After staying at three different hotels before, I can honestly say this was a great experience. This is the first hotel that truly felt like a four-star experience to me.
The customer service was excellent, the room was clean and spacious, and the food was very good. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back.

My name is Lucy from Kenya. It's my first time to be in Ethiopia. The rooms are well kept, clean beds, clean towels, water was available etc. There was soap in the room but no toothpaste. The food in the restaurant is nice and tasty. You can improve on providing an alternative protein for those who don't take a certain kind e. G beef/chicken. The driver was very kind and courteous, and the hotel is not far from the airport. Generally the staff members are kind and their services good 👍

Traveling to Italy, wait of the flight too long that's why am here.
The room is big enough to accommodate my needs. The food is very delicious and enough. All people have met here are very friendly. I feel home.

The rooms are good, clean, and comfortable. However, one major drawback is that they do not have air conditioning. For nearly 60 USD per room, I expected AC to be available. Instead, they provide a standing fan, which you have to keep in the room for airflow. During hot weather, this may not be sufficient.
On the positive side, the staff and service are good. The team is helpful and responsive. They also provide airport shuttle service, and the driver was good, careful, and very supportive.
Overall, the stay was decent because of the good service, but the lack of AC at this price point is disappointing.

I love this place! The rooms are clean and stylish, with great fittings and furniture. The team could work a bit on customer relations, though I think they might just be overworked. Giving them more break time might help, because they’re genuinely great people, just a little tired.

🍕 The pizza was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.
🥩 The beef steak, while tasty, was a bit on the dry side.

Service Customer service was friendly but not flawless. The staff took longer than expected to bring the bill, which slightly affected the overall experience. With some improvement in attentiveness, the service could match the quality of the ambiance.

I stayed for a long layover. Convinced by ethiopian airline staff that it was a good and new hotel… LIES.
1. Phones in the room were not working so I had to go twice downstairs for help regarding :
2. The AC not working. They said that all the rooms in that 5floor hotel don't have AC… ARE U KIDDING ME?! what do they do? They give me a FAN! NEVER HAVE I EVER EXPECTED or/and EXPERIENCED this… A FAN?!
3. It's not a new hotel at all… stained floor, humidity 😒
4. Even though it's not their fault… it was very noisy due to constructions nearby.

I was placed here as transit by Ethiopian Airlines due to long layover. Free to and from Bole airport. Free meals served in a nice restaurant. Nice luxurious clean rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Check the exchange rate when buying beer or liquor. The bartender may charge you too much.

I checked in this hotel first time in Ethiopia with a baby very afraid nit knowing anyone n where I was going the shuttle driver was very kind n friendly to us very calm even when shouted at by some guys for waiting long at the airport I was very scared buy his calmness calmed me I checked in late at night dinner finished but they welcomed me n allowed me to go check in n take a quick shower bathed the baby as I was tired from long flight n they prepared dinner for us without meat I cried to them for my need of meat esp when tired they kindly prepared beef for me I was touched we ate drank tea n went to sleep before we took a shower the toilet was not flushing I called them n they kindly called their plumber fixed the toilet n changed tissue paper I also asked them yo change our bedding as I had realised it had some few stains n not changed they kindly changed it with very pure white clean bedding I was so humbled by their kindness as usually when you show hotels what you dnt appreciate they dnt get too friendly to you n ur stay become sour but this hotel wow they showed African Botho.

Stayed at this Hotel as part of Oromia Tourism Week 2025. Hotel offered us great experience, rooms were regularly cleaned, had water and tea for self services and meals were nice. You get a truly taste of Ethiopia. Nights can be cold, request for extra blankets. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Had a very pleasant stay. Great value for money. Clean, good service and rooms.
Good coffee and room service. Location also very central in Addis.

The Hotel is a "Hidden" gem. Hidden in a back road behind other hotels. Extremely clean. Very professional staff ready to assist. The rooms have quality finishing. Television channels, too many (english about 20) crystal clear reception. High speed internet 5ghz Wi-Fi. The only downside is the road. It is a short road and a small piece is not tarred or paved (40m) can become messy in rainy season.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The front desk staff gave me conflicting information throughout my stay, and I was checked out without being informed, which was very frustrating. On my first day, I also received no information about my allowance or hotel amenities.
✨️However, I want to highlight the great service from other staff members. The bellmen, door attendants, restaurant servers, and chefs were excellent — friendly, helpful, and professional. They made our stay much more enjoyable. ✨️☺️
Overall, while the front desk service needs improvement in communication and consistency, the hospitality from the rest of the staff was truly appreciated.

Had a layover at the hotel. The rooms were good and spacious. Staff were professional also. The hotel is within 10mins drive to the airport and walkable distance to basic amenities within the city. Could be noisy also.

This is shot hole of hotel. There is night club across the street loud music goes on all night, and people on the street were shouting all night long. We were not able to get sleep at all. When called the front desk to report we were told to wait until morning to change rooms.
