Tonight some relatives from abroad, of the third age, stayed to stay at the hotel, however the receptionist treated us with a pedantic, lousy and arrogant attitude. All the time I made comments like "what do you want?, aha and what happened? " The guy never welcomed us kindly; from the beginning when he saw us he made a face of disgust like this: 🙄😒. He never waved as he entered or was even polite. When I left my relatives there, the guy went to bed on the reception sofa and continued talking on his cell phone. We went back to my mommy to ask for support with my family, and it came out even more lousy and arrogant.
Total disappointment the treatment of the receptionist.
They should put people who really know how to serve in customer service, and above all who are kind and empathetic to the elderly. 😡😡😡
