This hotel in the B&B Chain was fine for an overnight stay to break our journey. One of the things I particularly liked was the fridge for guests. The staff were very friendly. It's close to some recreational facilities: cinema, bowling, eateries etc. The breakfast was a little disappointing as they had run out of some items.

Stopped here on 3 occasions on way to South of France, friendly helpful staff, clean room, good breakfast at a reasonable price, all you would expect from a budget hotel.

Clean, fresh with a good breakfast. Very minimalist in terms of room interier. It would be suitable as a transit hotel for one night.

We have stayed at the Chalons en Champagne B&B at least 6 times a year for the last 10 years (since it was an Etap) and the experience has only got better. The accommodation is just what we need for an overnight stay and the extra pillow we need is always in the room, ready for us. Breakfast is great and it is a real pleasure, when we arrive in the evening after a long drive, to be able to sit in the breakfast room and enjoy a meal (using the microwave in cool weather) and a bottle of wine. The staff go out of their way to be helpful (for example, finding us a different accommodation when we turned up thinking we had booked, but we hadn't) and they are always bright and cheerful. We'll be back soon!

We stay in B&B hotels in several parts of France and this hotel is the best we stay in, by far. They are open to receive us at any time of the day, the staff are courteous and friendly, the male manager very competent and he has a good command of the English language. Our only wish is that the room had two chairs to sit on and there was at least one more rail to put towels on. It is our wish that some of the others. Were as good as this one.

As usual, the welcome was very friendly, with very pleasant staff. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with everything in working order. We travel with our dog and it would seem that we are always given a room on the top floor. This may be the hotel policy to place customers on the top floor if they have a dog but it is not really practical as dogs require taking out regularly. It would be easier to be on the ground floor. The only criticism I would have is that the sound insulation between rooms is very poor and you can hear people's conversations in the room next door. Not ideal. This said, I will use this hotel again.

Good stop off en route to skiing. Has a good le pub food option opposite that is open late. Quieter than other B&B hotels that we have stayed in.

I really enjoyed being able to dispose of the room to drop off my belongings in the morning while in principle I should have waited until the end of the afternoon. The reception is very nice, as family… I was able to take advantage of a free invitation to the motor show in the city that interested me. Comfortable bedding, single room but well designed practically, silent and clean. Bathroom idem. The toilets are separated from the bathroom which is not negligible. The breakfast is a bit fair with however a good quality coffee.

Clean rooms, friendly atmosphere, great for an overnight stop. Perfect for us. Will use again when visiting the area.

The reception was warm, the hotel is clean, the room complies with B&B standards and my expectations.
I don't eat breakfast in the morning, but I drink coffee. It was possible to have a coffee at a Distributor, I did not do it because I found the price exaggerated: €2 the small coffee, while it is 1. €50 in the motorway stations.
In short everything OK except the little extra too expensive for my taste.

Good stay B&B is a safe value, I just regret that the bathroom is not in a room apart especially when sharing the room with a colleague.

The best B&B in which I had the chance to stay there. Clean, quiet with very nice rooms. Good beds.

Booking was easy, the phone call in advance to clarify our baby’s needs was in fluent English and very helpful, and the welcome was warm. A lovely experience.

During trip A, and R to Strasbourg
Particularly disappointed to B&B Chalons en Champagne. Faulty lock, have to go down 2 times to search the man's home before changing finally to room and move all of our stuff. These two rooms heated to over 25 dg. Ineligible for the planet. 2nd room with flush water flowing constantly to our arrival. Tablet overnight in a poor state, the edge ripped off. And the "pom-pom", no hot water in the morning. Several guests at breakfast complaining of the same thing (locks to be defective and hot water). The woman of service at breakfast left her broom against the tables of the customers and left in a pile of the crumbs. A client had a claim to make make the necessary. The staff is to crop it seriously. Of course, we are not in a 4 star hotel, but there is a minimum. I do not accept not the feet. Back with step-to-B and B Bezannes, Champagne Ardennes. Curtain did not close, the brackets are broken, have to climb up on the stool to hang temporarily this curtain. (This is not the role of the client it seems). Tablet overnight damaged, the lamp burned out. But which must, therefore, check the proper operation or the proper state of equipment available…? And in the morning, saw anyone at the reception to the breakfast before serving, and even less to greet me before my departure. Finally, it avoids asking the client if he passed a good night.

I am a follower of the formula B&B I can tell you this one and very well maintained quiet and have so rests very well PS: You can also eaten as they in the vicinity of the hotel several very nice restaurant before spending a good night I highly recommend thanks to Good continuation Manager.

Lack of soundproofing.
Not enough varieties at breakfast the water ran along the window and ended its race on the wooden shelf or rested my business.
Lack of storage.
Good for one night.
Pleased with the partnership with the Brewery ' ' The Office ' ' entitled to a free cocktail.

Perfect for a quick overnight stop. Unfussy, clean rooms with everything you need at a reasonable price. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Just found out Hotel B+B are located across France & Germany, which is where our travels normally take us. Happy days! This is our 3rd visit and would thoroughly recommend. Small shopping centre with Carrefour & petrol 5 mins drive away.

Very good hotel, the least expensive lil of all. The hotel chains, the beds are correct, and the TV as it should, plus the Wi-Fi flow is frankly bluffing!

Good value for money, home with a smile (not forcing) a very good thing these days

At least on weekends you should not book this hotel unless you plan to do the same as all the youngsters who want to stay there and go to the nearby nightclub. We were turned over even before we could book anything.

Nice hotel, friendley staff. Quiet place to be. shopping center nearby. Exept when I would take a shower the water was very cold.

Clean comfortable and with aircon. The hyphermarket Carrefour is 5 minutes drive away.
