Amazing place for vacation. Good service and helpful staff. Beach was good with beautiful coral reef! Adults pool and Island pool are the best one, every pool places was clean. Every day a lot of games around the pool and beach, we played beach volleyball, water polo Show programs in Roman theatre was interesting and funny!

Best resort experience ever. Comparable to the best of Mexico and even more. Nice and friendly staff, great food, most of rooms are close to the beach and pools, nice entertaining night shows, loved it so much. I will come every year. This place will be my yearly vacation for ever. The only thing I wish if they offer a shuttle to and from Airport and to the city. Please consider doing this.

Unprofessional reservations team They canceled my reservation through booking. Com because I got a good rate was unsuitable for the hotel and their reason that credit card invalid although it's working and valid as well as accepted from booking. Com Please avoid do reservation with them as if they don't like the price you get from any other application they will cancel the reservation.

First off it’s my second review and the reason is that I didn’t have enough time to write the survey paper before leaving, Sorry about that, Anyway the food was amazing everywhere, Rooms were clean, View was amazing, Generally everything was perfect and that’s really rare, But the main reason that’ll make me comeback again is the animation team specially (Shaimaa) she was extremely kind, friendly, fun and made me feel like home thank you so much I reallllyyyyy appreciate it, Also Bebo and Mido were really cool and friendly as well they all made me feel like i’ve known them for a long time and it wasn’t fake like other animation teams in every other hotel.

The most wonderful hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, real. The staff is all, more than wonderful, Mr. Raafat, the creative and upscale chefs.

I've spent my honeymoon in this hotel, and my experience was way better than my expectations. Since day one we noticed the difference, they were very organized and well-prepared, we felt welcomed and loved. The staff were incredibly helpful and sweet, we felt like home and they were our family.
I really want to thank everyone of the staff members for making my honeymoon such a blast and unforgettable, especially Mr. Mohamed Reda, Mr. Hany Elasaby, Mr. Refaat khalil and Ms. Maria and also 7amada for making me smile every time I enter my room after he make it up I highly recommend this hotel and I'm definitely coming back.

The service, all staff were great and pleasant starting from the front office both Mohamed were amazing and helpful and the concierge Badea and the quality manager Rafaat who took us in a tour in the hotel to show us all facilities.
We really enjoyed the stay and It will definitely be our preferred destination.

Vacationing with friends in this hotel in early September 2018. Overall the Hotel is very nice, huge green areas, clean, tidy. The rooms are old, but all clean and properly. The food is very good and varied (fish, meat and side dishes for every taste, from sweet to tear is not possible). All very tasty. What surprised me most is the attitude of the staff, polite, attentive, but not obtrusive.

The hotel is laid out in detail, crossing the threshold of the hotel, just one in a cozy and comfortable environment where care and attention! Where glad to have you! Where friendly to you! Gle well-kept grounds where clean! Where a great coral reef! Where great food! Individual mood is created by the animation team! Chic hotel: beach in the Red sea, five swimming pools on different levels, a small water Park, kids club for children from 3 years, the food from 7-00 to 22-00 — tighten belts the Wait staff is super! Every whim here realize, but be prepared for a tidy invoice when you check out!

We Arrived at this hotel for the first time, I hope that not the last. The Whole vacation went very fast. Did not have time to enjoy. Next time we'll be back here again. The Animation team is very cheerful and diverse. They didn't let us get bored. Today We fly away, we will be very bored! Thanks for the rest.

This Holiday we are happy with but there is a small but! Food in the restaurant I would like to fix, because There is no variety of fruits, all dishes are similar to taste. Only soups are Allocated. We enjoyed our stay, it has been very positive overall. We loved it. Thank you so much. Bare in mind that as most of the resorts in shark bay, this resort is built on multiple levels with stairs connecting each level. There is a shuttle bus that circles the resort so if you can wait a couple of minutes, it will save you from using the stairs but ultimately you will find yourself needing to use them to move across the resort. Here are the things that can be improved: * Better availability of Double/King/Queen beds * The beach was almost always complete, the staff was kind and has assisted us in finding a spot but it was never guaranteed to be had * The fitness center spa/jacuzzi were mixed so we couldn't use those as we prefer more privacy Other than the above items, everything (buffet, service, cleanliness, etc) was just perfect.

Everything was really good. It may be lacking animations for children 6-12 years old, aquatic games for the smallest 2-5 years old types of tobogans, Maisonette, etc.

I have been in this hotel for the second time, the whole holiday will last only a week. I would like to increase our time of stay. We Are at the beach all the time. The Sea, the sun, the golden sand. So far we have traveled only for a tour to Israel. The Trip was very careful. We go with the whole family on the activity, get acquainted with animators. From them learn about the events, evening shows programs. I Like the staff, especially the waiter Sheriff. We will be happy to talk about this hotel to our friends and family.

Great hotel. Came in first and I think not the last time. Service in hotels is very friendly. The main restaurant always delicious. Special thanks to the chef of the main restaurant Hamid, very polite. Proizoshol little conflict in the restaurant, I took a watermelon that was for decoration and cut the news staff ran but thanks to Hamid the conflict was very nice, Alain brought very nice sliced watermelon. The rooms are lovely. The animation is super. There are evening shows.

The sunrise is unique, price performance is not right, food was OK. I wouldn't go back there. Had to pay a surcharge of over 400. — $ and was only for 3 nights with my family there. For this money I would have gotten a better hotel.

A spectacular resort where you can relax and enjoy your vacation time. The beach and the swimming pools are great. The animation team and kids club are very well and active. I liked the soap bubbles dance beside the main swimming pool. The rooms are very well and the food is tasty. The overall mode is "PERFECT".

We spent a wonderful holiday in a great hotel. There was nothing wrong with it. Top kitchen, top service. Clean rooms, well kept pools and generally the facility. The animation team was very good! My kids and I had a lot of fun.

We were a group of 21 persons of ages raging between 9 months till above 65 everybody was extremely satisfied. We have received many entertainment options in the hotel, such as Zumba, yoga, etc. With Mr. Jackson. The whole staff was very friendly and courteous. The total was very well maintained and clean. The rooms are huge.

This resort is really more than 5 stars. Good handling. Workers respond quickly to requests. Services are available 24 hours a day. There is a currency exchange device in the lobby. Taxi service available. Massage and relaxation. Restaurants. Seating areas on the pool and sea. The resort is complete and no guest needs to get out of the hotel. There are shops in front of the hotel.

Location Went with a 5 year old child, just on his birthday. Rested with 12.02-23.02.2018g. There were 2 other friends with Dktkami on 1.5goda. The hotel has more advantages than cons. Early check-in at no extra charge and request. Nice spacious rooms, US on 2x (adult + child) had 2 large twin beds.
Huge, beautiful, well-groomed territory, no congestion of people, all as if dissolved somewhere. There were always places both by the pool and on the beach.
Liked that the Restorank always had a large selection of fresh food, even if you resorted 5 minutes before the end of breakfast, lunch or dinner, still brought new dishes and always had plenty to choose from. I love pp, always found milking a large number of svezhmh vegetables, fruits, non-greasy meat. There were always about 5-7 kinds of meat, 3-4 fish, lots of baking, and so on, absolutely ljuoj taste. For children, a great menu for steam, up to the vegetable mash. A couple of times had dinner on the beach in the restaurant. Vvbor of course less, but everything is fast, tasty.
The staff is very polite, helpful, always willing to help with a smile. A huge thank you to the team animators, they were very cool and pleasantly diversified and brightened stay!

Structure a little ahead with the years require of a refreshed, unfortunately just enough the talk about the meals. The location of the beach was very good.

I was expecting a lot more from such an elegant hotel and such a professional staff.
The fruit was scarce and almost always expired, the variety of food leaves you wanting. They speak bad English and almost all turn only in Russian.

We came here for our honeymoon. The resort is absolutely amazing they upgraded us to a full beach view room because we’re honeymooners. The hotel is secluded enough but the main pool area is always active with songs and dancing. They have more than 5+ restaurants in the hotel so we were never hungry. There’s a shuttle service and a bus that transports you around the resort every 5 mins. The room is beautiful and cozy and very relaxing with a beautiful terrace. The staff is so friendly and professional and the service was excellent and fast. The beach is so clean and organized with service coming to your table. Don’t miss out on this resort. Will definitely come back again.

The hotel is very nice. We stayed here for a little while. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. The room was very small and the breakfast was great. I would like to see a playground on the beach, and then had to go to play with a child on the site of a neighboring hotel. Liked the large selection of restaurants Aljakard, especially liked the French and Italian restaurants. But the common restaurant did not disappoint, excellent cuisine. Great guy works as a photographer, made us great photos. I would like to note the animation team, the guys try, excellent club dances, the best dance Denis from Belarus. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. On the territory there are beautiful places where you can make unusual photos. The child liked the evening children's animation and in the daytime also with joy went to the children's club. Thank you very much to all the staff for the friendliness. Was staying with friends. Great resort! Great location! Clean and fresh rooms and bathrooms. Clean beach! Great food selection everyday with selection of grilled meat. Friendly staff all around the place, bars, restaurants and beach. Chef and members of the management every day walking around asking people if any issues with food or service to know if people have any recommendations or need any assistance. Absolutely no issue with communication as everyone speaks perfect English, as well as personnel fluent in some other languages. Would comeback. Thanks!

The hotel in general is impressive. Staff members are very helpful and friendly. Our only concern is the quality of food in the open buffet (lunch and and dinner). We completed our stay only when we offered to have dinners in the A La Card restaurants. We want to come back many times but the problem of the quality of food in the open buffet worries us, bearing in mind that we might not get the offer of using the A La Card next time. Also, we expected the evening shows to be better especially we were in the hotel during the Christmas season. Finally, we want to come back, please to effort to enhance the dinner buffet. Thank you.

There were the most kind staff I ever seen in Egypt, during my vacations. The complete facility were managed into deep details and all location are clean and decorated in really an amazing style. The food are tremendously delicious and restaurants staff were well trained. And they are so gentle with smiley faces always. Customer service representative Mr. Adel also have made our stay amazingly romantic, which was a real welcome from Sunrise hotel. I would say more reasons but indeed everything were nice and smooth. I liked the place, it is comfort. Also to not forget, Ms. Wed and Mr. Ihab, I could like to thank them for always making sure that my stay is a pleasant and nice.

It was a great experience, the room was clean and luxurious. Beach area was nice but small so at certain times it was crowded. The service was great and staff were so friendly and helpful. The best of the best was the food. Variety and taste and quality, it's very rare to find this quality in a hotel restaurant. Overall, I really enjoyed and definitely would come back.

Very good managed hotel, with excellent service. The main restaurant is good, the Churchill bar cocktails and service is very good and well presented. Music around the pool and in the night time in this disco is very good. The pool is always clean, and the beach is a nice environment to be in. The tour guides in the hotel are really good and the reception staff will always answer your questions and the bell boys bring the cases fast. The kids club was very good much variety of things to do for the children. The night shows are very good as they’re all different every night.

Very nice hotel. Great location. Convenient transport on the Territory. Friendly and helpful staff. A decent buffet-you can always find something to your liking, in the evening fragrant grill. Gym, tennis, football, there is something to occupy active people. Animation throughout the day, in the evening various shows. The beds are a separate mention, never so sweet did not sleep) ). And of course the Red Sea and coral reefs. I am engaged in underwater hunting, therefore in water lived all 12 days) ). The hotel is mostly family run. Nice location But do not enforce the rules to customers of the East Every day I saw customers who had no respect for the sea!
⚓ Ukrainian and Kazakh Children throwing rocks at the fish and The boys on the beach let them stay because The more rude parents of their children if something was said to the small offenders they were angry with the staff!
Rather than fill with uncivilized people drunk from morning to night and disrespectful try to teach these rude people to behave well because if you do not make rules will soon become a disaster!

Wonderful hotel, great entertainment main pool. Adults only pool for quiet and other private pool for suites and superior room. Staff really friendly and attentive, good food (which is rare in Egypt) several a la carte restaurant delicious. The rooms and facilities are super serviced, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The animators Sue, Sarah, Maria, jacson, Sento, Mariana, Svetlana, Kimo, day are very welcoming, anxious about our well being, invites us to the animations but without insistence ❤️ and of course the Red Sea with its magnificent fishes. Really hotel to recommend.

It was a great choice to stay during our honeymoon. I like many stuff about that hotel: — one of their major success, they are truly care about customer satisfaction and feedback from them, they have team that taking care of that and taking organized and random feedback from the guest. — I really like the decoration of the hotel, it is beautiful classy arabic style mixed with the modern simplicity. — the hotel built on a kind of slope towards the beach with a way that most of the rooms, can see the middle of the hotel and the beach. — Despite the beach was actually rocky, but it is a great spot for snorkelling, where many coral reefs and fish in front of the beach, I really enjoy it, I also uploaded 360 pic of it. — facilities are great with many swimming pools and private pools. — the open buffet restaurant have a variety of food, despite some of the food might not as the standard one :P but overall very good. — there is a different kids show and entertainment show at the evening everyday, which is a great attractions. — there are 5 different specialized restaurants, we have chance to try the french restaurant as a honeymoon gift, it was really nice. What I didn't like in the hotel: — their excursion office offers some of the tours overpriced, some of the tour cost more than the double than the outside package, although they claim that they include a better insurance.

Hotel facilities are very good. Location is directly at the beach. There is enough space that it never feels crowded. Food is in Main and Italian restaurant miserable. In general most staff does not greed at all and expects for every service a tip. You can expect more professionalism from a five stars hotel. However occurring problems are solved immediately and straight forward.

I stayed in the resort back in 2013, things have declined since particularly in the main pool area only one rest room to serve many, some lower pools no public toilette. Also my room bathroom is not clean, towel exchange service is poor and in one instance there was not fresh towels to exchange due to laundry shortage. food and beverage are not lacking in variety and abundance but in quality. In the future I will stay somewhere else when looking for a 5 star plus experience. On a positive note, all workers and staff were courteous and helpful. Banan.

It was a great decision to choose this hotel. It truly provides the service they promise and much more. The staff was always willing to help in a friendly manner. They made us feel at home. The room was very comfortable and there are plenty of amenities in the hotel, so we didn't need to go anywhere else. The beach itself isn't good for swimming, but it's mainly because Sharm is a diving area, so if you want to swim with colourful fishes a little bit deep in the sea, this is your place. I will recommend and surely go back to this hotel.

The resort is excellent and I would recommend it all in this resort and the rooms are excellent. The reception service is excellent. The pools and service are excellent. The sea service is very good. The restaurant is very good service despite the pressure. But there is no variety in eating either the meals are not fast fare especially at the Italian restaurant on the sea. The performances and the teams have not been the same as the previous years. In the end this is my fifth residence and I would recommend friends at this resort. But the food should be improved, especially the Italian restaurant on the beach, and secondly, the performances and events of the years that have passed are much better and better.

All in all was excellent choice. We consider it one of the best in Sharm from design, clean, green areas and maintenance. Families, couple and singles can find location tailored for them to enjoy their time. Though I have couple of comments from customer point-of-view: 1) Room towel exchange. I understand that many customers would prefer their towels to be replaced on daily basis and therefore the staff do so. But many other customers would like to stick to rules of "change if towel on floor, and don't if towel is hanged". This is not for green basis but for health benefit. Having towels changed every day increase the exposure to deterrent chemicals. I. E. The towels been changed no matter if they are hanged or on the floor. 2) Smoking areas, the beach and pools have very limited spaces while smoking allowed everywhere. I suggest to set even small zone for non smokers to enjoy their time in those areas. 3) The whole beach area are bombarded by laud music, may be the music can be directed to certain area only so beach visitors can enjoy relax and hearing sea waves (this is the main reason for visiting beach for some people) 4) The drainage system in relax pool area is very noisy and turn the area to unbearable place to stay long. 5) An improvement is defiantly required for lunch boxes especially with all varieties of food in the restaurant. Most of people taking it simply through it in the garbage. It can be considered as breakfast may be but lunch it was total waste.

The territory is very green landscape wonderful, wonderful beach. Swimming pools, good enough, there are two slides. Rooms are good, clean and already "redecoration! ", but it works. Linen and towels are clean. Bath sets — rich, there are all the way down to disposable razors and toothbrushes. Bathrobes and slippers. Food is the main restaurant is excellent. But in bars is up to "five" falls short. But a huge plus in the morning there are juices, throughout the day all the sweet water only from bottles, and juice is packaged, not divorced. And no "yuppie", which is good! ) ) ). Recommend hotel for families with children! We will definitely return there son!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Sunrise Grand Select Arabian Beach Resort. We would definitely recommend our friends and family to stay here if they ever go to Sharm El-Sheikh. The service was fantastic, the food was delicious, the room was spacious and clean, and the resort facilities were excellent. The animation team did a fantastic job and are very friendly.

Your services are compatible with international services in Paris or London and other European countries. Only access to Wi-Fi in rooms requires improvement. Very nice. Staff very attentive. Varied food. Swimming pools very clean. Stay perfect.

This resort has several blocks of rooms of different categories, some with pool private, others for families, etc.
There are 4 pools, 6 restaurants, Center of conventions, theatre and bars.
The rooms are very comfortable, fully equipped and very well decorated. Some are far from the beach but there is a van.
The breakfast and the dinner buffet are excellent.
Actually the price is ridiculous for what you offer.

Everything is good … Only the Wi-Fi is very poor and the all arabic channels TV not working. I want to thank mr. Mohamed mohsen in the reception office he is very helpful… I think I will come back to your hotel again.

Resort was exceptional. Only complain is that the room I got was not really a sea view room even though I crossed checked with the reservation agent before room allocation. We didnt complain because we were too tired and unpacked the luggage immediately. But, during checkout, I informed the reservation agent regarding this issue and he promised me that he will take care during next trip. Also, there were some missing toiletries like ear cotton buds. Apart from that, rest of the experience was very pleasant and I would like to return or recommend to others your resort.

Super was with you. Very friendly and occurring. Enjoyed it very much. We had everything we needed. Super hotel, super team. And, above all, the staff is very very nice. So much work.

According to a very strict flight where you want finally in the holiday, we were greeted by a very nice, damp cloths to wipe and something cold to drink, which we needed. A lack of English but at least we were able to communicate with the staff in English. First look the room was OK. We did not want to met in a Deluxe room with a double bed and a sea view unfortunately. In a Deluxe room, I expect only 1 large bed and 2 small double beds. The sea views are had to the half and you had to look over the railing, you lean something from the sea. The equipment of the room is OK but the cleanliness was poor. So please focus more on Hygiene than the Rest. Window, floor, and toilet must be cleaned each time you "make up"! We were during the whole stay at the Relaxing Pool or 2-3 times at the beach. The beach was Good and clean, unfortunately no so great service is what you expect in a 5 star Hotel. Too bad you can not directly into the sea, on the rocks or coral. The Relaxing Pool is never the rules were followed so it was not a bit of relax. Schnorchelnde people, Noisy swimming at the end of people, kids and loud music-hearing people — a PITY. The food was good thank you for the invitation to Oriental food. Enough fruits and vegetables is important I like, as I saw, but unfortunately, like many families, the dish is not filled but aces the half of it, it was a great shame so I ask you to make these people aware of.

We are now the third Time in this Hotel and our expectations were not exceeded, just met, no, even. The staff in the Restaurants, the Pool, the rooms and the Reception is well trained, friendly comment. The Restaurants (especially Fellucca) are open only reduces, but in view of the tourist Situation is understandable. The quality of the food is still excellent! We would like to, especially, all employees in the Royal Club very warmly for the great stay thank. You have shown us our holidays days as a king / Queen experience. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The resort grounds are beautiful, full of flowers and beautiful sea views. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Our kids (and us) enjoyed the swimming pool and water slides. All hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very satisfactory, although it would have been nice to see some changes from day to day in the buffet menu. But all in all, we had a great time.

The place is fabulous. Very well furnished and maintained. The pools are superb. The beach is fantastic. The food menu is beyond belief. Great place for fun and relaxation. But the true wonder is the staff. They are all highly trained to serve you with great professionality and a constant smile on their face I long to go back there.

The hotel was cery good. Anunarion was freat and fun (took good care of Egyptians and Arabs). Food was very tasty and alot of varaities. Pools were clean and very good. Cant wait to go back.

First of all liked the service, attitude of staff. Got a very nice room with excellent location. A varied and delicious food, superb range of fruits. The territory of well-groomed, beautiful landscaping, but there is little shade. The restaurant would like to see on the street divided tables for smokers and non-smokers. Beach comfortable and roomy. Very convenient that you can dine on the beach without going up in the main restaurant. A beautiful and memorable riff, very diverse underwater world, met quite large samples. From the hotel remained the most fond memories. Rest the continuous positive. Thank you very much. Is your best shot — huge establishment, all facilities are well operated at top notch — staff hospitality is beyond imagination, salah the reservation manager once knew its my honeymoon. Upgraded out stay to an amazing suite with marvelous sea view. Got the animation team to celebrate us with a romantic dance upon checking in. — perfect breakfast. Taste and quality — animation team were vibrant and friendly. Really adding huge value to the place "migo valantino specially" — nesreen from guest service. Asking us daily if we ever need anything. Offered us romantic dinner and breakfast in bed for my honeymoon. Made our stay way pleasant. Im not going to be anywhere else in sharm for my next visits. Arabian beach has all what I need for a super chilling and fun vacation.

At the bottom it looks like the crisis is on the tourists … Because to try to save money … the Elevator is not working … food … mediocre … at lunch not sedenie meat dishes are fried and served for dinner … Already sour … Spa is average … four masters … OK two. And two so-so mediocre … but if it is to complain about … but overall well done …

My wife and I arrived. The wife of the invalid of the first group. Asked the trolley (less if carried. They do not have it. When we took a ticket at Anex Tour, said that everything they have give this hotel a 5+ and therefore will have no problems. Paid a fortune to his wife was comfortable. How can knowing that people are not so full to cheat them and three more skins take the money? Separate we would like to thank Anex Tour, that ruined the whole vacation.

Now it is called Coral beach resort Tiran.

Sunrise Grand Select from an early arrival was outstanding, the staff were first class and I find some of the reviews about the staff not being helpful hard to believe? The staff dealt with any queries or problems efficiently and without fuss. The grounds and facilities are well spaced out with pools and restaurants on different levels. Admittedly, the many stairs may put some people off although the golf cart shuttle buses can be used if required. The swim up pool was magnificent with an adults only main pool and there was also a kids pool and the main pool with activities and swim up bar. A good selection of restaurants and the main buffet did provide variety. The only issue I would say did not warrant a 5 star was the provision of local drinks and I think if the hotels wants a 5 star status then provide branded drinks. Ignore the many negative comments provided by some people this is a great hotel and to be honest if you initially tip e. G. If getting drinks waiter service a once daily tip of £2 gets you first class service however, I did not always tip and the service was equally as good and I don't think any of the staff expect constant tips but they remember you if you tip frequently. Rooms and facilities clean and there seemed to be hundreds of staff constantly tending the grounds and working in the bars and restaurants so I cant understand anybody having to wait for long periods for anything. It was service with a smile all the time.

Our family likes to relax on the Red Sea in Sharm were already thirteen times this year from 15 to 25 July. Sunrise Arejbian is a beautiful hotel! All superb — transfer, meeting, check in, rooms, food, territory, staff, housekeeping. Pleasing variety of fruit juices. Were not neglected by the attendants-all friendly, helpful, and unobtrusive. Very clean, green and well-groomed territory, behind the beach look clean. At the all-new-ranging from tableware at a restaurant and ending with face towels on the beach. It was nice to get a compliment from the hotel when you check in the form of fruit, candy and drinks. Will definitely come to Sunrise.

This is a special thank you coming from the Abdelseed family to all the staff members who served us and welcomed us at this resort. We had an amazing experience at this beautiful resort when we went there in a big group over 100 people in October 2013. We had a wedding and an engagement event happening at Sharm el Sheikh and this hotel treated us like VIP's. We stayed for a week and a lot of the staff members got to know us in matter of days to a degree where they would remember what we usually order and serving us in a very efficient way.
