I am a frequent guest of this hotel. I'm disappointed this time. The air conditioning in the room did not work-called technicians. At breakfast the pastry was stale-very surprised. Food is not thought out at all. You can only eat at lunch in a restaurant. The gourmet-only menu-we didn't like the food at all-left hungry. It's good that we were on our transport — we went to the cent and there already had dinner. I don't think I'm going to want to come back here anytime soon.

Indoor and outdoor pools and 8+ saunas. Children's pool, play area and outdoor playground. The beach at a few steps away. Spa with plenty of treatment options at a very reasonable price. The food is outstanding as well. I definitely recommend this place. Only two let downs are: no shampoo and conditioner provided with room amenities and no room service menu available.

Unfortunately, Noorus has slipped. Yes, we started to rebuild that abandoned building, but as the hotel and spa Nororus no longer functions. First, the breakfasts guests the hotel became poor. Secondly, the SPA began to save on everything: do not give and towels, and to take more customers, demolished the wall between the men's and women's locker room, it became a nuisance. Some showers do not work (their 2 ~), and in a few only cold or weakly hot water. The Ladies at the check-in desks are sometimes rude. Every Desire is already beaten to visit this place.

The hotel is nice, clean, 4-star pulls, especially if you book on the stock. A particularly nice SPA, with great panoramic views from the saunas and swimming pools, various Jacuzzis and spirtoviy the 25m pool. Of the minuses — the lack of free drinking water even in the Spa. In ostalnom — very nice.

Nice Spa Hotel. The room was clean and Comfortable. Beautiful Place on the beach. The Water center leaves the most pleasant impressions. Friendly staff. Of the minuses can mention only one point, the food we did not like. But Maybe it's a matter of taste or luck.

The SPA is chic. The hotel Room is decent, if not for one BUT. On the ground floor there is a bowling alley and it is operational till one o'clock in the morning. From him the rumble stood on the whole second floor. It was Hard to sleep. Plus the view from the window on some construction. Choose a room in the north wing with a view of the sea, there is no such problem.

I was really excited coming here, as I heard it was the best spa hotel in Estonia, relatively new as well. It's 4 years old. Pros: Beautiful design of interior Great choice of spa treatments Great variety of saunas and other bathing facilities Cosy pub to have dinner and drink some beer Great views on the sea (if you paid or just lucky to have them) Playroom for children, as well as an outdoor playground. Cons: For a 4 year old hotel it looks shabby — bathrobes are worn, there are a lot if breaks and cleavage on furniture and walls Not so tasty in the restaurant If you don't have a sea view, you'll end up staring at the construction site just below your balcony (hopefully it's not forever, as there are quite a few unfinished constructions in Narva-Jõesuu)

Very comfortable. There is a playground for children both in the hotel and on the street. Gorgeous beach where you can all… (Games it. D. ). Very nice spa-complex, for children separately (a large selection of accessories-safety (circle, vests, etc. ). Everything is free, included in the price. It is very important that the hotel was comfortable! And this here is all present! The hotel has clearly deteriorated over the past 1.5 years. They took a double delux room, all the shelves in the bathroom are shattered, the walls of the shower stall are broken, the stated choice of coffee in the room was not, there was 1 view and that that was forgotten to replenish when cleaning. Breakfast for 4 degrees did not pull, there were no pancakes, no glaze, no yogurts, cereals and that 1 kind was. Before in the hotel it was all and it was delicious. They also forgot to report knives and plates. About spa is a separate story — now the territory of the water center can be used and residents of the neighboring hotel Liivarand, that is, the people as herring in a barrel even on weekdays. It's a very slippery floor. But the biggest drawback is that after 6-7 pm in the water-bath center it gets terribly cold! It feels like the baths are turned off in advance! The pool is icy, the jacusi is cold, even the Japanese pool becomes barely warm in the evening… In fact, the spa should be open until 10 p. M. But in fact at 21.00 some baths are closed. One day the water was chlorinated in the evening so, the eyes just got out.
Of the pluses — in the morning the bath is simply excellent — hot baths, warm pool, excellent Jacuzzi. The staff at the hotel are polite. It's beautiful territory.

Pros-as everywhere in Ust-Narva the staff speaks Russian. At the same time Estonians and Russians were roughly equal. The staff is friendly and helpful-in the room kettle and tea, refrigerator and two bottles of water-with gas and without-comfortable pillows and mattresses, good linen and blankets-in the room balcony with a table. Lighting balcony turns on and off by itself in time-a huge TV, even with some channels in Russian. The first and Russia was not, and thank God) ) ) ) — Heating and air conditioning is regulated perfectly, the main thing to understand-a wonderful view from the window to the bay. The beach is just out and there is a beach-nice and varied breakfast. A little lack of fruit but a separate mention worth a good cereal coffee.
Cons-Still far from civilization and the center of Ust-Narva. Before the store go 40 minutes-two bottles of water in the refrigerator without replenishment-well it is not a level of 4 stars-soap and shower gel in the clinic-also not 4 stars. Shampoo and conditioner was not-hooks where to hang robes is not enough-4 robes and two hooks… — Extra beds-folding chairs, but they are not comfortable. More than two nights to spend on such a chair is difficult-food, except breakfasts, also can be attributed to cons. The buffet dinner is unjustifiably expensive, the service in the pub is long and the dishes are average.
Separately about Vdnyj Center is excellent.

A perfect place to stay. Variety of baths (Turkish, 2 Finnish with different temperatures, salt, aroma, Japanese). Swimming pool with a cycle and the ability to swim out on the street, baths with bubbles, a regular pool for those who want to swim. We got even water aerobics. Poolside bar with very tasty cocktails. The view from the panoramic windows on the Baltic Sea. We love to be here. Great place.

Generally good but some girls don't understand Estonian and the elevators are remarkably slow.

Great hotel. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, the mattresses are moderately soft, the linen is always perfectly white and clean. The room has a balcony with a table and Shezlog. Also there is a kettle, mugs, tea, sugar. There are two bottles of water in the refrigerator (with and without gas). The bathroom has a heated floor. The perimeter of the room is illuminated. Flat TV.
Now about breakfast. Very comfortable and large restaurant area which serves breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything is very tasty. The tables are nicely served.
Spa. It is divided into two zones, in addition to the main there is a smaller paid zone (even for hotel visitors) I was not there, so I can not say anything. In the locker room there are lockers that are closed with a bracelet that give out. Spacious spa area. The pool on the street, which offers a beautiful view. I order always mojito and croutons with garlic.

They got to the hotel by taxi, there were no buses. Good rooms with robes and slippers. We went to the spa for a massage, okay. The pool itself is overcrowded at weekends. Baths start to work from 10, that's a minus. Dinner is expensive, the buffet is not impressed. Around a nice beach with white sand.

Good stay at the baths. Excellent massage Jacuzzi. Warm, comfortable. You can warm up in a cool 20-metre pool. There is a hot Jacuzzi under the open sky and a small bath with ducts inside the building. Lots of fun for children. There is also a bar with drinks, cocktails, smoothies. Recently opened an additional room with a Finnish sauna and a separate study in the style of Turkish baths. There is a room with a massage table. Most likely you can order a massage. Lovely stay for just 9€ for 3.5 hours in the daytime.

The service at Noorus is quite good, the receptionists know English quite well, and the spa center is very nice. With great saunas and a nice bar where you can order smotthies, milkshakes, and alcoholic beverages. The staff is kind and is willing to help if you have any questions. Overall, it was a very relaxing experience for me.

Очень чистые и уютные номера. В номере есть и чайник и утюг с доской. Отличный водный центр. Некоторые жалуются на завтраки, но это не понятно. На ноябрь 2017 года завтраки просто потрясающие — и каши, и тёплые блюда, холодные рыбные закуски, много разной выпечки. Летом обязательно приедем посмотреть в теплое время года.

Clean and very nice place at the Gulf of Finland. While there one can walk over to river of Narva and see Russia on the other side of the river. Long beautiful beach and Spa section with lots of different saunas make this a cozy place for holiday. As other this region's Spa and hotels, Noorus spa is mostly heavily populated by russians, one might think he's in Russia. Staff usually answers or welcomes you in russian, but they seem to speek other languages as well.

Very nice pools and spa area! Buffet dinner wasn't haute cuisine, but great for kids (and ok value for money). Nice breakfast. Awesome location at the beach. Unfriendly handling of our charging car — — management unilaterally put way too high a price on our invoice; reception was unwilling or unable to explain.

I world give it 5 starts but when I notified reception that in gym they don't have cleaning liquid for gym machines to clean sweat. That just simply ignored it. I wish the to management would take more seriously the quality of services tgey provide!

Great hotel on the shore of the Gulf, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Service is a bit weak in the restaurant, but the food is delicious. I advise everyone to spend a nice weekend in this hotel.

Traveled WMA family there for a vacation, we loved it. The only minus in my opinion, it spilled into the pool the cocktails. It would be much better if the visitors are not to go everywhere with drinks.

Do not dwell in odd numbers, I realized all of them have views of the abandoned building. Water in the room two bottles of 0.5, and the restaurant bottle of 0.5 is 3 €. Went to Spa, through the VIP. Disappointed with the number of baths and swimming-pools:two pools (hot and cold), 4 Jacuzzis and 2 saunas… the rest is in General a Spa. Decided to go there and regretted it… firstly a huge number of people in the pools is full, all the beds are occupied by half-drunk men with beer, and where not busy-there cracked. Second, then, with drunken men, a mom with children… I do not argue, of course, maybe someone thinks that it should be… only we didn't like it. In General, we quickly returned to your VIP with two pools where the edges were standing and lying empty plastic cups. Dear staff of the hotel! If you decided to make money on the beer in the Spa, so at least remove the empty cups, well, not nice, honestly. And (I'm not sure that drunken men drinking beer there, running every 15 minutes in the bathroom… I think they defecate right there). In the continuation of all this-we in the VIP fell drunk man out of the common room, who loudly shouting, called Fraction, and waving his fists. I thought he was going to kill the bartender. We even hours you are going to spend-just to do nothing (comparing with terms in Toila). A single word I want to say about the restaurant. The selection is sooo small, out of the five dishes was not chicken… it is strange.

Still my favorite Spa destination in Ida-Virumaa. But comparing to how it was 2 years ago, when they just opened, prices gone up (16 euros per person on weekends) and service wasn't as friendly as before. Also got charged for using a towel (3 euros), which in my opinion could have been included in the price (this is how it goes usually in all good spas)

The hotel features a large Spa complex. Spa moment of it. The beach is large and sandy, but dirty. The staff are all young people. Beautiful nature.

Pros: beach front location, own Parking, room clean bright and tidy, quiet. Great SPA-complex. There are so-called VIP oasis, where the entrance from 18 years of age. They averaged 12 steam rooms. This is in addition to the 5 swimming pools.

Amazing place. Different saunas, beautiful Baltic Nature and Sea. Great place to relax with your kids or family. I went there with my family, was great, everyone loved it and enjoyed. The best part is a swimming pool outside. Recommended 100%!

Did not expect that in Narva you can relax! Liked the hotel very much. New, in a quiet location on the Bay. The sound of the waves and pines, for lovers of walking. For those who prefer to go out, the SPA will delight you with its comfort, warmth and variety of bath procedures. Bar, the cocktails are delicious. The standard room were taken were three of us, with a year-old baby. Cozy place though a little, but comfortably apart, nothing superfluous and everything is there. For those who live in SPb, a great alternative to the Finnish "saime", purer, better, more comfortable… Our view.
