Good hotel for the price but loud at night and slow Wi-Fi.
We stayed here, in the beautiful Heron Hotel, in a group. We enjoyed our time. This is my second time to stay in there and keep on becoming a loyal one as I had a wonderful time with the staff. The staff are very keen to help and they deliver their promises. The exemplary hospitality and skillfulness on the part of all the staff including the management were also beyond my expectation. A very quiet environment a very close proximity to the lake and to the greenest part of the city Hawassa. Very clean, spacious and well appointed rooms featuring all necessary amenities. Moreover, the rate they offer is also fair which invites visitors from different disposable income. What has also been joyful was the the kind of beer served in the garden. I recommend all beer lovers and others to try it and sure anyone will love it. Finally, I would like to thank all the staff working there for all they have done to us. We will be back next month.
