We went to the Hotel for a Husky Tour. It was fun and interesting. I'm glad we went.

A good hotel to visit Lapland.
Comfortable, clean, attentive staff, careful in the details. Simple rooms but with everything you need. Several saunas and swimming pool.
Located in the forest by a lake.
Very good meals and dinners. Repetitive breakfast but good.
Lots of activities to do.
Recommended.

Beautiful Hotel would definitely come back again Lapland is such an amazing and magical place glad I picked this hotel.

We were sold the Perfect, Magical, once in a lifetime holiday by the travel agent however… We arrived around 11am — couldn't get into our room until 4pm. No luggage rooms — had to leave bags outside in the snow. No lifts to Upper floors — no assistance given by hotel staff to carry multiple suitcases upstairs — dangerous. No organisation with Tui reps — people left to find their own way around the hotel complex The hotel has no communal area and only 2 sets of comfy sofas which are in different parts of the hotel to share with over 200 families! No free kids or adults sports activities. No gym, no pool, no computer rooms for the kids. The few daytime rep led activities were very short (only around 10-20 mins) and comprised of making an off the shelf pre packaged craft house and building a snow creature outside the hotel door! Unless you pay extra to do the excursions (at nearly £500 each excursion for a family of 2 adults and 2 children) then there is nothing to do at all and the nearest town is 30 mins I'm a taxi which they charge 50€ each way! The bar is very very expensive. There eis one single draft beer (a local cheap lager) which they charge 7€ not for a pint by just 0.4L! A bottle of wine is on average €60 a bottle with the cheapest house wine €40! A small bottle of coke is €6! And the only place to get a drink is in the hotel. No free drinks other than at meal times where you have water or coffe/tea — that's it. The food selection is unbelievably poor.

Firstly ill start with the negative points. — The food options for children is extremely poor. Mainly chicken nuggets and chips on a daily basis which the kids started to get fed up with. — very isolated hotel, the nearest supermarket will cost you 60 euros return in a taxi. — very expensive at the hotel, cheapest bottle of wine will cost you 42 euros. Now for the good points. — The scenery around the hotel is out of this world, something you will cherrish forever. — We stayed in a cabin, it was very cosy with a log fire and sauna, we really enjoyed our stay there. — The staff are friendly and helpful when asking any questions.

Stunning hotel. Very welcoming. We only had lunch here though but the staff were friendly and the food was lovely.

Charming Hotel in the middle of the forest.

For the sake of room don't match the arrival and a certain nervousness before getting a more adequate room a little tarnished our arrival. All turned fortunately later and we spent a very pleasant week where we have benefited from the proximity of activities (snowmobiling just down from the hotel) and an absolutely splendid snowy landscape.
