Great place to hang out and relax. Staff are great and a very clean place. The beaches are good as well as the bars.

Have just left the pearl yesterday for another resort closer to Nadi, being at a different resort really makes me appreciate how great the Pearl really is. The staff at the pearl were amazing and actually seemed to be enjoying themselves while they worked. The beach, pool and grounds were all immaculate. Will definitely be back the next time I am in Fiji.

We loved this place — remember it's not America or Australia and you'll have a great time. We had toads or frogs and ghekos in the room with us. With the wildlife, sea spray and steam from the bathroom it was difficult to keep the room clean and dry, but it wasn't unhealthy and the heat pump was adequate. Breakfast is amazing and the meals we had there were delicious. There are a good variety of cafes/restaurants outside the Resort too. It was great to see the fish and crabs around the estuary, but fair to say we didn't see anything when snorkeling in the sea.

Just stayed here for one night. Was a pretty awesome room and reminded me of the hilton but just in a smaller room. Fantastic massage place, I recommend the full body massage. The few negatives I can think of is it being a bit pricey on foods and nothing much to watch on tv. Plus the pool area I would think needs work on revamping. But none of these were deal breakers.

Horrible experience. "0" Stars" — I stayed for 2 days on April 19 & 20, 2018 in 2 different rooms in the old set-up. My nephew booked mine in the new one but I was not aware of it and they let me in to stay in the old one. Worst experience ever. Rooms not clean, windows cracked. Bathroom does not have a door, one person baths leave the toilet soggy full of water, even all towels provided does not hold water. I was given old one because I was Indian even though I went from Canada, my opinion. Customer service called 4-5 times then only response comes to your room. 2nd room I got was full of water because their air conditioner was not working. I had to call 5 times from them to take a look at it. I paid $210 for each room and I wasted my money. I will never go there again and will not recommend to anyone. Even Fiji citizens who went there were treated little better than and how my family was as what they say. I was registered under name "Swastika" if any Pearl Rep wants to look at this review. I stayed in so many hotels even for less than $100 but this was worst with so much money charged to me.

Nice, looks flashy, but our room had a strong musky mouldy smell so we had to leave our screen door open all night. I suppose they can’t do a lot about it in such a humid country but, still, over all, it didn’t spoil our time there and the whole experience was good. The pool was beautiful, the restaurant food was really nice too. Served western food which which we enjoyed.

Hotel Hotel new wing was opened in 2015 October so hotel is really new and clean. We loved our room in level 3. If you can get any room from 348 or over you will have the best view in the hotel.

Breakfast menu doesn't have enough variety. Lots of mosquitoes in the night. Towels seem old and over used.

A very nice location with all the necessary facilities. The rooms are nice and most have a lovely view. For a nice relaxing break, it's great. And for those who want to dive or snorkel, it has easy access frtom the harbour.

Clean resort area close to the beach.

I live in Suva and driving to pacific harbour to the pearl is always the best spot when you’re running away from the business of Suva. They have an amazing food menu that is reasonable and one dish could fit 2! If you’re ordering something with wedges or fries. They do have a great line of cocktails too It’s a great place if you’re wanting to do a family reunion. There’s space and options of places to sit. If you’re wanting to run away for a weekend on your own or with someone else it’s also best!

A very nice beach Resort.

The only thing The Pearl has going for it is the view. During my 7-day stay at The Pearl, the water supply was cut on four separate occasions. If my family and I wanted to go camping, then we would have opted for that choice from the beginning. Secondly, the food is terrible. The food provided at my cousin's Wedding located at The Pearl was simply a disappointment. Drinks are okay but very overpriced. And the buffet breakfast. Don't even bother! The only restaurant that's excused is "Seduce. " The staff are friendly, at least, but I wouldn't have expected anything less. I am genuinely confused how The Pearl has a 4-star rating.

Loved the best beach in Fiji and waking up to the beautiful view from our room each day. The accommodation is a really nice and clean. This isn't the authentic Fiji experience but we loved the comfort and quiet atmosphere it has been very peaceful. We will be back soon!

Crowded pool and missing what for free activities, food was very pricy and not worth the money. Great gym facility even though the smell of sweat can easily be detected.

My family and I stayed here over Christmas 2017, upon check in on the 24th of dec 2017 we were given a room which was infested with bed bugs even in the baby mattress. I called reception and requested to see a manager 20mins later a manager attended she did not introduce herself and seemed to be very unsympathetic to the situation. It was a huge inconvenience as it was Christmas period and not easy to check out and move along to another hotel we had to settle with being moved to another room which was dirty and had a terrible sewer stench. Service is very slow even calling reception takes about 3 seperate phone calls all dialling out to the end before anyone answers. Food at the restaurants is over priced and tasteless. Ive stayed at this hotel many times and have noticed it go down hill, the older side of the hotel is totally neglected, dirty and run down. This was not an enjoyable experience and recommended people to think twice before wasting your money here, you will definitely be disappointed which is pretty sad as this resort once was special!

Have stayed here twice for work. The rooms in the new wing are divine and luxurious. Food is on par and the wander down the beach is beautiful at all times.

An amazing resort with great views. It is relatively new one, around 2 years old. The rooms have a great view, private beach is excellent, a great place to spend with family and friends. If you like to take a romantic holiday or dinner, it is one of the place you should consider. Swimming pool is excellent, food quality is OK. Staff are very friendly and service is good. Ambiance is very good. A great weekend location near Suva.

Great resort. It's right by a river and a beach. Lovely swimming pool. Nice staff, and rooms are quite nice.

What a terrible place — pool area is run down and more like 2 star, rooms feel damp. Stay well away. Ok if you are in an extremely tight budget but if you have more than $2 then stay elsewhere.

Good place to hangout with family, friends… Good beach, good staff very friendly. Certainly to come back again.

Awesome place lovely Fijian people and amazing location. A welcome Fijian song greeted us then we got a room upgrade plus 2 x 30 min massages as we had to wait… yes waited 15 min only. How lovely is that. Rooms beautiful with a lovely rain shower and brilliant breakfast with guitarist. Don't forget happy hr which is 2 hrs love Fiji time. Highly recommended!

Great hospitality. My group got a welcome song, drink and they sung Isa Lei at the end. Warm feeling. Rooms nice. Good breakfast buffet.

The pearl has completed their rejuvenation with a new building. The rooms are spick and span with awesome views of either the beach or the marina.

Within 2 hours of arriving (after staying at the incredible and beautiful Intercontinental) we experienced the following: Dirty room / floors / ants Dirty bathroom towels Pool/outside nothing like pictures (I would guess around 10 years old with poor maintenance) 8 sun lounges — all dirty/used towels on them but no guests /or no staff cleaning up Internet extremely slow despite purchasing own package Hose in pool Room service food wrong Beers on menu at pool cafe unavailable It was so bad, we advised within those 2 hours that we would be checking out the following morning, forfeited all refunds and booked in with the Sheraton at Denarau (which so far has been spectacular). Oh and if you'd like to hear everything that's going on in the hallways and with your neighbours, then this is the place for you! Should at most be a 3-star hotel.

Great Hotel, isolated, helpful tourdesk this hotel was pretty good for its price. Rooms were good and paid internet was decent, can stream netflix. Theres some activities in the hotel like free use of the kayak and pool and movie theater. Theres paid massage and paid horse back riding. You can book some awesome tours at the tour desk. Breakfast was really good, it was American. Staff were very nice and have good english.

Spent a day here on a day excursion from a cruise. Resort was nice, but a little run down and showing its age. Having said that, there was massive building work going on out the front, and I would guess that the rest of it would be getting a spruce up as well. More importantly, the staff were really friendly and more than helpful. We had a buffet lunch that was very tasty and they also provided a Fijian welcome and dance display. Well worth a look at when they finish the refurbishment.

2 1/2hrs from airport. RUDE staff. Run down resort, rooms are nothing like advertised pictures. Pool is horrible. Views of beach nice. My advise stay elsewhere.

Cool, awesome, exciting, lovely.

I was in Fiji with my wife and two kids from mid March to mid April of this year (2014). We had a great time at the Pearl Resort. The staff was very friendly and extremely welcoming. The rooms were clean and had the necessary items, such as shampoos, lotions and hair dryer. The most important entity it offered was free breakfast every morning. That was amazing along with your daily breakfast items, it offered one Indian veggie dish along with roti every morning. We were there for about 3 weeks and built a personnel relationship with the staff. The staff would entertain our kids while my wife and I enjoyed our breakfast. The beach was easily accessible and the pool was great. The tiki bar along the pool was nice and staff was great. The Pearl is also conveniently located across from a small mom and pops grocery store as well. We had a great time along with my family and most definitely we will return.

Its near the beach and it has a pool and its jst a place where you cn love staying there the whole day. Jst loving it.

Lunch expensive poor staff rearange tables &chairs scraping distracting then start sweeping round your food at PRImetime stuck up giraff waitress &windy dust over your meal not a patch on The Uprising resort.
