Very nice place for weekend relax.

I liked the spa in the basement. Four pools of different water temperature and four sauna rooms. Hotel residents are free to use it.

Staff friendly, rooms simple but breakfast and the restaurant itself is not worth the money.

This is just for the spa — the quality has declined over the last year. Steam sauna and the Japanese hot water pool had weird smells. Shower drains were clogged etc.

Good hotel for your money, the biggest plus for us was the spa, which is very nice to visit after a tiring road. I will say there are drawbacks — the room has no air conditioning, mattresses are trying to slide from the bed, the hotel needs repair, which has not been for a long time; The ceiling in the bathroom of our room leaked! — the neighbor from above actively splashed, though the question was quickly resolved with the help of girls from the reception. It's dusty. Our room was at the far end of the hotel and there was sometimes poorly clung to the internet, although the speed was normal. The spa is a bit muddy and alapist — sprigs of artificial cherry over the Jacuzzi and the multi-coloured illumination of the pool look ridiculous. In general, Elena Flying would have smashed the hotel to pieces) But! Considering that the room cost three 135 degrees, a great, varied and delicious breakfast, comfortable parking and the opportunity to relax in the spa, which has a pool, a bath with brooms, three types of steam rooms, a hot jacuzzi, a hot tub and a small ice — this option compares favorably with other hotels in the area, albeit with better location and repairs. The room is quiet. Delicious restaurant at the hotel! There is a large supermarket nearby.

Before was nice place, now if you don't are Russian be ready for the rude and impolite arrogance of the reception employee. That is the reason of good comments from Russians to the place.

Very much we love here to have a rest, but it is sad that nothing is repaired, all breaks, pours, burns, souls to change it is necessary. I would love to have everything put in order.

Today the whole family decided to go warm in the spa and were just shocked that all the water in the pools was cold! People were shocked, went to the reception to find out what is the matter, but they said that the water certainly cold, but you can swim. A child 10 years after such a bathing coughs! One bath didn't work! And we were not told about it immediately when buying tickets and on the site since the morning information was not!

Welcomed by a cheerful receptionist, clean broad corridors and well-made room. The closet could have been deeper since it had some trouble containing all the overclothes. The TV didn't have the best picture quality and one of the night lamps wasn't working. The spa itself was satisfactory, especially after all the noisy kids left. The breakfast served in the morning was sufficient and analogical to what one can find from any casual hotel. Enjoyed my stay.

Small complex. Several baths, salt, steam and hot bath. Everything is OK, but very noisy. If more than 5 people are going to talk, it is a feeling that you are in the Oriental Bazaar. In general no relaxation.

Not a big but cozy spa center. The smoke sauna is very pleasant.

Nice silent spa. Smoke sauna does not really seem to be true smoke sauna but just plain finnish sauna decorated as smoke sauna. Water in Japanese hot-tube could have been cleaner.

There was a restaurant in Lu that is on the 1st floor of the hotel Lavander. About the quality of food nothing negative will not say, but I want to note the case that spoiled our company mood. The main course was waiting for an hour and a half and nevertheless brought only 3 dishes from four of them. The waiter referred to the fact that the kitchen was mixed up. Wait two hours did not become until they correct the mistake. All cost a modest apology waiter, well, and we went to another place where will not leave customers hungry and spoiled mood.

But the spa itself is small.

All in all we liked everything. A quiet hotel. Breakfasts are European. (Sausages, bacon, potatoes, eggs, omelettes, vegetables, salads, porridge, flakes of milk and etc. ). A cozy spa area. The baby is ecstatic. It's not a bad room, but. In some places the tiles are split and we came across a room with a split sink. No shampoos or hair dryers. Just liquid soap. The hairdryer can be taken to the front desk. The staff are friendly. Almost everyone spoke Russian.

Actually I was all the time just in the restaurant for morning coffee (self service 1, 50) and then good Estonian lunch kitchen for best price. And free Wi-Fi.

Nice small hotell, with a perfect little spa resort. Breakfast ok, if you have small children like us. Don't hesitate to put them in kinder corner while eating. There is a camera so you can watch them playing. Customer service could be better. Please tell your customer what you can do and don't do. Small signs in English would be nice. And if I say godmorning, I expect you do the same. It doesn't cost you anything. Info very helpful. And take care of the moisture in the hotel rooms. The smell is not so nice. And bonus is the market nearby. In all a very nice place to stay.

A small, dark spa. I liked the hot bath and steam baths, the Jacuzzi did not get, the people decently, for such a small room, the repair is average, probably so dark. I wouldn't go with a little kid. Around the pool lay garbage and the presence of a cleaner did not affect him. The railings on the bridge over the pool are corroded and staggered. The bar has a mini choice. We're not coming back again.
