Everything, this hotel is truly amazing, the cleanliness, food, staff who go above and beyond to make your stay memorable also the entertainment is very professional.

A beautiful hotel lovely friendly people. Amazing food, Lots of choices. There’s other restaurants to go to within the complex which where superb. Booked trips through the lovely hotel reps (Jeep safari was amazing) it’s also good that you can go to the other Rixos hotels and use all facilities. Snorkelling at the end of pier is brilliant.

Highly recommend just got back from 2 week stay, one thing that dissapointed me is the pool towels at the pool near to main restaurant, they were stained and very grubby, had to change quite often very thin not of the quality as expected from this hotel, Time to change them Rixos!

Lovely hotel, fantastic food, friendly staff but really annoying can’t get a restaurant booked earlier than 8.30-9pm and can’t get any change anywhere even at the reception. Needs be looked at by management.

We had an amazing holiday. My daughter and I spent 7 days here where she celebrated her 22 birthday. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Service was superb, a true 5 star rated hotel. Pool area was clean and pool staff attentive to our needs. At present the hotel is 90% Russian, 10% British. The Buffet restaurant was excellent and extremely organised with staff plating your food. The al la carte restaurants were first class with the Turkish being my favourite and the sushi being my daughter’s favourite. We cannot wait to come back. X.

Amazing place! The beach is great, the hotel facilities are perfect, lots of restaurant options, bars and entertainment.
Our room was exceptionally clean, thanks to Mr Alah Youssef, our housekeeper.
The spa is beautiful and we had the best massages ever. Everyone should try it. Specially with Mohamad or Jellyn.
The hotel has two lobbies and about 3 pool areas. To go around, they offer golf cart shuttles. Do ride with Aladdin, he’s a great entertainer. Knows the guest by name and always knows where to drop you off.
A special thanks to the Brazilian restaurant staff, Amanda, Taylor and Andrei and Mohamad from the main restaurant. They do beyond their jobs. They are friendly, always smiling and pamper the guests with delicious food and treats. They gave us many tip of what to do around Sharm.
Also Mr Mohamad Degoy, the Manager of all restaurants. Such a polite man and an outstanding service. Even being a manager, we’ve seen him serving guests and taking away dirty dishes. That’s when we say that the leader gives the example 👏👏👏

One best of the best hotels in Egypt. They treat you as if you are the owner of the place. Everything is clean. And for the food every meal there is someone in charge to take samples to test it’s freshness. Golf cars makes our stay so easy.

The people there are very friendly and they do care for their reputation, record, and they also care for you and how to make you happy. They give attention even for small details. Concerning food, there is an abundance of food choices for both kids and adults. The Turkish restaurant (lalezar) with its tasty food served in a royal treat as well as the breathtaking view of the red sea offers a dreamlike joyful dining experience. But what to consider the most is the truly-all inclusive-package that makes it worth the cost ; Food, hot or cold drinks, snacks and ice cream are available all the time and almost everywhere.

A great get away resort that have everything one needs. Plenty of international cuisine, spa, swimming pools and own private beach. Staff are friendly and helpful. Golf carts to assist — if needed — secure and a great place to unwind.

The place is very beautiful and very well maintained, open to the gentle winds. The area is very huge, and bringing guests with electric cars. The staff is trained very well. Children here have little to do. Marine service entertainment unfortunately on site missing. For privacy, the family is just super!

My favorite Hotel in Egypt. Bribes rare for Egypt level of service and kitchen, cleanliness as a room fund and territory. To the traditional pluses of the Egyptian tourism also of course own reef with beautiful fishes and "children's" area of a beach, liberated from corals.

Great Hotel recommended. All inclusive all a la carte restaurants. The sauna, the hammam, the sea is super. True entrance only through the Panton, from the shore literally only feet to pray or lie down near the shore. The reef with the Panton is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The animation program is active for every hour, both for children and adults. Show every day.

I visited this hotel during the World Youth Forum in November 2017! I have to say it was of Superb Quality and friendly staff! The security was very good and I even forgot my phone in the reception but they had noticed it and kept it in the lost and found area! They have loads of fun activities even for children (teaching them how to make and bake Pizza’s etc) The beach was just breath taking and at nights the lights were magical!

An earthly paradise. All taken care of in the smallest detail. Very high security level. Big to get lost. Very high prices.

Rested for the autumn holidays (27 October — 7 November), in General I liked it, but the last 5 days we were freezing. Deluxe room in building 4. Wanted closer to the beach and the restaurant, it turned out that such types of rooms there. Came to Halloween, is celebrated in a big way, it was fun. Pros: good fresh room with terrace, large bathroom + shower, the beach and all beach amenities, a children's Playground on the beach is just wonderful, the food delicious and varied for adults who have children under one year old — take a blender, because the children's menu the same cagey day. Of cereal, only oatmeal, but a lot of different cereals. Cons: constant wind on the beach, weak children's animation, to Turkey far away; mosquitoes; cold pools, promised to include that heated, but we left on 7 November, and its only 15 include, although it was already quite cool, especially the last week. Conclusion: if you go in autumn, then in the trail. Just assume for the second decade of October.

Amazing place. Respect all visitors and ensure that every inch is clean. U can leave your kids at the kids club and watch them from your room TV. At night securities are all over the place to care of drunk. Another thing that I lost my camera there and I didn't know till I got back home, from the security footages they find me and call me to get it back. It had been kept at the savings till they handed me back.

Very expensive price. Nearby hotels are slightly inferior, but not at such cost. It is not easy to walk. All Alejkam scurry electric vehicles. Sometimes Raz'ehatsja can't. We have to constantly infect the bushes.

Very large Plant with several Pools, the 2 Largest heated. If you don't want to walk, you can let yourself be taken with one of the drips that is always travelling around, or just run, which is not the worst in terms of excellent Food! At the Foot of the Complex the beautiful Sandy beach with Loungers Umbrellas and Windshield walls. One lives in one of the rooms with Balconies scattered throughout the Complex. The Houses are all just two-storey. What I noticed, besides the good Food, were the all very, very friendly Employees! Could still write so much, just go there, it's worth a Trip!

Not worth the money unless you really love mass crowds of Russian tourists riding camels on the beach and kids entertainment shows loud until late night. Food is okay to average. Anyone who says food was excellent, they just haven't seen anything better. Staff however is absolutely fantastic.

The best experience I had in my life to the extent I am repeating regularly. Hygiene is an essential key of their success. You can feel that wherever you go in the hotel. Food is great in every single restaurant out of the 8 available restaurants. Staff are so friendly to extent that you hate leaving the place at all. I would rate the hotel as 6 stars, not even 5.

This has been the best hotel I have been to, the staff are honest, clean, friendly, and truly cared about the guests. Very large landscape, clean area, wonderful atmosphere, active, and organized. They have the best cuisines and endless pools. The beach leads you directly to a coral reef where you can snorkel with out having to book an exclusive trip. I recommend this hotel, and it's price is nothing compared to their service. If I could I would have given them more than 5 stars.

Very beautiful and well-groomed territory, the rooms are spacious, only the bed to connect the two… but the doctor just for something that will look at you will have $ 50 Spa just tough luring lovely photos and stories but in the end, Spa is simply no. But everything else was good.

This place is amazing, there are ll the things you can imagine here and all you need is in one campus, the hospitality here is exelent and the quality is the rooms, food, entertainment and people is priceless, we stayed for 4 nights and we never wanted to leave, it's a true dream location with all activities for singles, couples, family's, kids and adults, I highly recommend this hotel and fir everyone to come to this rare place of happiness.

Just come home from this Hotel and had a fantastic time. My first visit to Egypt and was very impressed with the food. Rooms, waiters, staff around the pool area. I was pleased with the Buggies that took you around as there is a lot of walking to do and as I am 75 now was very grateful for this service. There is plenty to do for everyone and all staff were so helpful and happy. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Me and my husband palnned to Enjoy our eid vacation and this is our second visit to rixos hotel as I liked it the first time, but I was very dissapointed this time, at the begining of our visit I payed for a deluxe ground pool view room from amman but when I reached there they start to tell us that there is no rooms but when I kept asking them I want the same As I payed they gave me a Single beds room, second while we are doing the check in at the meeting room (club area) my husband forgot his sunglasses there after 1 hour we asked about it with no response we kept asking about it everyday with no response we asked about a camera record to discover what happen they told us they dont have cameras in the reception area! At the last day I discovered that I lost 100 jds from my wallet which I kept inside a bag in the room and I asked them to come and they did nothing and they were very rude to me and my husband specially one person called "Atieh" he lied to us that he is the security manager and I discovered at the end that he is not! Am very dissapointed from the staff they are only willing to collect tips, if u dont give money you will not be welcome! Very bad hotel specially the staff and I found a big differnce from last year.

The hotel is absolutely awesome. The food is perfect. Weather is always sonnlich and friendly staff. You can talk about all german and GM is also German.

This was my second time at the RIXOS, it was even better and better than my first stay. Food is more delicious, new main rest. Has very nice ambience, staff look more happy and friendly. Hotel was only about % 50 percent, and most of the guests are European. We booked a deluxe room, near the reception and large swimming pool, room is spacious, cleaning service is very detailed cleaning. We ask on our room in the afternoon because of our child to clean and they did it always on time. You should rest all ala carte, especially new beachfront, the Turkish kebab house is amazing! I would be very happy to go back for Christmas or new year. Make my stay, thanks to all the staff.

We booked the hotel directly, RIXOS was me and my family in Sharm 9 times for the first time, it was great, food is very tasty, drinks from the hotel lobby possible import. There are a very large Kids Club for children, my son enjoyed with animators. We hope to go back to November.
