Very big resort with good landscape also with big rooms but rooms need to be rennovated cuz it seems very old style and furniture poor TV old Air conditioning, food is not so wow as expected all meats and chicken are imported not Egyptian, no Wi-Fi in rooms, no exhaust from toilets, really I am wondering howbthey got 5 stars approval? This resort was operated by Sonesta then they sold it to new operator since 6 month, I think they should do more effort to save Sonesta reputation.

Good room design … good food … good reception staff and workers … the worst room services … not that clean pools … and please oh please … work on the way finding of the rooms.

The room is like a decent cottage. There is air conditioning, old TV, WC, shower. Toilet paper was not asked, bought themselves. Food is good, never was bad. They give meat, fish. Only queues are big. There are problems with wine for lunch and dinner. Wine is served only by waiters (to take no possibility). Waiters wine bring with a probability of 50-70% (depends on the relationship). It is unclear why it is impossible to put a barrel with a crater. At bars cocktails are poured smoothly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds are huge: lots of greenery and different kinds of flowers. In this hotel there are 6 pools: 2 of which podogrivajutsja in winter, 3 with cold water and 1 pool for VIP rooms. The rooms are a bit old furniture, but you can live! The hotel is 2-3 star, nothing more. The TVs are old, the toilet derivable smell, things are a little posharpanny, the staff from the cleaning of a cult does not. We had a vacation here in December 2016. The room was very clean. The safe was missing money. The manager said that we spent it on ourselves and forgot it (the heated pool worked for 2 days 10. ) Beach lounges old, iron, rusty, mattresses are very old. Food is tolerated, but it's much better. Awesome place! Great hotel, wonderful territory, nice beach and the magnificent sea! There's a coral reef close to the hotel's beach, so you can explore corals and see quite a few fishes when swimming with the mask.

The worst hotel ever. Service is horrible. Food with no variety, air conditioning is terrible. We went to 5 different rooms before settling. I don't know how it is a 5 star hotel. We went in Ramadan and I think the hotel was not ready for guests.

Hotel is ok, but it doesn't equal 5 stras hotel, maybe 4. Food is ok, but not very good, best thing is that every evening you could try some meals from the chef and as a rule it's really great!

My husband and I have just returned from a 14 day stay, lovely people the egyptions, we had a lovely barman called Hesham, he was hard working, great personality, friendly, looked after all the nationalitys, deserves a Big payrise, unfortunately, he was moved halfway through our stay to another bar on sight, that made every one sad, we visited him every day at the other bar, it was not the same though, we missed him, food was hit &miss, will deffinately return to Egypt one day but not sure if we would return to the same hotel, weather was fantastic.

The beach is small, but basically all super.

The hotel itself is good, but bad beach. Not enough sun loungers. Bad entry in the sea with stones, had to go into the water with a PANTONE or walk on the beach of the nearby. Eating normal, in bars there are juices and alcohol free. Bungalow room, air conditioning worked without problems.

About hotel I can say nothing, but the beach can be described in one word-Gelendzhik. Little Beach, enjoyed the hotel's 3.
