Caution: The front desk manager M. Foad is constantly asking and bribing guests to leave positive review in exchange for food or extra stays. The service and management here are very poor. Rude service at the front desk, the manager like any manager in Egypt is proud to be on his desk looking for new guests to attempt to date. There are indeed much better service in near by hotels. Their front desk offers the worse service I have ever seen in the hospitality industry. Rooms are disgusting.

The hotel is generally decent, wins from the first line with its own beach. Uncomfortable long pontoon, when a little wave, it is problematic to pass on it. If you arrival, if you do not give $20 per room, can settle here in such rooms, see the photo. The food in general is not bad, hungry were not. But broken cups and wine in plastic glasses are not 4 *.

We had an issue at this hotel and Mohamed Fouad and the guest relations had no idea on how to handle the situation and escalated the matter in an extremely rude attitude. I would not stay in this hotel, the reception has no tables and very low grade design. Poor management at minimal. There are much better hotels with better ocean view and service only 1km away.

The hotel is decent enough according to the Egyptian rating. Great beach, for those who swim well and are not afraid of depth. Entrance only from the pontoon (working one). The food is delicious and there is a choice. The rooms are in very poor condition, the restaurant does not have the whole utensils. Plates are nailed, all cups without handles. But the most disgusting thing was that on the day of departure there was a very history, which greatly lowered my assessment. Breakfast at the hotel from 7.30 to 10.00. Of course we ate early to have the opportunity to go to the beach and enjoy the sea and the sun. At 12.00 we passed the room and we immediately cut off the bracelets wishing a good way. But before the departure was 1, 5 hours. At 12.30 started the lunch, of course the ride hungry not possible and we decided to go for lunch. But in the restaurant the whole group of about 30 people were forced to pay for lunch at $7 per person. I am perfectly aware of the rules of the hotel, that with the surrender of the room ends and service. But everyone also knows that during the rest of 7-10 days you miss lunch very often, as you go on excursions. Of course no one asks for lunch box, as there is no information about it. And try to earn in this way unworthy of a hotel with a good reputation. The unpleasant thing was that the reception gives false information about the work of the slides in the second territory.

Hotel is neat but less suitable for German people.

Regardless to what other, usually ungrateful tourists say, this resort is nice! Bad feedback you may have heard usually left by millennials, who expect too much from words "all inclusive", and do not share their respect. Every resort has its own features, so just prepare before you go! I would advice this resort. In general, pros: 1. Very close to the sea. 100m from the shore and you're in. Superb sea itself! 2. Free food and drinks, more than you need. Free dry ration if you go somewhere. A big variety of food: more than 10-20 dishes in a single run. Free vine/alcohol, but for some types of it you'll need to pay. No issues! 3. Good rooms, but only if you pay $5-$10 more for them :) 4. Free (but slow) Wi-Fi in the lobby. It's enough for video calls, sometimes. 5. ATM which exchanges CASH without commission and with normal rates. 6. Built-in shops with souvenirs and normal prices. 7.24/7 help from the desk. I respect those people: they've fixed our problems with the shower in the room and helped a lot with other things. They will respect you if you will respect them. Be ready to give some tips, it's important! 8. Free big towels, and two more towels in the room. Cons: 1. If you won't give $5-10 dollars on reception ("a compliment"), you'll most likely be given a bad old room. But if you will, the room would be as my photo shows. 2. The tap/shower water isn't clean enough — you need to turn it and wait 2-5 mins until it becomes clean enough to wash your face.

Very bad place, discrimination against Egyptians. The most bad experience I had at Sharm Elshekh. Services and facilities are not available at ease, you should exert to much effort to be served. Swimming pool is not clean at all. Food is disaster. Go if are Italian, you will be served at good level. If you are not Italian, it just wast of your time.

Awful experience at this hotel… avoid at all costs if you are British! Hotel had over booked and we were shoved in grubby, run down and what we soon realized to be… grotty staff quarters! Certainly didn't get what we paid for and had to move hotels!

Veraclub rocks. Lot of Italians. Easy access to pool and sea. V. Good stuff. Good food.

Quite a good kitchen, considering that we are in Egypt, always neat and clean, even in the village all trying to sell you answer desk, club nights etc, apart from that overall the property is worth 4 *.
