Cheap and affordable though there's a big wholesale vegetables market next door so it might be noisy and dirty early mornings.
We were booked into this hotel when attended a conference and at that time the public areas and our room were clean and tidy. We didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the restaurant or breakfast mostly because we left early each morning and came back late. It was located in a busy area but didn't have great business service so we tended to go to a large international hotel to use the internet and photocopy etc.
