A great hotel to enjoy by the winter holidays, only lacking to
separation between the Cafeteria and the Alcoholic bar.
And work on provide an urgent medical service to treat sunburn injuries in summer.

To begin with, the hotel’s location is perfect. The stuff are very friendly, kindly and funny as well, they smile all the time and they check on you if you need anything, so overall they are great and supportive. Furthermore, the maintenance is excellent, as we had a problem in the bathroom but we did not have the time to inform the reception, however, when we went back to the resort we found that the problem was solved, which is great. The food is very very very delicious, as everyday the chef provides different varieties in all meals with high quality, especially, Tuesday which they call it the eastern day. The beach is amazing for snorkelling as the nature there is very nice (Corals, Fishes), however, unfortunately it might not be suitable for anyone who does not know how to swim! The swimming pool is very nice and cozy, the pool bar is available all the day with all drinks, the animation group is quite good. Finally, in terms of the cleanliness and service is more than perfect either in rooms or pools. In addition, they extremely care about the reviews, which is impressive. It’s only the Wi-Fi which is poor and is not available in the rooms and the furniture is kind of old. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Very polite staf nice clean pools. They only use water from bottles. I would like to come back.
I can recommend the store at the place: the owner is very nice. You can buy things to children for bathing, gifts, soda, chips, oils, clothes and so on… do not forget him
We went for a snorkling trip to the Red Sea… waw … saw dolfins, a lot of corals and beautiful fish. Inklusiv very nice food. The name of the ship is Harmoni ❤

Just an amazing hotel with wonderful animation team Magdy. Mido. Lavy. Kijoo. Janna and Ramy, that amuzed all of us with their lovely attitude, games, songs, night parties… etc. Service stuff was more helpful. With their good manners and smiles… Food was tastety. House keepers are very helpful. Sucssesful management. Sharm reef will be my favourite hotel in sharm to spebd my vacation and relax. I spent a memorable day. Took many photos in the awsome venues of tge hotel.

The hotel facilities are limited with a great always clean pool. The rooms are OK and clean with comfortable beds. The staff is very friendly but definitely lack a sense of professionalism but overall they are very good, didn't witness any act of discrimination towards any nationally. The animation team try to do a lot of activities throughout the day to keep the guests entertained. The beach is accessible by bus which may be a con but if you think about it in another way it may be a plus as you don't need to walk for a long distance to reach the sea like other resorts especially if you are a senior citizen. The food has a lot of varieties and the quality is much better than other hotels in the same price tag. Overall, very good package for the money. As of 21/8/2018 an all inclusive night costs around 75$ tax inclusive for two adults.

A good hotel with decent food, drinks and activities. The room was OK+, bed was really good. Bathroom was good. The staff was really polite and helpful. There was a "team" called "the animators" that mostly went around the area telling you what was happening when and where on the hotelarea, was a bit much time to time, but they were there mostly for the younger once so. All in all a good stay, will recommend to friends.

A really wonderful hotel on all levels, the staff there are really the best, they are all smiling and more than happy to help. The restaurant an food are very nice, a good variety of food is being served, the food quality is wonderful its really delicious. The rooms and hotel design is wonderful. The only downfall for this hotel is its old furniture in the rooms, they need to be renovated. You will definitely like this hotel and you will for sure have the highest value for money in sharm elskeikh.

This is a very nice hotel for both relaxing and activities. The hotel itself is located in Hanaba, with different markets in the local area and Soho Square 15 minutes away. The staff is polite, helpful and they don't mind having a chat. The food is ok and diverse. A big plus is that so of the waiters are super nice and they all want you to have the best dining experience to each meal.

Amazing staff and quality. Very high standard in this hotel. Definitely coming back to this hotel if i'm coming to Sharm el Sheikh again. ps. Look for Yahya, amazing guy and very helpful!

Everything is good except for the food!

Clean Hotel for a relaxing stay. The food is good. Nice pool. Hotel for your money. The staff is attentive, unobtrusive. The experience of the hotel is great. Want better, pay more. In Russia for this money with such service and close nothing. Recommend.

Well, in photos The hotel looks better than in real life. A small minus point. But the staff are all nice, friendly and helpful. The food is of course taste thing. But most like it. I included.
The location is quite nice as well. Only the building is typical Arabic old-fashioned. Not everyone's business. I think it's cool nonetheless. All in all I can recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. Very good food. Best I have found of hotel food in Egypt. Ahmed and Mahmoud from the massage is so nice. They helped me so much with my bad back and shoulders. Reef beach personel could be nicer and execute orders faster. But I will stay here again. Just a little more velcoming staff at beach bar and it will be the best.

Very good holiday in this hotel… Very quiet and clean. Good food. Very good price in the shops there and nice guys.

Very good hotel, nice place, tasty food.

I was there from last sunday until this si sunday. The food from 1 — 6 was 3.5, it didn’t have alot of taste. The roms was cleane. But it came alot of mosqitos in the evening to the room. The pool was good, so was the spa. The staff was good. The last day there was no beer left in the evening. That’s bad when you have al inclusive… the worst thing was the Internett. It didn’t work at our room and not with the pool. You had to sit in the reception, and still it was slow.

Very clean and very good service. Excellent value for money.

We decided to try out this hotel and in total regrets. They denied four of us to bring small bottles of water to their beach and advised us that if we would like water we must purchase it from their store. We had small children and they cared less. Shady buisiness and would search for an honest place before coming here.

Poor management ran by Mr. Osama and Ghenwa. We had a horrific experience today due to their attempt in strongarming their customers. This is a 3 Star hotel and and the staff really proved it today. You can obtain a 4 Star hotel for the same price with much better service.

I stayed three days in sharm reef I enioyed so much and my family I want to thank all the staff there especialy mohamed abdelmoktader as he welcomed us so much and he and his team offered us very good service.

Great hotel. For so little money.

Good but not good night partying.

About hotel can say only one 3* no more. In principle, quiet hotel, few people. Terms of service, room cleaning was daily. Swedish buffet — monotony was killing. The animation was absent in принице is specified. Swimming-pool without heating, very stressful. Beach only for those who погружаеться with a mask. And so for 3* less.

Not a bad location, clean, nicely! Every day the staff all washes, cleans, the bushes are cut! All friendly — Hello love, smiling. However the restaurant cook making fun of tourists love, waiters very polite, smiling and asking to teach them the Russian language! In room daily room cleaning, change of towels — if you leave at least 1 pound — did he tell you that do. Room no, refrigerator old barely, but it works. In General is not even bad. Yes forgot — pool without heating of water ice was and discos something we have not seen. On the beach a bus running every half an hour goes — it's even easier, because then tired not to traipse from the beach.
