It was a nice experience, The food was delicious, and all the employees were professional and qualified. However there was a major issue with the hygiene of the pool and the rooms.

Good place to enjoy vacation with family and friends and there are many adventure water sports.

VERY GOOD HOLIDAY RESORT on the shore of Crystal clear waters of the RED SEA. Very good place for families, especially honey moon couples. Very good weather conditions. Middle Eastern Food Simply superb and awesome… loved it…

Excellent place to stay with good ambience. Dining hall is great view towards sea. And the resort surrounds with one side of mountains & another side of sea.

For Wi-Fi in rooms you have to pay extra, else a good hotel to stay!

Close to the sea. No much activities after the development of Sharm el Sheikh. Rooms and bathrooms are not up to the standards. Poor maintenance and cleaning.

No water in bathrooms and no hot water there's timing for water.

Huge but decent hotel in the particular region. Location is amazing. Rooms were comfortable, spacious, clean & well maintained. They have their own swimming pools, both for adults & childrens. You can go to the beach as well, if you want to swim there. There are chairs on beach, where you can sit & enjoy the silence. Especially in night time. Although it is a good hotel, food quality was below expectation. Some staff was helpful, some were rude.

Location is nice. Rooms were nice. Service was ok. Did not seem very prepared for international guests as many employees did not speak English and we're just generally rude.

Located in a beautiful gulf with the red sea. The landscape n pool are very welcoming. The rooms are good with a stunning view.

This is the worst hotel i've been to in my entire life… and I travel a lot. If you want a genuine advice: avoid at all costs and I will explain why. 1. The food is disgusting, breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you want to lose weight by not eating proper food or not eating at all for three days over all the meals come here. Worst of all are THE THINGS YOU WILL FIND IN YOUR FOOD! Urggghh absolutely disgusting. And the drinks! Omg — what kind of 5-star hotel provides CARTON instead of fresh juice for customers! 2. Service is so poor as the staff are soooo slow and untrained. You will get so frustrated that your mood will be ruined by the slowness and poor service. And the other facilities are terrible, we wanted to play pool/billiards but the tables are of such bad quality that we couldn't complete the game. 3. Are you a morning coffee person? Well news is that this will be a nightmare for you because the coffee is awful whether at the breakfast area or at the bar. No good coffee anywhere you turn to in this hotel. Live with it. 4. While the rooms are spacious and nicely furnished (to be fair) they are not well cleaned. We had no shampoos, conditioners, or any other toiletries nor did we have complimentary tea bags/coffee/creamer — but there is a kettle so am not sure what they're expecting people to do with it! Haha On housekeeping, thy merely wiped the floor.

One of the best hotels in the region. Huge, new, excellent. Wonderfull cuisine, amazing staff.

"ТOLIP RESORT & SPA TAVA 5*" — beautiful, spacious, decorated with unusual sable color marble, new hotel for a family holiday in Egypt, in Taba. At the airport of Sharm El Sheikh, we were met by a representative, boarded a small bus stopped in a small shop, the road among the mountains, came in 2, 5 hours. Vacationing with 23.09.15g. 01.10.15g. The area is fenced, guarded. On one side the mountains, others the desert and the sea. To walk outside the hotel will not be able to other hotels a few km Before the hotel is new, large, beautiful garden with palm trees with a fountain, illuminated at night figures. The service is excellent, friendly, unobtrusive. The entire staff understands Russian, in the lobby, to the left of the entrance is a table hotel guide: Russian girl Mila, who cordially answers all the questions. The girl-the animator very friendly, also Russian. We had room 3109 spacious, modern with a fridge, air conditioning, safe, Hairdryer, kettle with tea and coffee making facilities, balcony, TV plasma with several Russian channels (it was fun to stumble upon a channel with irregular camel). The bathroom is also spacious. The hall is very large, stylish, the right of the entrance are several sections where you can buy Souvenirs, clothes, towels, cosmetic oils, perfume. The balcony had a view of the mountains, partial sea with the island of Pharaoh. Daily cleaning is ideal.

Pros: Beautiful resort (nice main lounge, beautiful furniture) Children's playground (they have 3 separate structures based on age) Nice short camel ride on the beach Friendly Staff Hotel room was comfortable. Cons: Constant loud music blaring from 9am-4pm in the pool area Friday night, there was a music party outside that went on until 2 AM. It was so loud we could not sleep in our own hotel room. When I complained to the manager the next day, he said he would sit with me and talk; Sunday afternoon we were leaving and he told me that he was sorry and that he would considerate "it". That's very poor service — no compensation for an entire night's sleep lost. This is NOT a five star hotel and NOT five star service. Friendly as he may have been, the general manager made no attempts to satisfy a dissatisfied customer. Spa uses cheap, chemical-filled products. (do negotiate as they are hungry for business) The buffet, although plenteous, was of mediocre quality and not 5-star.
