I clarify that my point of view is as a daytime visitor and assistant to training. The room where I played remain was unlike, I could notice black plastic in one of the windows. The. Food is good, but they serve you with delays. The pool in the food area is very small. A lot. The halls are sad, monotones, the colors used in walls and ceilings are the same giving a feeling of endless monotonia. I expected a lot more from a hotel with this name. No decoration qie ambiance. Anyway. Not a bad place. But it could improve a lot… But a lot!

Always clean and cozy, and right in the middle of one of the best zones near San Salvador, there's pretty much everything around the hotel, banks, supermarket, restaurants. Just a few blocks away from the US embassy. It's a nice place to stay if you're doing business in San Salvador as it's very close to both Santa Tecla and Antiguo Cuscatlan, Uber or a Taxi can get you anywere in minutes or if you feel like there's bus routes comming in and out during business hours. It's clean all the time and service is good. It has several conference rooms for seminars or parties.

I really liked staying here, the professionalism of everybody that works here is very impressive. Julio at the front desk was great. I could not give them a 5 star because they have reduced the swimming pool that is a joke. If they had the pool they had it would have been great. The room was clean and we had a great view. We stayed 3 days, helped us with the internet and gave us a router, Jorge the concierge was great.

The rooms and the attention is very good, but the safes only work with credit cards and there are some that do not recognize it, the pool is small and not heated. The breakfast is rich and around the hotel is very commercial, so if you want to go out you can find many restaurants.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. Everything works perfectly. The breakfast is amazing and it has a very cool bar. They offer 24-hour taxi service, as well as service to and from the airport. Of course, it is not located in the best area of San Salvador nor the best view of the city. But that's not why it stops being a good choice of accommodation at reasonable prices.

Recently renovated this is a well known hotel that is near the US embassy, they usually have good breakfasts and Lunch bufettes service Sometimes is a little rusty and their parking policies are not friendly to guests or visitors.

This hotel in Santa Elena, one of the best areas of San Salvador, is close to shopping malls, entertainment venues, restaurants and offices. It has rooms for small meetings or large events.
During the week offers promotions for breakfast or dinner with family or friends.

The people make this hotel. The staff always treats us like family. Looking forward to returning.

The location could not be better. Two blocks from the US Embassy, surrounded by all kinds of eating places, with three major shopping malls within 1 km. Very nice and attractive staff. My wife lost a pearl bracelet and within a few minutes one of the staff brought it back. Free parking and good ambiance.

After more than a month living in this property I can only have compliments for everyone starting with its GM Edwin. Whether in the room, at the restaurant or parking, the service received always exceeded my expectations.
This is the BEST place where you will receive the highest value for your money no doubt.
Special thanks to both Berthas at the restaurant, Julio and George and the guys at the front desk. The attention received was always superior.

I like the location of the hotel, I stayed here a few days ago and was very good on the part of the staff, the very quiet rooms, the view from the level where I stayed very relaxing, a small pool, Conference halls I liked very spacious.

I stayed for some time at this hotel in San Salvador and I can say that it is amazing, it is comfortable, practical, the people inside of the hotel is rather friendly, although it falters in certain points like the swimming pool is a bit small compared to other hotels that I have gone and the gym which is also rather small, the hotel and its rooms are comfortable and apart from all, it helps that we gave was incredible has a linda vista from it expected of the elevator.

Only I can say q each Sunday is it mjor know and get along with the igl q there are each Sunday.
