We had stayed here 6 consecutive times with our family and loved every minute of it before flights from the UK stopped.
We’ve just been back after waiting 6yrs. And it really didn’t disappoint.
A lot of the staff are still there (which is a huge testament to the hotel) and actually recognised and remembered us, even what we liked to drink.
It’s a safe, friendly, clean, relaxed place to be.
I cannot recommend and thank the hotel enough for another fabulous stay in our happy place, we will be back again soon.

I stayed in January 2016 and was the only American at the hotel. What a nice experience! Excellent scuba guide. Restaurants delicious. Friendly staff. Massage experience was lousy though — my masseuse actually took a cell phone call in the middle of my massage and used one hand WHILE talking! Everything else was first rate though. Would gladly stay again!

There are many good reustarants in sultan gardens, but fleur de ris is the best. Because friendly and comfortable atmosphere here.
sea food every day and fish is very niceee. And here waiters is very best ALI SHABAN is best of waiter in this reustarant. He is carefuly and friendly waiter.

We arrived here and they looked after our every need, they pre-emotes our requests and the managers asked us every day if we were ok. This is perfect service and concern for guests. They truly want you to be happy here …

The hotel is nice but not perfect. Filmed the room Sea View, the upperest building (third from the sea), as for me — the best, the view is super, the main thing that would be the second floor!
Food: good, tasty, not too diverse. But the chefs who cook with you very hard, and cook everything very tasty, more than once fonded them tips, they are good!
The setting in the central restaurant would have wished for the best, but overall good.
Staff: nice, friendly, sociable (don't regret to encourage them to tip — they will remember you and help you if necessary).
The cleaning in the room is good.
The rooms are large with comfort, except that you need to call and ask for an iron. : (

Very nice hotel, big, well-groomed grounds. Settled quickly, by 10 a. M. Arrived at 8. Even though August, the congestion and desire of two rooms is nearby. For this, too, a special thank you — got rooms overlooking the sea, located equidistantly from the sea beach and lobby.
Staff. For all the bias that are intrusive, require money, etc. — nothing like that. Rooms were cleaned qualitatively, quickly. The bartenders are very friendly guys. A small issue with the room at the reception was resolved quickly, without problems and objections.
Food. A lot, tasty, quite suitable for children, which there were a lot, but it was not visible, did not interfere. As always, I wanted more fruit, but nothing prevents you from crossing the road and buying the same mangoes for 1.5 bucks in unlimited quantities.
Beach at sea. Places and sunbeds are enough for everyone. Again, even in a very heavy workload. Reef and marine life are good) pier, panton for diving, 2 paths of slabs to enter the water. But the track is a little driven from the waves, although those who need to pass just so it does not interfere)

The hotel is just super! Clean, tasty, calm and fun at the same time! Very responsive staff. The chic SAND Beach (not a cliff and cliffs, as in many), namely a real beach with the possibility of entering the sea for children along its entire length (and it is the width of the entire hotel). This is important if you are resting with children who are free and safe (the bottom is a sand strip about 3-5 meters wide) will be able to splash in the sea surrounded by fish. The coral is amazing, lots of fish. Two pontoons and several underwater entrances (plates under water to cut coral) into the sea. A bunch of pools, including a paddling with a slide. Animators separate respect — not intrusive, but constantly close and if you see in your eyes at least the slightest boredom, immediately rush to the rescue. What was pleasantly surprised is that you can communicate with all the staff and you will be given time not because it is necessary, but because they live the life of this hotel as one family (in any case, we thought so). The kitchen is delicious and varied. All around THE GOOD PACKAGED SOKI, even right on the reception. The rooms are neat and cozy. During the whole time of arrival there was no discomfort from loud music and "heated" guests, as either they were not there or just we were not looking for :). We felt at home. Were in this hotel in April 2018 and will definitely be back again in December 2018. Yes, the hotel is not budget-friendly, but the value for/how is amazing.

So far, the staff and receptionists are so kind and friendly. The food is always very tasty and well done as well. The room service men are very helpful as they deal with guest complains seriously. In conclusion, I can say Sultan Gardens is highly appreciated. Thank you very much.

It was a great stay. The staff was always extremely helpful and professional. The rooms were tidy and spacious. Our room looked just like on the pictures. I guess some of the pictures are premium suites. The photos of the exterior match 100% what it was like. There were always plenty of free spaces around the pools or at the beach. Plenty of bars, professional diving school, beautiful beach. If you don't like the vast selection of foods at the buffet, you can eat at one of local restaurants — Italian or Indian (one or two dinners are included in the price, depending on the length of your stay). We only ate at the Italian one, but it was awesome. During our stay around 90% of the guests were from Russia, Ukraine or Kazakhstan, so most of the staff speaks Russian and English.

The resort is very beautiful. All of the employees are very helpful and accommodate very well to all your questions and concerns. They were always smiling and make you feel welcome. Many kinds of fun activities planned throughout the day and always something new to eat throughout the whole day.

For Sharm el-Sheikh, the hotel is just great. The staff are literate and friendly. Almost everyone speaks Russian or English to varying degrees. The kitchen of the buffet was pleasantly surprised. Diverse and delicious. Of the cons — quite old and worn room equipment (the air conditioning in our room roared like a plane on takeoff). Alcohol going on the all inclusive program is better not to try at all. Spare the liver)
Also, and it is very upsetting, there is no sandy entrance to the sea for children, only from pontoons, and for the little ones it is not acceptable.
Overall, the hotel left a pleasant impression. And if you remember that he is in Egypt, it's just great.

I was at this property the week from 11 to 18 June 2018, all really great.
Huge pools with staff controlling everything, manicured gardens, great cleanliness, very spacious rooms, sea more than gorgeous, fantastic staff and very helpful, quite acceptable cuisine obviously not comparable to the Italian one, waiters and chefs always smiling… What to say and all very good…
If I go back to Sharm I will definitely come to this property…

I recommend to spend your holidays at the Sultan Gardens Resort! Beautiful grounds, cozy rooms, very nice and helpful staff! The food was delicious, all whims and wishes fulfilled quickly. It is very convenient that even without kids will feel comfortable spending time, because there are separate areas for children, separate for adults. All of our company really liked the holiday at the Sultan Gardens Resort.

Loved everything! The opportunity to bathe in the Red Sea is the most important! The hotel meets its price! The staff is OK! All requests have been fulfilled! Food is better than expected! Very tasty ice cream! There is no feeling of crowds as the hotel grounds are very big! The kids are thrilled! The Reef is wonderful! As a child, I took a mask from the children to swim the fifth point to the top, because the underwater world is amazing! Relax with a good mood, positive and mood and nothing will spoil your rest! Value from impressions on so much high that everything else (delay of departure and arrival, number fund, ) did not spoil us of rest! As my 9 year old nephew said, who was there for the first time and the unpampered of this kind of travel is the same paradise, so live, sea, food and ice cream!

Resort is great, we really enjoyed our time there. On arrival, we quickly came to realize that the reservations (who we email) and the front desk does not communicate, it's was extremely annoying to have to continuously prove what reservations advised to the front desk. I believe that communication needs to be addressed. Wi-Fi needs serious upgrading. After visiting Cairo, Luxor and Hurghada, one being the Hilton resort, I will definitely rate Sultan Gardens the best experience of them all for sure!

On the beach near the sea there is little place where there are tenek.

The hotel is not new but nice. There is a shallow area for children on the beach. 2 pontoons in the sea. Food is good, hungry will not remain. The fruit selection is small: bananas, oranges, melon, apples. The juices are packaged good. On the beach give ice cream and there is a bar, there you can eat French fries at lunch (in the morning, yesterday's sandwiches only). In May-a lot of compatriots) ) big plus-animation is on the beach!

Great resort! Big green and clean territory. Helpful and very kind staff. Delicious food. Great sea entrance — short pontoon. Some minor issues are present though: There are no dedicated smoking zones, thus people smoke everywhere, at the beach, pool etc. Annoying. The rooms are pretty old, but, on the other hand, kept properly in the good condition. The further from the reception the harder to communicate with staff. They indeed are extremely helpful and kind, they do really want to help, but it is a bit difficult to communicate in the areas "beyond usual things". It was a big quest to add waiters to refill the water tank in the coffee machine… needed to ask manage if anybody is capable of doing that.

This a large resort with a choice of pools. We spent most of our time at the adult pool with its swim up bar and Jacuzzi. There is also a family pool and a quiet pool. The restaurants had a wide range of foods to choose from and there was no real waiting for anything. Only criticism is the fact the air con should be stronger. The room was clean and spacious and had good air con. There was a row of small shops infront of the hotel which was convenient. It was disappointing to find that there was only a pebble beach at the back of the hotel but then that is just the nature of that coast line. Overall, we had a really good time and would love to go back.

Good time of day! I would like to share a review of one of the best SULTAN GARDENS RESORT hotels in Sharm el Sheikh. We stayed in this hotel for a few holidays in March. Everything from the settlement and acquaintance with the hotel pleasantly surprised and pleased. The most polite and tactful staff, magnificent coral reef, cozy rooms, animation, well-groomed territory, cleanliness and order in everything, and most importantly-a terrific cuisine! So attentive and professional managers and stewards we have not met before in Egypt. For us and our friends you are super!

The property is nice and equipped with every comfort, the delicious cuisine and the staff is friendly, attentive to the needs of the customers. The reef is accessible directly from the jetty from the village beach and is very nice. The only drawback is the distance between the village and the centre of Sharm (15 minutes by taxi). Few Italians present in the village so many Russian and Ukrainian families with children. In the village there are a swimming pool and a dining room for adults only, quiet and relaxing.

I was visiting Sultan Gardens Resort at the end of February and was totally pleased to spend my vacation there. It is a nice hotel with wonderful beach and coral reef. The only thing here is that the hotel is pretty old, I don't really know when the last renovation was, but it feels like it was around 10 years ago. But in general, it costs its money.

Great hotel for a family holiday. Nice reef for snorkeling. In Egypt there were several times this hotel proved to be the best. Green and clean. Great location. Periodically herbal mosquitoes. Dive generally wonderful. The best reef with octopuses, stingrays and eels-albinos. The location is perfect. Lots of pools.
The room was clean. Superficially. There is a fungus in the San node. Better to clean than at this time figures of towels lay out… But overall 5 points. Recommend.

Have a rest now here with the husband and the child 10 months. The 2marta air is about 30 degrees and the sea is 24 degrees. I write my review for those who think, to go with a small child or not… Go… For the kids here everything… and the menu, and pool, and attention. Nice hotel. In Egypt 7 times. This hotel is the best. A large area. Many pools and bars. Diverse meals. Of the advantages of reef. In the two reproduced. Pantones are not long. I've been there for a while now and I've always been fine. International village with beach and many swimming pools including a heated, always perfect and clean rooms you dine or dinner anywhere you are… swimming pool, sea or main restaurant and the food is good, buffet service.

The hotel is very good. Rated at 5* officially but in the UK probably 3 1/2 but that does not take away from being a wonderful place to go. A good choice of food and plenty of it although mainly Egyptian and Eastern European in orientation. The biggest reasons to come here are the lovely (still) waters of the bay along with it's reef and the absolutely amazing staff. They are absolutely wonderful and really cannot do enough for you (especially if you treat them with respect — unlike many of the Eastern Europeans). We are back for our third visit and will be coming again. They really miss the English and deserve to see more of us here. The ONLY downside that we have found is that the Wi-Fi is truly appalling — slower (when you can actually connect) than my old dial-up was 20 years ago.

Beautiful Resort at Shark's Bay. Great location to get to places of interest. The resort is elegant, immense, with five outdoor swimming pools, private beach, disco and restaurants available: Family Services, comfort in the rooms, everything is included.

The hotel itself is chic-great rooms, green area, Big Beach. But there is nothing to do here except bathing in the sea and the Basine. Children's animators seem to have, but the children after one visit refused to walk… There are two volleyball courts, but the ball is one, the second can not buy. The result is a huge queue to play volleyball. Only mini golf saves during the day. But after sunset and it closes.

Very well maintained resort. All the best facilities are available here. The beach is very good. We can see the coral reefs and colourful fishes from the ramp.

We stayed with my husband and two children from December 2 to 9, 2017 We liked the hotel. There are drawbacks, but the pros overlap them. Our room was a 539 suite. Not new, but quite cozy. Near warm pool with bar. The place is just gorgeous. Quiet at night, near the main building with a restaurant. In general I advise to choose suites near this pool. Very close to the sea. If you go down to this very pool and walk down, then in a few minutes you will be on the beach. The beach is big enough. The place can always be found. There is a quieter area, there is an animation zone near the bar and at the very end behind the umbrellas there is a playground right on the beach.
The children's Club is open daily. You can leave the children under the record. Our couple of times happily stayed.
And now about the food. A lot of food! The meat was lamb, duck, quail, chicken, beef. Every day there was a fish, once gave crabs, I do not remember, and all could not try. A lot of food. Garnish took only children. Soups gave liquid, but tasty. Children ate with pleasure. Sometimes they gave interesting dishes, such as stuffed artichoke, some meat with capers, seafood baked in halves of mussel shells. All the time there were olives, olives, different sauces. About sweets in general is silent-what it is possible to speak, in fact the master-chief on sweets Italian! Everything is very tasty! The kids were eating.

Good service. Nice stuff. Some of rooms quite old and a little bit dirty (but in general they are good). There's an entertainment (Ukrainians). Sea is excellent! Beach is clean and tidy. Good is ok, every day you can find same base + daily themed kitchen (French, Italian, Indian, etc. )

Stayed with friends from December 2 to 11, 2017! Kazakhstan, Astana! In our case we had an all-inclusive! Even alcohol was part of this concept! The hotel is actually pulling 4 + stars. We were offered family suit, there were two rooms with a bathroom and a kitchen where there was another bed and a sofa with armchairs! We liked everything! The staff is polite, helpful and friendly! The hotel has 4 pools or even more.

Overall, everything is fine. Paid extra and took suit. The food is monotonous and far from the delicacy. Talking about 5 stars is definitely not worth it. Nice room, clean enough. Beg for tips, but friendly staff.

The best hotel in Sharm Sultan Garden pure luxury and service at a good price. Extremely clean to Eurioaean standards. Hand disinfecting throughout the hotel. Plant very geo-flected. Eating just delicious. Rooms large and everything you need from tea and coffee bath mentel to cost-filled minibar.
The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Nothing is too much to ask. And national uncharacteristic, almes is done immediately. In the hotel, the staff also speaks German. I've been to many hotels in Sharn 5 * but this one is unique. As good as home. Again and again I never book another hotel again. Even the animation and shows si d gut amas the in-house disco. You won't get ripped off in the shops of the hotel either. There is also a heated pool and jaccuzi just for grown-up. For the little ones is also well cared for.

Hello world! I am from Kazakhstan Almaty City. Stay at the Sultan Gardens Hotel, flew 08.10.2017. The hotel is gorgeous all super but food without a sea of products and so there is a salute all with hunger certainly will not die. The room has a hairdryer, kettle, TV, which is important for a girl magnifying mirror, but you have to ask for a toothbrush with pasta. Very dislike sellers terribly navjaschivye afraid to say how they sell you something and if you refuse angry and wad. More prices are not low. About Hotel Service very polite courteous.

Отличный отель за свои деньги. Немного уставший (25 лет) но с приветливым персоналом и хорошим сервисом. БольшАя часть номеров с видом на море. Недлинный пантон, несколько скудноватые каралы, по сравнению с территорией отелей за Наама Бей. Разнообразная кухня, вкусная выпечка, изобилие фруктов. Рыбные блюда часто выбивались из общего впечатления в худшую сторону. Но в целом все нюансы отдыха не портят! Рекомендую как недорогой но приличный отель для семейного отдыха.

First class hotel. Beautiful landscaping fabulous swimming pools and extensive beach front. Great choice of rooms from standard to super luxury. Multiple restaurants serving excellent choice of quality cuisine. Daily entertainment and daily activities including fantastic waters ports.

The hotel is not in the wind of the Sharm El-Sheikh. Very large, green and well maintained area. Great SPA and kids club. The hotel grounds every 15 minutes a bus. If you have the opportunity to take a family room, indulge in it, they are here for 5+. Hotel and rest satisfied, will recommend this hotel to others.

One of the best hotels in the combination quality/price in Sharm. Yes there are a number of disadvantages. But they are typical of Egypt – slow service (but tip very quickly correct the situation), pretty mediocre food, however hungry, never will be. But the hotel is very large, beautiful and well-groomed territory. Many pools, including children's. Generally the hotel is very good for children – cool kid's club (children every day were a delight), a slide, a children's animation… the Reef is average, but if you swim along the few hotels you can see everything! We can safely recommend this hotel, especially for families.

Beautiful resort. It has stunning views of the red sea and Tiran island. The resort itself has beautiful and well kept green gardens, and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Food was good as well. I found that even when the hotel had many guests, you always kind of feel like you're the only person around. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will be back soon.

We stayed in this hotel for 6 days. It was full of Ukrainian people. The service had nothing to do with 5 stars and even the food was not prepared big with love. The dessert buffe wasn't a limp-wise. The rooms were good and Sauber. The pool and the sea great. The animation was 3 times dancing one after the other and very loud music.

We visited this hotel for a week in July 2015. Sultan Gardens is a good choice — The rooms were comfortable and the adult pool amazing. Staff were extremely friendly, food was good but House of Spice was tasty indian food and the chef was friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely fantastic! The super friendly staff staff will do whatever it takes to make you happy. They might even surprise you with something unexpected. Food is fantastic, pristine beach, refreshing pools, scuba diving… This place has it all. You can arrange bus tour of the old town and shopping areas. Day trips to the pyramids, Petra Jordan and many other fantastic places. Enjoy the flower gardens, relax in the sun, eat good, dance, relax with a massage or a coffee scrub… Did I mention, this place has it all. For me, it was a once in a lifetime trip. I will never forget it.

We had a rest in February 2015 year family with 2 children-10 years and 2 years. We liked everything. The hotel is very well maintained, beautiful park. Heated pool, children swam there permanently. The hotel had a rest this winter to our entire family, two adults and three children.
