road, basic but comfy rooms that are clean and well presented. Staff are friendly and helpful. The drawbacks are that it’s very close to several dual carriageways and there is a lot of road noise and unfortunately if you have loud neighbors then the soundproofing of the walls (or lack of) is a small issue.

Very good value, clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is hearty and at will. The person responsible for the breakfast is very nice and smiling. I recommend it.

This budget was great the receptionist Fanny is a lovely lady. We were able to have a few laughs with each other and the room was very clean the food was good as well.

Comfortable bedding — only negatives: The sink in the room, the lack of shelves in the shower, no storage in the room. Otherwise short stay enjoyable for professional reasons. Wi-Fi working properly.

Really friendly staff, who were most welcoming and accomodating despite us arriving at midnight without a room booked. They offered secure storage space for our bicycles, and were never too busy to offer help. Bedroom was simple, but did the job. The open breakfast bar was great value for money, and decent quality. The rooms were perhaps a little more than what I'd consider 'budget', but the experience was friendly and settling.

All we needed was somewhere to lay our head for the night. It is what it is — budget and it did what it had to do. If you want cosy then look elsewhere. There were no double beds left so we had to have 2 singles — I thought we would be able to push them together but there is a divide so you can't! I appreciate you won't get big fluffy white bath towels in a budget hotel but a towel that you could actually wrap around yourself would be good — ours were almost hand towel size! There is no bath mat so be careful when you step out of the shower. Reception very friendly ;-)

Absolutely shocking "customer service"! Currently having to sleep in the car park because the "family" room is only for 3 people. Then they refused me entry to get my bag that I'd left in our room whilst we went to eat!
Never been so badly treated at a "hotel" in all my life — and I've stayed in some rough ones for work!
No wonder tourism bookings are down in France — nothing to do with potential terrorism — just shoddy and downright ignorant service.
If one of my team treated one of our customers like I have been treated today they would be looking for another job tomorrow.
We normally shave had exceptional service at all the other Accor Group hotels but this one is a disgrace — at least writing my letter of complaint to their head office will take my mind of the fact that it's pretty chilly in northern France on a February night!

Been here a few times now, the staff are polite and very helpfull, the rooms are nice and the breakfast good, this is a great stop off point for a long journey, I highly recommend them.

Especially madame fanny for drivers…

Standard ibis budget, with good location and discount codes for some surrounding restaurants within walking distance.

Rooms are small and modern. Slightly strange layout. Friendly staff. Nice for one or two nights stay.

Decent hotel at a decent price. Pillows are poor but you can ask for more at the desk. Excellent blackout blinds so make sure you set an alarm.

A bargain at fifty one Euros. Had a great nights sleep and an even a better shower in the morning. A great choice of breakfast. The staff both in the evening and morning were friendly and helpful.
