Stayed at this hotel since 19.07.2018.
What can I say:
1 — The territory of the hotel, though large, but there is almost nowhere to walk.
2 — the rooms are old and for the most part everything that does not work in them. The temperature of the air conditioner is unregulated and you have in your room either heat or wild cold.
They repaired the fridge for 4 days and didn't finish it. Noise insulation is very bad, you hear everything, take earplugs. Hot water is only in the morning, the rest of the time only cold.
The internet in the hotel is in complete trouble. They bought a week for $9. What is what is not. I had to buy from the operator.
3 — Service personnel are lazy.
At the bar, you have to repeat your order 10 times so he can do anything. Very imposed local their excursions and massages, even the red triangle (if it should not be safe) did not help
4 — Food. It's a quiet horror, the first couple of days seem like a lot, but then you realize that it's all the same and most of it's just inedible. On the sixth day we went and sat in the room on the toilet.
5 — animation, but it is almost not here, the animators saw twice a day, on charge at 10:30 and in the evening in the restaurant dined. What they're doing here all day and evening is not clear.
6 — went through anex tour, told us that their representative will help solve all the rablemes. They don't solve anything. Their representative Mohamed was only interested in one thing, why we do not agree to their expensive excursions.
The only thing that liked is the corals, they are beautiful, but the water is not so much fish.

It is not clear where the hotel's valuation is. The hotel is not recommended for a holiday.
