Excellent service, comfort and hygiene.

Visit the hotel and very bad service, the A/C did not work and the lady at reception could not solve this situation, I was 2 hours waiting for an answer and nothing…
I don't recommend it, I had a bad experience at Hotel Mirador Plaza.

The place is "welcoming" for being very small, it is closer to a luxury hostel, we went for breakfast buffet, but there was not much variety and the area for it is too small.

A very elegant place, spacious and comfortable rooms, the attention is very good. The food with very good taste like the SNAKCS, I recommend the place for meetings and events. The only bad thing is that the parking is small.

Excellent location, spacious facilities and very cordial staff. The only thing to improve is the noise that comes to the rooms when there are events. On Saturday April 21st there was a 15th birthday and I couldn't sleep because of the loud noise. The rest, all perfect.

It is nice, but the mirador (balcony) has no chairs or amenities to appreciate the view. You do not have a sauna.

A small and colorful "hotel" with a good location in San Salvador (capital of El Salvador). Everything inside the hotel has almost everything you need. Breakfast included, pool, a nice garden, event room, large rooms, bar, etc. Unfortunately I touched my pillows with bad smell, smell of moisture or sweat… In the bathroom were hair on the floor… They have a coffee maker but they don't provide coffee, sugar etc for you to prepare… Anyway, I like the concept of the hotel, but I want to believe that I had bad luck at the time of staying.
