Close to attractions and so convenient. Staff was helpful and attentive. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We were able to have our bags held while we explored the old city.

A very nice hotel that is out of the ordinary thanks to its concept and décor that you in the south.

Good welcome, great hotel room comfortable beautiful colors.

Having gone through booking, I paid less than the price on the spot, which allows to have good value, otherwise I would find it quite expensive. The separation of the bathtub letting water pass through the shower, watch out for the flood. Comfortable bed but the carpet is dated. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and pleasant. The hotel is very well placed within a 5 minute walk to the train station or tourist centre.
Small soluble coffees are certainly not very good but welcome in case of departure (very) early in the morning.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staffs were polite and helpful.

The tax for my little dog at 10 euros a day. At this price it's theft more nothing indicates this price on Booking hence my great disappointment because once there the refund is not possible! The rented room (104) overlooks the boulevard and on the railway track even with the window closed is far too noisy, we take the exhaust pots as soon as we open the window. There was no air conditioning in the room. The comfort of sleeping is low-end the mattress is not very thick. 1 star because the staff are friendly.

It's a nice hotel. It is ideal for train riders. It is a few blocks from the station, and only three blocks from the historic center. It is comfortable and clean. From the windows there are very good views of the city. The front desk staff is very friendly and predisposed to fix any inconvenience or doubt the guest has.

The location is good. Close enough to walk to both little Venice and the shopping district. Rooms very small and breakfast not worth it.

Hair in the shower, on the floor of the water room and on the toilet. No cleaning maid to clean and no other room available. Unacceptable…

Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed because the photos look nicer than they actually are. Definitely not a bad hotel and perfect for a weekend getaway but it doesn't make you feel at home… There is a need for improvement:)

It was good 5 or 6 years ago, the breakfast was gargantuan, today it is skinny the crescents are impeachable.

Decayed and very expensive for the services offered. Noisy not so much from the outside as from the hallway inside the hotel. Dated lights and furnishings that need a nice renovation.

The staff comes to wake you up with the 9 m vacuum cleaner, a delight!

The pictures on the website were much glossed over. The hotel itself is okay but not good, rooms are quite small (and at least that's where I was smelling it extremely after smoke). In the bathroom the flushing does not work properly, the shower is not completely sealed so that you can easily put the bath, unintentionally, underwater and the hose from the shower was quite short which is not quite so practical for larger people like me. For the price of 80 euro the night is the required standard too little.

It was a very nice hotel. A less star for the carpet covering the rooms as well as the hallways.

The main advantage of the hotel is that it is a small walk from the train station (short and long distance), at the same pace you will find another small walk from the centre of Colmar. Without being next to exactly nothing, it is very well located. The hotel is very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not bad (yes, they don't have toaster, but they take out the toasted bread/croissants inside, so you'll probably find them cold). I remember that to 9, €50/person, which considering that a breakfast on the street can go out for about €8, is quite reasonable. The bad thing: the rooms are nothing of the other world, old and with carpets. The walls are paper so you can (and can) hear the conversations. The heating is good and you are thankful to get to the room in winter. There are no international channels on TV, so if you have a multimedia streaming device of the type Chromecast you can use it, because the TV has HDMI input and USB port, and the Wi-Fi is not bad. The beds are not particularly comfortable or uncomfortable. But well, we know that at home…

We were forced to leave the room at 10, 30 hours. I've never had anything like this happen before.

It's a nice hotel. It is a few blocks from the station, and three blocks from the historic center. It's comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly.

Confortable, calme et proche du centre ville.

Good hotel, simple and cozy on the edge of the center. In 5 minutes you can walk through a park right in the middle of the centre with all the famous colourful houses. Our schmuckiges room on the 4th floor is comfortable and newly furnished. The sloping roof makes it really homely. The breakfast buffet is good, it has everything you need for a normal, fine breakfast. Colmar & its Kyriad hotel — worth a visit for people who love it and are comfortable.

Nice room near the centre of this pretty town, good beds, good bathroom and very good breakfast, what more do you need?

Fridge missing. Paint not well done. No ac. Looks much better in pictures. Still using keys to the room. Clean, no problem with that.

The hotel is pretty. Very clean but you have to decide. You want fresh air or rest. The hotel is located at a busy intersection. When the windows are too. Is it wonderfully quiet… but at 30 ° at night in a non-air-conditioned Zimner sleep when the window is closed?

Nice Place to stay in Colmar.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Despite the three stars in the room, there's a palace. The cleaning was done daily.

The rooms are overheated winter to the point that we wake up dry throat. They are nice and if given side station, it is awakened by trains at 5: 00, if given elsewhere, it is awakened by first taking the elevator to get to breakfast. The rather firm mattresses are very nice for sleeping. Breakfast goes not bad, with very good pastries.
