Overall, this hotel is comfortable. It is located in a safe part of the Escalon neighborhood. The rooms are a little bit small but the place is pleasant.

Good clean hotel. Room was as advertised and the area was quiet at night. I was here with a group and was advised not to walk around the neighborhood. This is pretty common in most areas of San Salvador right now.

I had a very bad experience. When we checked in we were given a price and cancelled. When we retired we were told that we should pay another extra amount of money. The lady who attended us when we checked in, was not the same when we retired, and demanded payment in a very arrogant way as making us feel that we were debtors. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They gave us a hard time. Too bad there are hotels that are supposed to have a quality standard and do this with their customers. They look really bad.
