Very clean and friendly staff. Not much experience in the restaurant, but the breakfast is quite good. The lifts are quite annoying as they are often blocked by other guests.

We had a great stay in this hotel! Beds are comfortable and bathroom was clean. Although some rooms face towards a highway it is very quiet inside! Wespecially liked the design in the breakfast area and reception — very simple but stylish and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing. If it's not included in your room rate I recommend to buy it at least once! Also, the hotel close to the metro and to one of the city bike rental stations.

Clean. Everything in the room corresponds to finnish design. Near the subway. Just arrived, so I can't appreciate breakfast. And breakfast is a real fetish for tourists.

Hotel is recently updated with new carpet and a fresh look since I was last here 2 yrs ago. Comfortable rooms, good Wi-Fi. Breakfast is good but would be better with an option for espresso instead of only brewed coffee.

Located approximately 2.6 km to the west of Senaatintori, next to a power plant. Nice hotel. Huge and brightly lighted lobby with a bar next to the reception counter. Comfortable guest room with clean bathroom and free Wi-Fi. Free buffet breakfast with lots of choice.

Great accommodation! The hotel is very functional and tidy and the staff is very helpful. The location is not far from the city center and there is a nearby sub station + bus stops. Excellent pathways around the hotel for walking and jogging. There is even a beach "just around the corner".

We stayed here for one night on the way to Tallin for our short honeymoon. They upgraded our room and gave us sea view. The upgrade included the drinks and snacks in the mini bar. You have to pay for parking which is a bummer. Hotels shouldn't charge for parking. But overall the room was clean, and bathroom was very nice.

The hotel has everything needed for a business trip. Clean rooms, desk, nice food at the bar/restaurant and an amazing breakfast! The staff is friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant stay there.

Great location for business trips, adequate services, breakfast with very salty and little sweet, in front there is a shopping mall with market, I never tried the restaurant. If you like to walk in 30 minutes you are in the center.

A nice hotel option in Helsinki is the Holiday inn West not far from the cruise harbour. It is about half an hour drive or taxi ride from the airport and if you take the train from the airport, which takes about 30 minutes and then change at the central station for either the metro, 2 stops and about 5 minutes or the tram which takes about 15 minutes and from the tram and metro stop it is a 5 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel is nice and modern and has executive rooms on the top floor with great views over the bay. There is a nice restaurant and bar as well as a good business area. There are several shops and restaurants close by if you are looking for other food options than the hotel. The rooms are small but well planned and has amble storage space and good amenities. The bathrooms are small but functional. Overall a great budget hotel close to city centre.

Very good breakfast. Top for gluten-intollerante people. Metro Station just minutes away. Also some bars and pizzeria.

Nice, modern, and clean hotel with plenty of amenities (sauna, gym, restaurant, bar, etc). Very friendly desk staff. The rooms were a bit on the small side, but had everything you could need, including a fridge/mini bar. Located next to a big shopping center and food court, and close to the industrial area. A nearby park/cemetery is great for afternoon walks.

This holiday Inn is ideal for business trips for any of the surrounding offices. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is broad and they have a pancake making machine. The rooms are basic and standard, iron and ironing board, basic TV and the option for cleaning services. There is a shopping center across the road with a supermarket and a male clothing store (great for male formal clothes should you find you are short) A 20 min or so walk to the center but there is a lovely harbour behind the shopping center.

Not very convenient the lack of dental puppy immediately in the room. In the mountains of some strange spots, but not very much. Metro is very close, Breakfast is not taken, bought Goodies in to Rooke across the road, and alcohol there there. If you mind the money, to Campi walk 15-20 minutes. Bed — beautiful! The view from the window compensate for all neuyutnosti small. Blankets — warm.

Ordinary hotel. Paid Parking is 23 euros per day. Breakfast costs 20 euros. Rooms with double bed, somehow, one small blanket. There is an iron and Ironing Board, Hairdryer, electric kettle. In the hotel there is a sauna available to guests. The hotel is situated far from the main attractions — about half an hour walk.

The hotel was ok — nothing special but nothing to complain about. Maybe the breakfast could have been better.

Great siting in modern Ruoholahti District, only a few minutes to a metro station. Nice rooms, spacious and tidy. Excellent service, staff very friendly and helpful. Great variety and good quality in the breakfast buffet.

Of course, for the Russian layman, Yes on segodnšnemu euro journey through Finland expensive cost, but overall we are satisfied. Flew from the tour operator modacafe, believe that we picked up. Rooms clean, neat. Very good gym and saunas — watch for health problems, so for me it was important. Certainly, the Holiday Inn is well worth a closer look. Moreover, there were no problems with transport, location is very good.

Rooms clean, staff friendly. True parking expensive by Russian standards — 22 euros per day and private cool happens because the centralized conditioning system. But the beautiful views of the Bay.
