Very nice discovery in Arcachon, former water company. This is an intimate and discreet hotel. The pool is absolutely amazing, it is located in the old retention pool, a must see.
The restaurant is very decent and the service friendly and pleasant, special mention for Youssef and Sandrine.

The restaurant at the Hotel Ville D'Hiver is my favourite in Arcachon. A variety of dishes at a very reasonable price for the quality of the food on the plate. The setting is very nice. I recommend it regularly.

Hotel very good but a little far from everything!

A small, friendly hotel surrounded by greenery a little above the centre of Arcachon in the City of Winter. Very nice room with good bedding with a nice bathroom and a balcony. Nice pool. Good welcome. Decent restaurant on site.

Quiet unassuming retreat on the hill above Arcachon. Seeped in delicious pine smells, wonderful spa, pool in summer… log fires in winter. Total relaxation.

Real Happiness! Very good value for the region in July/August. A staff attentive, helpful and very smiling (reservations restaurants, tips. ). Attentions, and good bathroom products. An amazing pool! And a very atypical place. (I did not test the spa, but I will come back! ). A nice address.

Very nice hotel, full of charm, amid lush vegetation but unfortunately not very quiet as located next to a slightly passing road. Our room was ready from the road and having light sleep I was woken up two three times by mopeds.
I especially enjoyed the pool which seems to have been furnished in an old basin and I found the staff very welcoming although a little insistent by offering us the restaurants of the hotel.
The room is nicely decorated as well as the balcony which we did not enjoy too much because of the noise of the road.
The ambience scent of the room can be a bit unpleasant for some people.
The room 1st floor main building is not a real first floor and is in an islet that is not attached to the main building.
We will keep a mixed memory of this hotel.

Very refined and nice hotel, as well as the staff, always available. It's quiet, with a nice pool in the old reservoir, access is done by a staircase. Breakfast can be served in the room or taken at the
Restaurant but that will be difficult to access for a person with reduced mobility. It is better to warn before you have access to a room in the DRC. Charming hotel in a beautiful place.

Very nice rooms, restaurant good, still expensive, also flat on the price of the "cocktails": € 10 for a Martini Schweppes, these two ingredients do not justify the rpix.

I think that there is nothing to add! It's all simply excellent and finally not as expensive as what we expected! The waiters are nice and the food really good! I agree!

Exceptional, beautiful, the only weak point is at the pool level: at the time of our visit the water treatment was a very unpleasant noise in the pool. Apart from cel I very strongly advise.
