The staff were amazing. Rooms are very nice and clean. There are a lot of options for Breakfast. Sky top bar was spectacular!

If you want a hotel where they would throw food on your floor and some casual and insensitive receptionists recommend Clarion Hotel jatkasari.

€12 for room service and €23 per burger! A greedy for money hotel, will never be returning!

A pure disaster I changed room by room and all are small and dirty.
Not recommend this hotel even as a joke.

Great hotel in a great location. 20 mins walk from the City Centre and 10 mins walk from the ferry to Tallin. Breakfast is comprehensive but sadly lacks a toasting machine so scrambled egg on toast isn't an option. Nice swimming pool and sauna. There is a gym too if that's your fitness passion.

Costumer serviceis is highly appreciated. Good and relaxing music.

Friendly and nice hotel with good rooms and super sauna next to the rooftop pool. The gym is also nice. Location is near Design District and very well coveres by 3 tram-lines.

Nice, stylish hotel with great breakfast, helpful staff and beautiful rooftop bar. Standard rooms very tiny.
Was very disappointed about room service — hotel tells they provide 24 hrs room service, so you could assume getting some simple meals even late at night, when you return to the hotel.
We chose hotel because of this, since we use it a lot. It turned out, that later at night there’s only two over priced food (snacks, actually) options: bagel or sandwich (15 € each + 12€ service charge).
Some improvement to room service menu is really needed.
Otherwise nice hotel, but wouldn’t return, unfortunately.

Lovely staff, nice hotel (not Hilton) but nice. Close to Helsinki center. Free bikes to borrow (only 4) but they are electric. Cold rooftop pool but it's outside so what do you expect. Didn't try the sky bar sadly. Overall a good stay for a couple days in Helsinki. PS, it's harbor view not sea view.

Beautiful hotel, newly build, sky bar and pool is awesome, tidy rooms spacious, early bird breakfast in morning is not enough for guest who are checking out early, before us was German couple who ate whole stuff on table, didn't had etiquettes for remaining guests, when pointed out they said they paid for bed and breakfast, but they didn't want other guests to take food. Small portion of early bird breakfast. Rest of building is beautiful and clean.

Great hotel with great and service minded staff! I can definitely recommend you to stay here. Unfortunately I stayed here in February during a snow storm so I couldnt enjoy the view from the hotel room.

Great place, nice hotel globally. But my room (expected to be Superior Room) was quite simple, and above all quite noisy (close to the road). Restaurant is expensive for the kind of foods that it is served there. The breakfast is excellent. Swimming pool is very small, Sauna very basic.

We stayed here during a 23 hour layover in Helsinki. The hotel is full of light and beautifully designed, allowing stunning views. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The woman who checked us in gave excellent suggestions on how to spend our limited time in the city. Don't miss the rooftop pool and sauna!

My best hotel experience in Helsinki! Love the modern look of the rooms with floor to ceiling high windows with amazing views to either city side or to the sea. If you like to admire the view in the evening ask the city view. If you would like to see the sunrise ask for a room on the sea side of the building. Breakfast has good selection and there are enough places to be seated even on Saturday's last hour. Only one little minus comes from our room's door which had a see-through gap on it even though it was fully closed. That didn't bother us but might bother someone elses privacy.

Excellent value for money with a breathtaking view of Helsinki (€10 extra for a room with sea view… in the distance… but certainly higher in height). Ten minutes walk from the city center. The pool discovered on the top floor is very friendly as well as breakfast. This is the hotel that I would choose again if I go back to Helsinki.

Amazing Hotel! Great view from the window, rooftop pool overlooking the whole city, Bay and clear floor! All the furniture is new, clean and beautiful. Sauna, gym, bar. Huge selection of food and drinks for breakfast, very large selection! Clear walls in the elevator, very beautiful! Recommend!

I absolutely LOVE the Sky bar. It's fantastic! And the bed is super comfortable. I recommend you to book a room in a high floor, go to the bar, enjoy your self and then go to your room to sleep with all Helsinki under you — the walls are glass, you can see everything but people cannot see you! They also have a good swimming pool with a glass ground where you can see the streets under it! Amazing! GO!

Plusses:
— great service when booking via phone at a whim, the lady I talked with (Ramona? Visiting from the Airport Clarion yesterday. ) She get’s 5/5 with flying colours.
— The same lady at reception when we checked in, remembered us, always a plus. Called down after realizing we were missing bathrobes in the room — 3 minutes and they arrived. My daughter spilled Pepsi on the bed — this lady from reception came personally to bring a new duvet, superfast again. Give this lady… a raise.
— The rooftop pool, sauna and gym are fantastic!
Minuses:
— The Sky Bar was closed due renovation (already.? ) and this was not on the website
— There was an hour and a half period between 4.30 — 6 pm where none of the bars/restaurants were open In an area with very few shops/restaurants. And the bartender at the Lounge bar was far from service centered.
— The dining restaurant. The food was ”okay”, not great. The poor waitress must have had a bad day, missed the wine from the order, spilled the sauce etc but was sweet. My daughter reprimanded me for being too demanding with her, so sorry for that The views, the pool and the foosball table will bring us back nevertheless. And really, special thanks to the reception staff!

Nice quiet rooms. Temperature contol working well. Good service, excellent breakfast. Outdoor pool on the roof in the winter was exotic and has great views. Gym ok.

Nice and modern hotel with good views! Close to the central and tram stop in front of the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the staff helpful but we always had to wait in the queue. Reception was always busy and not enough staff and it was akward to get past! Saunas and pool area was nice but a little small, like the room. Didn't have much room for your clothes but the bed was awesome!

I'm really picky when it comes to hotels and I tend to analyse everything, especially when I book a 4 stars hotel, but this place exceeded my expectations: The check-in went smooth, the room was large (I chose a superior one and I'm happy I did as it was lovely), nicely designed, the bed was conformable, the bathroom was nice and everything was clean. The breakfast was tasty and varied, although the restaurant was quite crowded (it is a big hotel so I noticed it's preferable to go for breakfast before 10, if possible). The swimming pool was beautiful and the sauna nice and clean. The check out was smooth too. I would stay here again.

Comfortable, modern, designer hotel with beautiful views. Located next to the Tallink sailing Ferry pier from Tallinn-convenient for those who travel by car. The centre can be reached by tram in 15 minutes. On the last floor there is a sauna, fitness room, Sky Bar. At the bottom there is a decent restaurant with fresh fish dishes and fresh game. Breakfast is also served here. The breakfast itself is rich and varied.

Stay here regularly. Nice view, good breakfast. Comfortable lobby where you can sit. Very close to the city center. There is a sauna, a rooftop pool. Stort Hall, and a bar on the top floor, overlooking the whole city. The rooms are higher (from the 10th floor) and offer a view of the bay or the gopod.

The hotel is clean, everything works. Good breakfast. The staff is friendly. Helsinki City Centre is a 15-minute walk away. Close to the tram station. The hotel on the 16th floor has a sauna and an outdoor pool. The only downside is the small rooms are quite cramped.

For the room, which has windows (or rather one narrow window) with a view of the port, you need to pay 10 euros. Why is this information not available on the site? More precisely, when booking a room, the photos of the room were on the side of the port, is that such a ploy? or the staff so leftist earns, management Vkurse? 1000 rooms for 10 euro, a good bonus even for 10 people. Adjust prices on the site at once. The question is not sums, but principles!

A nice hotel with a great view. There should've been more staff since there was a huge queue at check-in. Prepare to wait. The tram stop is just outside the hotel which was convenient. The rooms are small, normal hotel rooms, even the superior ones, nothing special. The spa section is small. The breakkie was good but prepare to wait, it can also be crowded. The bar on 16th floor is worth a visit.

Was over the Advent Weekend with a friend on a short trip here. The hotel has exceeded all expectations. Since I myself come from tourism I expect from Hausaus not so much:-) Reception room and the entire house is very nice and well maintained. Our room on the 7th floor (center of the House) had a panoramic window like all the rooms and gave us a great view over the harbour and part of the city. Bathtub, hair dryer, lots of upholstery NE super equipped minibar tea making facilities… everything there. Unfortunately we were only 1 night and could not use the infinity pool on the 16 floor overlooking the water over the city. Nevertheless, we looked at it and annoyed us:-)
Sauna, pool and fitness on the top floor is an absolute must here.
All inclusive! Also the times in the morning from 6 usable is really rare and awesome.
The breakfast buffet is seehr lush and full of choice. Nothing is missing.
can only recommend it. Price Performance Absolutely top!
P. S. In the city on foot about 15 min.

Wonderful place: There is a beautiful surreal view of the port with cranes and docks, which apparently distracts the staff from housekeeping, and the technical staff-from the repair and installation of equipment as required: constantly something broken or broken, or Falls, or noises at night. If you ask for a quieter room, you'll be given an elevator. However the staff is very smiling and welcoming. Unlike the service-not intrusive.

Super stylish, smart and outstanding service, from the absolutely lovely reception staff to the restaurant team. Great breakfast. Lack of toast did not distract. Quite and comfortable with a tram stop outside. A well-stacked and good value minibar in my room too. I love a minibar. The hotel should have been twice the height, but lost the planning consent at some stage in the building process and has the top half plonked alongside the bottom half, all joined by glass corridors!

Great, modern, new hotel. Excellent rooftop bar and good breakfast, but severely lacking in food options in the evening. In a pinch, room service options were extremely limited. Still, a short 10 min walk along the water gets you to Helsinki proper where there are more options and there's a convenient tram station nearby.

Nice hotel in the near of the city center. There is very good public transportation from the central train station to this place. On top of the hotel is a rooftop bar with great view.

The c is very good standing! All his stars are worth it! In front of the harbor and the Marina plug in! Very classy interior and beats it a treat.

Nice hotel, small rooms. Big soft bed. The breakfast is very tasty. There is a sauna and a pool on 16jetazhe. I recommend to take the floors above the view is stunning.

A new modern hotel on the waterfront near the port. The location is very close to Metro.  
From the upper floors a great view of either the bay or the city.  
The rooms do not have a bathrobe and hair balm, the hair dryer is uncomfortable, but most importantly-there is no full cabinet, only a lath, which can fit only a couple of hangers.  
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Male colleagues were also disappointed by the lack of red fish.  
Very inhabited regardless of the season, when settling was in line for almost half an hour. For the same reason there are not enough places for breakfast.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, clean and quiet hotel, super sauna area and swimming pool with outdoor view on the 16th floor.

The place liked the parking Imeensja, but paid (covered 25 euro, on the street near the hotel 15jevro Day). Be careful, the windows are washed here throughout the day, it is possible that when you wake otdihat, someone will wash your windows.
The shower is not designed, the doors do not close, no shelves, the place for the soap lay on the floor, with the fact that we booked a business class. All good rest.

Love this place! The swimming pool and sky lounge is gorgeous. Staff were friendly and professional. Very nice sauna and other facilities, especially the free flow tab water (sparkling or flat) near the pool. Amazing view as well.

Great new hotel, rooms are not big but good enough for just sleeping. Nice bar on 16th floor with excellent view over Helsinki. I had higher hopes regarding dinner choice and preparation. Somethibg to improve. Especially when staying longer.

Modern and stylish. Rooms are clean although ours was a little small. Absolutely fine for one night. The sky bar and the infinity pool both on 16 floor are amazing. Great location for the cruise terminal. Within easy walk even with luggage. 15 minute walk into city centre. Tram stop outside the hotel which gets you to everywhere. Great walk round the water's edge. Lots to see, especially if you like boats of all shapes and sizes.

Nice hotel. Room was lovely and very well designed. Was a little disappointed with the pool area as it's very small and was far to overcrowded. The top floor bar is very impressive and made for a fun evening.

The hotel staff is amazing, the room had every amenity you could imagine with an incredible view of Helsinki. The restaurant in the hotel was equally as good, great decor and atmosphere. Food quality and appearance were top shelf and the server was attentive in the right amount. My experience could not have been better.

My colleague and I went to the bar at the top of the hotel as we were recommended the view. It didn't disappoint. The drinks were not too expensive and the atmosphere was relaxed. Very glad we went.

The hotel is new, everything is all new, but there are some drawbacks, such as the It is quiets in our room, which was not like the robes, the rooms were all in and the Russians were not designed, so teach languages. The main advantage of this hotel is a 16-storey pool with a glass bottom! And now the reality is, the outdoor pool, but the water in it is warm, in the cold weather, for a long time, do not walk around the surrounding area with beach (in warm weather there was not) a basin of about 10 * 3 meters, and a glass bottom of only 3 * 1 roughly. But the pool is worth it!
The room was very common. The view of the hotel is very close to the 14jetazha. There's a panoramic na16 floor restaurant. Popular, from that and difficult to reach, it looks like people in the street can come in, so book tables in advance, we couldn't get there.
"There's a parking lot for €15 we've been offered parking for €27, but we refused it for understandable patriotic reasons, ain't the Russian flag in the room under the ground to hide). "

Loved it! Clarion co-hosted an event here and I got a chance to meet YouTube star Casey Neistat and many other fantastic YouTubers. The best night of all time. OF ALL TIME! I slept one night and was fortunate enough to test the sauna and pool at the rooftop!

A bright, modern hotel. Such an amazing place to relax in the hotels room / at the activities the hotel offers or organize private events. There’s a Roof Top Pool & Terrace — area on the top floor with a heated pool around the year and a beautiful view above Helsinki.

Super Hotel! New, modern Hotel with sauna and outdoor swimming pool on the top floor. You can go to the center on foot and if not, there is a direct tram. The rooms are not very big but they are comfortable and with good view of the sea. The breakfast is amazing, with a great variety: breads, yogurts, cheeses, fish, salad, fruit, sweets, eggs, beans, bacon, etc.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean.

The views of the sky room are beautiful. The waiters Majísimos and the guys at the front desk too. I give them a 10 to all.

It's all luxury. Very luminous thanks to the great Ceistaleras. It has a bar on the last floor from where you can see all of Helsinki … open until 02.00. It has a free sauna and fitness room from 6 to 11 A. M. Pedi in reception kits shaving machine and toothbrush and I oo got no problem. The only bad thing is that the room was small and I charged the room when entering. In Spain it is normal to leave … but it is not so serious.
